As a native of Catania, I can say that this gelateria's cremolata is far superior to many of Catania's most renowned bars' granitas. It's made with quality ingredients and, most importantly, low in sugar. It's definitely worth a visit if you're in Palermo.

I remembered their store in Piazza Alberico Vrntolo; today I discovered their store on Viale Croce Rossa, and what can I say... Amazing! The flavors are still the same, I highly recommend it!

The CREMOLATES are a must-try, a mix of gelato and dried fruit that I'd say is EXCEPTIONAL. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I have eaten a few flavors of ice cream yet but I liked what I ate. The brioches are soft and have a good orange flavor, the ice cream is well made, the place is small but quiet. I will update the review after tasting the cremolate.

07/11/2025: What a special experience we had at “Cook Ti Unci”. The experience of dining at a private residence was new to us, but from the moment we arrived, Luciano made us feel completely at ease. The food was simply outstanding—deeply traditional Sicilian, yet each dish had layers of flavor that surprised and delighted us. You could tell every ingredient was chosen with care and so fresh. The wine pairing was perfect and brought everything together beautifully. Luciano is not just a great cook, but a truly wonderful host. Thank you, Luciano, for making us feel at home and giving us a moment we’ll always remember.
