26/10/2025: It doesn't even deserve 1 star, terrible service. We arrived at 7:45 PM and they brought our sandwiches at 8:50 PM and diverted our order to other customers. Only a few items on the menu were available. The staff was decidedly rude and uncouth. This place should be avoided entirely.

20/10/2025: Zero in everything from the location to the service we waited two hours for a sandwich with Panelle and we didn't have them because the ones intended for us were given to other people absolutely negative experience and I strongly advise against it

27/10/2025: I had a completely negative experience with the treatment I received from staff when I filed a complaint about a defective product. I purchased a milk frother, which I was only able to use a few times because, on the second charge—or should I say, charging attempt—the USB plug housing broke and retracted into the product. In the case related to my case, the salesperson, after trying to pin the blame on me, falsely stated, instead of what I had explained, that the product had been damaged by a fall. This was false because I had never dropped the product. In fact, while the salesperson was handling it, looking for any possible defects attributable to me, the whisk fell to the floor! Therefore, any internal damage could now be the result of the fall she caused! I have contacted customer service several times, and they claim their hands are tied, given the salesperson's statements. Obviously, such damage cannot be covered by any warranty! Therefore, I can only give a negative opinion on the correctness and honesty of the sales assistant, who I understand was trained to do the best for the company and certainly not for me, but making false statements is unacceptable and reprehensible!!!

27/11/2025: Ambiance was great in this shabby schick book restaurant and the service was good too. The red wine was good but none of us liked our food. 3 of us had Pasta Carbonara and the pasta was Cannelloni which is only meant to be stuffed. The meat in the Carbonara was processed ham. No amount of parmigiana cheese or pepper and salt made this dish taste good. We were so disappointed in our meals. If we were back home we would have sent it back, that's how bad it was.

19/10/2025: A beautiful restaurant with excellent food and a beautiful view of the sea. The staff should pay more attention to the guests, i.e., face them more toward them; then it would be even more beautiful. Unfortunately, dessert is missing from the menu! You can definitely do better 👍

11/12/2025: Everything was delicious, using high-quality ingredients. The staff was attentive to their customers' needs, and the prices were reasonable.

05/12/2025: The half chicken was good, the pizza was good, the appetizers were excellent, the drinks were served cold, just as I like them, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

09/11/2025: Terrible experience, from the service to the food. My children's cutlet was served completely raw and thick, and was left untouched on the plate. They didn't even ask why it was left or what was wrong, and obviously they paid for it in full on the bill! I won't add anything else except that we'll never return.

17/06/2025: Family-run restaurant located in Palermo. Pleasant welcome and service. The food, however, is very simple and more like something your grandmother would make. For a restaurant, more elaborate dishes would be appreciated. If you're looking for a quick and traditional meal, you can go to this establishment, but don't expect an explosion of flavors. Don't try the Spritz; Aperol and beer don't necessarily mix well 😅

14/07/2025: Cena in famiglia, andato su consiglio di un amico locale devo dire che mi hanno sorpreso preso 1 antipasto della casa in 4 delizioso e poi tartare,tagliata e primo tutto squisito. Costo forse un pochino sopra la media ma ne è valsa veramente la pena torneremo sicuramente è lo consiglieremo. BRAVI

02/09/2025: Excellent service, the owners are very kind and helpful. The food is excellent, with perfectly cooked chicken accompanied by a wide variety of miniature dishes to choose from.

02/09/2025: Honestly, I relied on the positive reviews even though some of my friends had a terrible meal at this same place a month ago. Overcooked chicken with a very strong smell, mushy fries, flavorless baked potatoes with no seasoning whatsoever, inedible mignon and out of 15 pieces (the lady had assured me there were 20 for two chickens) 7 were sandwiches with sour fried aubergines. So we're in Palermo, the city of street food and tasty food, and then what? The chicken shops all make the same exact things, and what's more, they're being mocked, because there are hundreds of types of mignon and to save money they use sour or banal things like bread rolls with aubergines. Or bread rolls with a French fry. I won't be going back again.

24/11/2025: A very good restaurant with food that was exactly to our liking. The friendly owner, despite our late arrival and the kitchen almost closing, served us two excellent pintxos. His attention was greatly appreciated.
