22/05/2025: È il primo posto dove ho mangiato un hamburger con pollo SUBLIME e degno di essere chiamato pollo! E ne ho mangiati. Tutto molto buono antipasti hamburger pizze, carne . Forse proprio sulle pizze L'unica pecca è che non c'è una vasta scelta di gusti. Peccato. Tutti molto gentili, soprattutto una ragazza SIMPATICISSIMA!

20/06/2025: Vera Coffice Break – Total disappointment I went to Vera Coffice Break a couple of days ago, intrigued by the awards it had received and the good reviews I had read around. Unfortunately, my experience was anything but positive. As soon as I entered, no one welcomed me or said hello, even though I repeated “good morning” twice. The environment seemed messy and dirty, both at the counter and on the tables: a general feeling of neglect and poor hygiene. Despite this, I tried to give the place a chance and approached the breakfast counter. But there came the definitive confirmation of my disappointment: all the products were obviously frozen. At that point I preferred to leave. I sincerely wonder how a food guide could recommend a place like that, considering the quality of the products and the really insufficient cleanliness. A real shame.

25/06/2025: The hotel is beautiful from the outside with a stunning view at Cefalu city center. It has a very nice pool but the beach is a bit far away- you have to cross around 70stairs and walk for 300m til you reach it The waiters in the restaurant and the animations guys are very nice as well as the old gentleman that is selling the tickets to Palermo outside of the hotel cafe The furniture is falling apart, everything you touch colapses - except for the bed 😆 Dinner is served in a chaotical way, there is a stampedo at 7:30 since diner is served very late and this cause haos at the restaurant Breakfast is very modest and the same every day The electricity disappears a few times a day after the rain There are no buses in front of the hotel, nor stores or cafes, you need to walk 25 min to Cefalu-dont forget the 70 stairs The key was not working properly at all, we had to go to the reception a few days in a row to get a new one each time The receptionists could have been nicer The watersink started leaking a few days after we arrived, the last day you couldnt press the water althoug the janitor fixed it

22/06/2025: We stopped 2 mornings for breakfast because it was delicious and the place was really nice but unfortunately the counter staff was really rude and unhelpful. At the counter we asked what a pastry was called (since there are so many and we should have told the cashier to get the receipt) and I was told: they are donuts, can't you see? Too bad they weren't donuts. At the coffee counter there are 2 waiters: the one who makes cappuccinos is very good, but the guy who calls for service doesn't even look at you if you're leaning on the counter and when he puts your cup on the saucer he puts it down rudely and always "hummusonito". I understand that dealing with so many people can be tiring but you can still make the same effort using a little courtesy and a smile

26/06/2025: Entrance with a strong smell of disinfectant, which, honestly, made me feel nauseous, then arrived at the terrace on the third floor well incredible and pleasant view, very nice waiters, excellent food, the dishes well unpleasant that they are served on plastic plates and not ceramic, the warm chocolate heart is often wrong and it often happens in different places that it arrives cooked and without the heart that melts, the waiter wanted to offer me something else in exchange but there was absolutely no need he was repaid for all the kindness. Let's get to other flaws is the service on the wine, sturdy glasses not for wine then not having tasted the wine to the person who proposed it, good at serving the woman, but when the dishes arrived she served me before the woman who accompanied me. Another small flaw, while we were going down the stairs, the presence of a small cockroach on the stairs, it was not a bread eater, well with the heat and places of catering on the whole street it can happen that they enter from outside, however if they manage to involve all the premises and the municipality for a regular disinfestation on the periodic street in this period it would not hurt anyone. I wanted to write the flaws because there is always room for improvement, however thanks and I hope to return soon.

23/06/2025: Last night we ate with the set menu so the starters were honestly good, the first courses were decent but the second course was to be thrown in the garbage, the mixed fried food was fried very badly apart from two squid rings and four small fish accompanied with breaded cod from Eurospin and then I paid for 3 menus but they brought for two, it seems to them that the agent is stupid God bless them if we talk about the view and it is spectacular anyway I will never come back even if it was the only restaurant
