03/03/2025: We ate delicious pasta here. My kids say this is the best pasta they have ever eaten. Both the pasta with bacon, cream and pistachio and the pasta with eggplant, zucchini and tomato were highly recommended. The lady who worked at the counter was very nice.

06/05/2025: After standing in line for a good 10 minutes at the checkout at Rossopomodoro's Puteca, we discovered that you order first and then pay, which is the opposite of what happens in all the other places. All of this is indicated by 3 "signs", or A4 sheets protected by a translucent film, which are affixed in places that are difficult to read. The first one right next to the checkout, on the glass of the counter, permanently covered by the people in line; the second one on the drinks refrigerator, in the top right corner; the third one on the top left, on a wall perpendicular to the counter. It felt like we were having an eye exam, considering the size of the sheets and the translucent paper that doesn't allow you to read anything. Furthermore, the person at the checkout points to the sheets with an air of satisfaction, and responds to our explanations in an unprofessional manner, with nicknames like "amore mio" or "gioia mia", saying that they can't do anything about our request to put up more signs, put them differently or inform the manager of the place. Needless to say, we had to queue again to order and then queue again to pay. Other people in line, like us, are complaining. I strongly suggest that the people who run the place think of a clearer and more transparent way to inform customers. All they need to do is put up a larger and more legible sign. Too bad, the food is good, but the service is very lacking. In fact, it's not the first time I've had a negative experience at this place, but I preferred not to write anything. Maybe a little more professionalism wouldn't hurt... thanks!

02/03/2025: Recommended by a local friend we had lunch, booking by phone only 1 hour before, a homemade restaurant, a plate of pasta to taste divide in two because it is abundant (recommended by the waitress) platter of good mixed meat, very fair price taken hot appetizer, three first courses, a second course with side dish, bread, local wine, two bottles of water, two coffees and a bitter paid €45

19/03/2025: We were there in March 2025. The food was delicious. From the antipasti and primo to secondi and dolci. And the atmosphere was fantastic, too. If we come back to Sicily, we'll definitely come back here.
