25/05/2024: After a visit i. Of course we were hungry at Godfathers House and the local pizzeria was recommended to us. It was still almost an hour before it opened, but the owner already offered us a table and drinks and after half an hour we were able to eat. They were the most delicious pizzas we have eaten in a long time. The service was friendly and quick. We spent the night comfortably and quietly in our motorhome in a parking lot next to the church. The visit to Corleone was a highlight of our 4th visit to the beautiful island of Sicily and we can only recommend it to everyone. Marlies and Franz from Germania

11/07/2024: I don't need to say much here. It's all been said so well by happy folk who got there before me. Funny and very informal. Excellent food. A meatatarian's paradise. Huge portions of gorgeous food. A great break from the usual fayre in Sicily. Full of locals. They made a hilarious fuss of a birthday for one of us. Worth a detour and bring an appetite! Oh, it's is amazing value for money!

27/08/2024: Trovato questo ristorantino leggendo qua e la fra le location di Monreale e ci è sembrato interessante per fermarci a pranzo dopo una visita al Duomo, peraltro piuttosto vicini l' uno dall' altro. Siamo arrivati a mezzogiorno ed era tutto libero ovviamente ancora per l' orario , più altre 4 persone che sono giunte quasi in nostra contemporanea. Ci hanno fatto accomodare e intanto abbiamo consultato il loro menù, pochi piatti ma interessanti. Abbiamo quindi ordinato , 1 menù di pesce, 1 di carne e 2 primi con 2 secondi per gli altri che erano con noi. Prima pecca: bruschette arrivate per 2 con qualche pezzo bruciato quindi immangiabile. Seconda pecca: non avevano pane!!!!!! Incredibile come un ristorante non abbia pane e che debba chiedere a diversi forni intorno che a loro volta lo avevano finito. Mi sembrava una barzelletta ... In generale il cibo era buono ma quel disservizio non era ammissibile, anche se poi con notevole ritardo, abbiamo visto che hanno rimediato facendo loro del pane pizza, dato che sono anche pizzeria. Quindi ci siamo chiesti perché, dato che erano senza pane, non avevano provveduto a rimediare prima .

19/08/2024: SCAPPATE!!! Una cosa vergognosa! Premessa: con la mia famiglia, abbiamo soggiornato in Sicilia per 15 gg. Abbiamo quasi sempre mangiato al ristorante. La Sicilia, come noto, esprime una qualità culinaria veramente notevole: abbiamo mangiato in posti di qualunque tipologia uscendone sempre entusiasti. Ci domandavamo se prima o dopo fosse possibile imbattersi in un ristorante scadente, lo abbiamo trovato!! Ci siamo fermati a pranzo, abbiamo ordinato 4 piatti: 2 pasta Peppino, 1 pasta alla contadina ed un hamburger con patatine. La pasta Peppino, era qualcosa di indescrivibile, insipida annegata in un mare di brodo pomodoroso e tracimava dal piatto condito con pezzettini di formaggio senza alcun gusto che avrebbero dovuto essere ricotta, a completare questa prelibatezza pezzettoni molto duri di salsiccia. La pasta alla contadina era annegata in un mare di acqua e panna senza alcun gusto, i funghi erano duri e congelati. L'hamburger con le patatine,era impregnato di limone (era forse la carne della sera prima?) Le patatine fritte avevano un gusto orrendo che non ho mai provato in 42 ANNI della mia vita. Mai vissuta un'esperienza cosí triste, assolutamente sconsigliato!!

12/06/2024: Welcoming place, trained, helpful and courteous staff. The fast service, we arrived at 8.40pm and although the room was full, after three minutes they made us order and 8 minutes later the starter arrived, after the starter there was very little waiting and the pizzas were at the table. Large pizzas, delicious, perfect crust... the photos speak for themselves, I assure you that the taste was exceptional. It was the first time we went to eat there, I think we will go back and I recommend it to everyone.

22/08/2024: Restaurant super sympa, produits frais et pizzas superbes et bonnes Nous recommandons fortement le lieu bien placé. Service un peu long mais il y a avait bcp de monde, on ne peut pas leur en vouloir.

29/06/2024: Delusione totale ....pizza bruciata e sporca di cenere ..mi sn rivolta al proprietario e invece di rifarmela mi ha ripreso ...signora ma lei ne ha mangiato un pò ...nn posso rifargliela .tanto x gli ho detto nn voglio esserla rifatta ...ma gli dica al fornaio di pulire il forno ...x lei nn x me ...se sai stare nel commercio nn ti perdi x una pizza. 10/07/2024: I booked for 4 for 6.45pm as we would have had things to do at the Jolly Theater at 8pm. On the phone, the first thing we were told was that there is no aperitif and that we should have ordered from the menu. So far conceivable, given the time. Could it be that they want you to spend more than 20 euros? Could it be that they want to charge your cover? You can do it regardless... I confirm that we would have liked to have dinner rather... but anyway. Once we arrive at the restaurant, we confirm the reservation and the lady at the checkout, in what I think is an opinionated tone, reminds us that we can't have an aperitif... and okay, the lady thinks we don't have short-term memories. To which I asked her if we could sit outside since we were all smokers and it was always the same lady at the checkout, what did she tell me? "No, outside is reserved for those having an aperitif!" Muahuahaua the waitress dead inside, I felt like laughing at the ridiculous situation. And instead of walking away and getting a sandwich and a beer at the bakery across the street, I decide to sit down anyway. Moral of the story: we had a mix of 4, 4 random pizzas and a wine (from 18 euros). The wine was good, the pizzas...well they were normal verging on "good but not again, thanks". Normal dough, not burnt, normal ingredients, normal size. Good freshly fried appetizer. 75 euros, therefore even less than what they would have done with an aperitif.... I would have liked to eat more but I didn't feel at ease. I gave 4 stars to the service only for the waitress who was good and forced to serve my table in total embarrassment. The place is nice, lots of (fake) plants and a bit dark interior. The outside overlooks the street, therefore excellent for an aperitif in the smog.

16/06/2024: A little narrow in terms of table layout but the staff makes up for it with speed and practicality... very very very good pizza... excellent amber craft beer, excellent temperature and draft, it should be served a little later and not immediately!!!

11/08/2024: We were regular customers, living nearby. If you eat there, everything is good, hot and nice. If you take it home, every time there is a problem, with the wrong, missing or, unfortunately, even acidic ingredients, as in the case of tonight's tomato in the sandwich. We are in the catering sector and have never allowed ourselves to judge a single mistake, but unfortunately we are already on the 7th failed attempt for takeaway. I'm sorry because it's a beautiful reality but we won't go back again. We hope you monitor the kitchen staff better and pay attention to those at the desks. We are truly sorry, but we are tired of giving other chances

06/08/2024: I'll start by saying that I don't like hamburger sandwiches even though I've eaten them a few times and I feel like giving a positive rating overall, especially when compared to other MC-type fast food restaurants. Obviously the quality of the meat is not comparable. However, I must make a note because compared to the first times since the opening, something has unfortunately changed for the worse. The meat before was truly exceptional, now, although it is always good, it doesn't reach the levels of the past. I often find parts of fat that are not pleasant especially in salad-type dishes. The chips used to be super plentiful, now they're just right, sometimes just a few. Overall recommended. By now it has become a meeting point for young people, especially the location in Viale Strasburgo.

17/06/2024: Terrible ice cream and terrible welcome. In addition to the very prices, a granita without cream or brioche costs 4 euros. Place attracts tourists because it is near the Norman palaces. Not recommended

03/08/2024: BEWARE TOURIST TRAP!!! We ate three chickens there and four drinks. The boss correctly charged €40 for this. Then the boss came around the corner and wanted €65. I gave it to him, an Italian guest came to help and confronted him. He gave me €15 instead of €25 back. Very unfortunate. The store opened on July 31st. new and starting like that, I'm really sorry. Sorry...

02/07/2024: Ordinato su Glovo 5 panini, 2 con pane duro, 1 con salsiccia puzzolente, la frittata al posto dell’uovo e l’amburgher di gusto molto strano, un pulled pork che era un pasticcio di carne di dubbio gusto e un wrap con pollo molliccio. Unica cosa buona le patate. Cambiate mestiere, grazie!
