15/11/2025: It's not easy to get to, but it's definitely worth it. We ate a lot and it was delicious. The place is wonderful, as is the staff. The pizza is delicious, and the appetizers are packed. I recommend (if you order a first course) it's good for two people. Ample parking.

03/11/2025: The hotel is good, but when checking out they tried to cheat me and charge more money for using the minibar, the city tax, and the bar. They asked for €236. In fact, I knew it should have been less than €100. When I asked for a receipt, the man at the reception hesitated and said, “Oh, it’s a system error, I’ll give you different data now.” He gave me different figures — it was only €63. I ended up paying that amount, but even then, not on the first attempt. Here’s how their scheme works: apparently, especially at night when you check out, they try to scam people. They have several card terminals. One of them is fake — it always shows that the card is declined. So when he asked for €236, if I had tried to pay by card, he would have given me that fake terminal, it wouldn’t work, and I would have had to pay in cash. Then he would put only €63 into the register and keep the rest for himself. That’s how the reception staff at this hotel operates. And they scam people like this in many places in Sicily. I personally have encountered this twice already. One time it happened in a bar or restaurant. So be cautious when they tell you the amount to pay at this hotel.

30/08/2025: After years of regular patronage and a cuisine that has proven reliable over time, I returned one August evening with my father [in his eighties] and a friend. Leaving aside the unfriendly greeting [which has become almost routine lately] upon our arrival, in 53 minutes of waiting we weren't even bothered with water, bread for the wait, or even a request for an appetizer. Nothing! As soon as the wait staff arrived, nervous and irritated by my comment that other diners had similarly complained about the service, with the same nervousness and in a manner that was, to say the least, rude [this is far from Osteria Urbana], the waiter loudly asked me to leave, walked away himself, and didn't even deign to offer us a reservation! Only Giuseppe tried to remedy the situation once we left the table, but the damage was done, and too much spoils. I won't be returning. One can understand the stress of a crowded dining room, but in any self-respecting establishment, at least water and an appetizer while waiting, especially when the guest is elderly, seems frankly appropriate. 26/10/2025: It was recommended to us, but honestly, the food wasn't good. The mussels weren't good, the grilled fish was. My husband had a calzone that was half empty. The service leaves a lot to be desired; they made us wait almost an hour before serving us. The place is nice. The quality/price ratio isn't satisfactory.

25/06/2025: Convinced by the reviews we went for breakfast. Sweet counter to devour with your eyes... We took two cannoli (enormous), a Genovese with cream, 2 juices and 2 cappuccinos for about 16 euros... I would say that even at the prices everything was perfect! To try again and again!!!

19/10/2025: The restaurant itself is really excellent with many varieties of fish, and they also serve large portions of food. The place is very beautiful with a blue marble floor and its location facing the sea creates a relaxing atmosphere and the staff are very polite.

19/10/2025: Super fast service, excellent food, and unbeatable value. €35 for 8 appetizers, 3 first courses, and 2 second courses. All portions are small, of course, but it's still very difficult to finish. I highly recommend it. Water and wine are included in the price, as is the sorbet! No coffee or dessert. The atmosphere is very busy, but not to be missed! Also great for small groups.

28/10/2025: My name is Luigi Menegat, I'm telling you the truth!! I got there late, around 9 pm, and they were kind. I spent €15, and they gave me perfect chicken with a huge amount of toppings. Everything was very good and tasty. The best of all the chicken I've eaten here in Palermo.

If you're a guy who loves meat, you absolutely have to go here :) Good variety of drinks, also non alcoholic, good atmosphere of the square, and very friendly staff, thanks for serving us so nicely yesterday!
