Si tratta di un ristorante elegante, con un servizio di livello (plauso al Signor Emanuele, maître di sala e che ha cucinato davanti a noi la pasta allo sciabbo, spero di non aver sbagliato il nome). Ho assaggiato lo sgombro a due cotture con mela e arancia e una minestra di pesce, prodotti di grande qualità e bene presentati. Squisito il pane di loro produzione. Mi piacerebbe tornare ad assaggiare il riso bietola e gamberi di Mazara, aveva un bell'aspetto. Prezzi alti in linea con il livello del locale.

È sempre un piacere, potersi fidare di un locale, uno dei migliori ed affidabile di Palermo , in cui la professionalità è la base della sinergia impeccabile tra , lo chef e lo staff in sala.

Il locale è pulito ed ordinato con un arredamento vecchio stile. Il personale è numeroso ma, nel nostro caso, non è stato impeccabile. Le pietanze che abbiamo ordinato non ci hanno convinto. Gli spiedini di maiale erano gustosi, ma i tortelli con crema di piselli ed il fagottino di bufala non erano all'altezza. I costi sono medio alti.
