22/06/2025: Absolutely terrifying experience. I strongly advise against it. I booked a table for the family, we waited a very long time for simple sandwiches, the bill included dishes that were never ordered, about 40 euros more, which of course we did not pay. I will not add anything else because I would not want you to go and try it out of curiosity.

21/06/2025: Terrible experience, empty place and waiting more than two hours to have sandwiches served three at a time, we were 26, everything terrible. Bill served on "pizzini" with €40 more, which we contested. Everything terrible

13/06/2025: Ordinary tasting and too sugary ice cream and qualitatively anonymous brioches, nothing special I would say, not to mention that if you don't order at the table you can stand like what happened to us because they say that tables are for those who order while seated. Out of this world 🙄 Never again!

13/06/2025: I come to get a gluten-free cone for my son. I can say that the staff is inadequate for the treatment of this type of service but that they carry out regularly. Perhaps the gentlemen do not know the seriousness of a disease such as celiac disease and so they take the cone by hand without a napkin after having touched others and a thousand with gluten. It makes me laugh as a former Palermitan that I am, fortunately I add, that in Palermo in almost all the ice cream shops the concept of contamination is not known and not because they do not really know it but because as usual no one gives a damn and especially not from them. Congratulations!!!!!!

18/05/2025: Delicious pizzas; we've rarely eaten such good ones! 😍 A rather unusual restaurant for tourists. Huge pizza menu. Efficient service.

21/04/2025: Elegant table and attentive table service, but too long waiting times. The pizzas are very good, but the meat-based main courses are limited in quantity and not out of the ordinary, the price is unjustified, their hot bread is good. The desserts were absolutely disappointing, we ordered a cheesecake and a strudel which in reality were completely different, but I appreciated that they gave us some free biscuits at the end of the dinner.

20/04/2025: Tavola elegante e servizio al tavolo curato, ma tempi di attesa un po' lunghi. Le pizze molto buone, ma i secondi a base di carne invece scarsi nelle quantità e non fuori dall'ordinario, ingiustificato il prezzo, buono il loro pane caldo. Assolutamente deludenti i dolci, abbiamo ordinato una cheesecake e uno strudel che in realtà erano tutt'altro, ho apprezzato però che ci abbiano omaggiato dei biscottini a fine cena.

22/05/2025: Good welcome, but the bill is indeed steep for basic food...60€ for a chop and a sausage to share, plus a plate of pasta for two, a small plate of caponata, two desserts, a glass of wine for two. Basic room also very expensive. 80€...A shame, compared to the squalid establishments frequented in Sicily.

18/06/2025: Terrible customer service. The menu was simple and bland. The wine is not recommended. I don't know if it's worth ordering here given the price of parking.

11/05/2025: Today 10 of us had lunch in this place which presents itself as a place where you can eat typical dishes at a low price, unfortunately we found that it does not correspond to the reality of the facts, apart from the quantity of the first courses, which were pleasing to the palate, the starters were truly ridiculous, an example of which is the 3 small beccafico sardines, the fried fish presented with a large quantity of lettuce and an insignificant presence of fish at the absolutely unacceptable cost of 16.00 euros, the caprese was a real rip-off, a deep dish with a few pieces of roughly chopped tomato and a few pieces of mozzarella without any seasoning 10.00 euros. A pasta alla carterere with the modification for vegetarians, i.e. without anchovies, was served totally without salt, without any flavor, left almost untouched. Although this was pointed out, we did not receive any price reduction. We won't be coming back again. Informal location and service, except for the pretentious restaurant bill. It's not good.

01/06/2025: An experience that to call tragicomic is an understatement. They made us sit on the outside patio, since two of us are smokers. The tables outside were set, but without tablecloths. The edges of the table were ruined and detached so much that one of us changed places because she couldn't lean on the edge without catching her blouse. Speaking of the food, I don't think I've ever eaten so badly in my life in a restaurant: the menu is fixed and includes an All You Can Eat formula based on meat. We start with the appetizers that include various things including French fries, beans, basmati rice, vegetable tabbouleh, tempura cheese and a mini burger in cheddar sauce: the only decent thing was the tempura cheese; the rest was nothing exceptional or even good. Things didn't improve as they went along, in fact the exact opposite. Every time they came out with these swords to cut the table the situation got worse. The meat was dry, parched, sometimes tough (Palermo-style rolls that my grandmother would have thrown from the balcony). Not to mention the bad smell it gave off. We didn't even finish the menu and asked for the bill. Since the plates were full, one of us asked if it was possible to take something away for some shelter dogs (instead of throwing everything away). Instead of asking why we had left everything on the plates without EVER having a second helping of anything and taking many of the things back without even tasting them, we were told that we should actually be grateful that they weren't charging us the penalty for leaving everything on the plate. After that, obviously, an argument with one of the waiters followed because we pointed out to him that we didn't want to take the food away to eat it tomorrow for dinner since it was already inedible tonight, simply that since we are paying €40 per person and we were practically left hungry, at least we will have avoided that food thrown away uselessly. We paid and pointed out that they should be concerned when customers leave everything on their plates and don't ask for seconds, rather than those who ask to take away what they "didn't" eat for dogs. If we had stuffed ourselves and out of greed had then left something on our plates I would have had nothing to say about the penalty. But there were more dishes taken back than what went on our plates. Terrible experience, and honestly, given the very low turnout on Sunday evening, I don't foresee a bright future for this place.
