What a special experience we had at “Cook Ti Unci”. The experience of dining at a private residence was new to us, but from the moment we arrived, Luciano made us feel completely at ease. The food was simply outstanding—deeply traditional Sicilian, yet each dish had layers of flavor that surprised and delighted us. You could tell every ingredient was chosen with care and so fresh. The wine pairing was perfect and brought everything together beautifully. Luciano is not just a great cook, but a truly wonderful host. Thank you, Luciano, for making us feel at home and giving us a moment we’ll always remember.

I booked this place because I wanted a special experience in Sicily for my birthday during my honeymoon. The food was impeccable. I could tell they used fresh ingredients, and each dish was something I'd never tasted before. I ate six courses, and each course was explained in detail, and the wine pairings were perfect. For dessert, they even played "Happy Birthday" on a violin! It was a bit pricey, but it was an experience that went beyond just a meal. I loved it 😍

Also worth trying is the pizza, very well made, and the surprising sfincionello. The meat selection is also good. Various appetizers, all good. Prices are in line with most similar establishments. Overall, those who choose Galloway are unlikely to be disappointed. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Ideal for families or groups.

Villa Bosco Grande

31/12/2025: A beautiful location for events like weddings. The building is old, has a lovely garden, and inside, the walls are frescoed and the rooms are large. There's also a very charming fireplace in the winter. I've been to two weddings, one in summer and one in winter, and personally, I preferred the summer one not only because we were outside but also for the quality and quantity of food. In the winter, we were inside, and we guests were separated into two rooms. The bride and groom were in the central room, where we couldn't even see each other from our seating. The food was mediocre, the cake and desserts were good, and the entertainment was lovely.
