Truly a gluten-free paradise, you can find everything from pasta, bread, pizza, desserts, and much more, and it's all delicious. I was in Palermo for work and went to buy some food for lunch.

The bread and pizza are really good, the cookies and deli are good, and the desserts are very rare, only available upon request. The only downside: finding anything unless ordered the day before is really difficult; many people say the organization needs to be rethought.

Highly recommended! The best arancini I've eaten in Sicily. The ragù is incredibly delicate, the breading is incredibly crunchy, and they're truly perfect. I also tried the delicious simple ciambella, a delicious sweet piece with cream, and some fantastic mini panelle sandwiches.

15/03/2026: I celebrated my graduation here a few days ago. Everything was impeccable, everyone was friendly, and the service was excellent. The pizzas and appetizers were delicious. Kudos also to the maître d', who managed everything down to the smallest detail. Thank you!!
