07/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, where you can enjoy a contemporary pizza with a soft dough, pizza with enough toppings, the only disappointment was that before they filled the edge with ricotta, now instead they put it in tufts on the outside of the pizza.

Nous y étions invités par des cousins habitant Palerme et je dois dire que c'est un endroit où on y a mangé le mieux durant tout notre circuit de la Sicile. J'ai retrouvé les goût des plats cuisinés par ma famille sicilienne. Nous retournons en Sicile en juillet et nous y remangerons sans problème

22/04/2025: Trattoria tipica nel cuore di Palermo, abbiamo mangiato bene con alcuni piatti che hanno spiccato su altri. Il servizio invece non troppo gentile. Comprendo che vedano milioni di visitatori e clienti tuttavia un sorriso non costa nulla.

16/10/2025: I came for a business trip. The staff made my life so much easier, especially the receptionists, Rosy and Alexia. The room is a bit dated, but the beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool area is very clean and well-maintained. The breakfast is varied (although the menu was the same every day) and delicious. I would recommend it for a trip to a quiet beach area, but its location and poor bus connections make it difficult to get to the center of Palermo.

12/10/2025: Today is my first time. I was looking for a new place that made gluten-free pizza near my house. I called to make a reservation. When I arrived, the pizzas arrived on time, cooked as requested. The pizzas were excellent and well-topped; I discovered a familiar flavor I hadn't tasted in a long time (even though I know several pizzerias that make good pizza). I give it 4 stars, and I'm saving the fifth because I want to sit at the table and experience the service. Today is Valentine's Day, and as I said, I'm at the table with my wife. As expected, the atmosphere is quiet and familiar. The menu is simple, high-quality, and well-served. Alessia is gracious and very polite. Alessandra is an excellent hostess. So far, so good. I'm sure the evening will end on a high note. P.S. Unfortunately, after some time, I have to admit that something has changed and, after the last time, I really think I will never go again.... 🧐🧐🧐

21/09/2025: The waitress was friendly and helpful. We ordered both the ricotta and pistachio Nutella cassatelle. In a word: sublime. The ricotta ones are lighter, so we immediately ordered a second. A splendid gem, a little unremarkable from the outside, but packed with substance.

11/09/2025: I wasn't familiar with this place, and it was a pleasant surprise. Delicious, fresh, and flavorful pastries. The cream-filled doughnuts are also excellent.

05/11/2025: A trattoria serving traditional Palermo cuisine, very close to the city center. The cheerful, colorful decor cheers up Palermitans and tourists alike, who come here to enjoy authentic, delicious dishes and a good glass of wine. The service is informal and the bill is fair. Recommended.

03/11/2025: It’s a very cute restaurant and deco is very creative. The pasta was delicious. Disappointed on the services. They are not that friendly to people who can’t speak Italian. Go to get the food but not the services.
