The staff were truly friendly, polite, and courteous, always available, and the service was top-notch. The place was very charming. The pizza was spectacular, with truly delicious dough and toppings. Highly recommended for both locals and tourists.

Spent four days in Sicily with my husband, we visited here on our first night by chance and again on our last night. Would highly recommend Tondo - a great experience from start to finish. The starter of fried Sicilian foods, the aubergine pizza with Parmesan crisps and the tiramisu were our favourite things.

Picked up a ‘Due Sicilia’ pizza, a gluten free margarita & a bottle of wine after a v long day travelling . They couldn’t have been nicer, and the pizza? Wow! If these guys opened in London they’d be booked out two years in advance. Highly recommend !!

The food was very good, the restaurant and the atmosphere were bright and welcoming, but the service was quite the opposite. We immediately felt unwelcome. There was no smile when we ordered or when we were served. After our meal, the staff even subtly made us feel like we should leave as quickly as possible to clear the table. Unfortunately, this ruined our entire evening 😩 There's definitely room for improvement in how they treat their guests.

04/04/2026: We ordered three types of pasta to go, including a gluten-free one, and were truly satisfied. Even though the restaurant isn't AIC certified, they were very attentive, and the price of the gluten-free pasta was the same as the regular one, with no surcharge. The portions were generous and satisfying, and the price was absolutely fair and not excessive. The pasta was really good, well-seasoned, and most importantly, still warm when we picked it up. Great experience, we'll definitely be back!
