A truly excellent experience! I had a truly delicious pizza: light dough, quality ingredients, and exceptional flavor. Besides the excellent food, what struck me was the incredibly kind staff, always smiling, attentive, and helpful. A welcoming environment where you immediately feel at ease. I will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

We ate at Cibus after our holiday company directed us to here. I was a little sceptical that the quality was going to be average and had low expectations when we went. Joseph looked after us throughout our meal. He was exceptional and then the drink recommendations were spot on and the food was something else. We had caponata to start followed by two very different types of rigatoni- an aubergine and a fish based one. Then came the puddings. Joseph made his recommendations. We took two and added another. Of course Joseph's two recommendations were superb and superior to our choice. I wished we had gone for another of his recommendations. What incredible food, a lovely setting and exceptional service. Thank you for looking after us Joseph.

Excellent pizzeria and restaurant, a truly positive experience. Great attention to celiac disease; for the first time, I tried a pizza made with fresh dough, not a pre-made gluten-free base. The grilled fish was a top-notch choice, and the service was attentive. The waiter, Giuseppe, welcomed us and offered recommendations throughout the evening. I highly recommend it!

Like every evening, my colleagues and I look for a restaurant where we can eat everything... Meat, fish... Pizza, and Cibus was our choice. Booking with The Fork, we ordered arancini, a seafood salad, and meat and fish first and second courses, all good quality. They made their own bottarga to garnish the spaghetti with clams. To finish, we were offered an amaro made by some young locals. Citrus and avocado, also excellent. At the end of the evening, we chatted a little with the owner, who invited us to visit the restaurant inside. In short, we felt welcomed, the food was excellent, and we'll definitely be back. After 8 months, I returned and had a great time.

We discovered this place on The Fork! The location was very nice, and the owner was kind enough to explain that his place is officially gluten-free! Mr. Giuseppe was extremely kind, attentive, and professional! The food was very good...I would increase the portions slightly (just my feeling). I must say the waitresses weren't very knowledgeable...forks and knives were constantly missing, and especially when the first courses arrived, they didn't know what they were...let's just say it's not very nice, and above all, they should know them by heart! I'm just pointing this out as a constructive point...and very polite, mind you! At the end, they offered us coffee and liquor. We'll definitely see you again!

The food, staff, and location are top notch! The risotto with cream of scampi and citrus fruits, along with marinated scampi, is exceptional; paired perfectly with a glass of prosecco. I always love coming back; for the little ones, they're always happy to prepare breaded chicken with fresh fries, so they feel right at home and the meal is a success. The appetizers, such as the crispy Sicilian dish and the trio of seafood arancini, are excellent; highly recommended!
