07/03/2026: Overall, it was bad. The waiters don't understand a word of Italian. The guy inside refused to let me heat up milk for my son even though we were at a table that spent around 400 euros.

The young waiter was then fully receptive and helpful, we didn't want to discuss it any further. There may have been a mistake with the food, beef vs meatloaf.

26/07/2026: 👎🏻It's a very expensive experience, but it lacks adequate services. Parking is far away and expensive, and after parking, you have to take a shuttle to the beach. The beach is huge and very long, but there's only one bathroom for the entire area, too far for at least 80% of the people. There are no showers, except for one at the main entrance, which also requires a fee. 👎🏻 Furthermore, the price of an umbrella increases based on the distance from the entrance, but in my opinion, it's absolutely not worth it. 👎🏻 Compared to other facilities, this place offers nothing special. I personally strongly advise against it. 👎🏻

25/07/2026: Public land, you have to pay to get there. I mean, it's a dirt field used as a parking lot, filth everywhere, I pay €8 for parking, not even a fountain to rinse off the sand. Bar, no comment, rip-off prices, a beer that at the supermarket costs €1.10, here €6?? A spritz is €9?? This doesn't mean whoever manages it can't raise the prices, but this is authorized theft!! People staring at you, rude people and tourists, who knows you?? You think you're so smart... you're pathetic!!! Go to the public beach, bring everything from home, at least you don't have to see certain people. For goodness sake, we're losing our manners and respect... it's a total disgrace.

02/09/2025: Roberto's comment is completely out of place.... Are you normal? Exorbitant prices??!?! Where? You're at the seaside in Salento. The prices are much lower than any market in Bologna. If you come from Egypt and the prices seem high, that's your problem..... A tenner consumed at the bar is charged as if it were bought in the store. The store is stocked with everything you need. If this bar/market was missing, I would give Torre San Giovanni 3 stars. Great. Fresh vegetables, fruit, cold cuts, sandwiches, beers and spirits of all kinds. What more do you want at the seaside???? But look at the price of a beach umbrella sold by them....10 euros. The service is highly considered!!!!!! You feel at home!!!!!!

10/06/2026: I'm from Lecce and I regret not having come to this beach sooner, because it was a wonderful discovery, from the structure to the welcome of the very kind owner Anna Paola and all the staff, it was a very positive experience, I also highly recommend you stop to taste their dishes in complete relaxation under the shade of the well-kept greenery... last but not least the crystal clear sea completes the magic of this place!

I can accept the wait on Saturday night, but serving pizzas in these conditions is simply disgraceful. Not a single one of the pizzas ordered was worth it. The mozzarella was sour, inedible, with a disgusting, burnt taste that clearly demonstrates the pizza chef's total inattention! And probably a poor oven cleanliness. A pizza like this shouldn't even leave the "pizzeria," let alone be delivered to a paying customer. If this is the quality you offer, you really have a serious problem. This is an experience you absolutely must not repeat.

26/04/2026: Without taking anything away from the products, the staff is rude, to say the least. We walk in and ask for three cones, specifying that we don't want table service. This was for three people, not just one. Since I have my dog ​​with me, so as not to get in the way, I went outside to wait for my daughter and husband before going for a walk. While I wait, I sit on the edge of my chair at the tables outside, all empty, all but one, maybe two. A waitress comes over and literally yells at me, saying I shouldn't have been there. I explain that I was leaving, and by the time I get up, another one comes over and yells even more. So I say, yes, it's true, I shouldn't have sat down, but it's also true that all the tables were empty and customers should be addressed differently. If we had stolen the ice cream, perhaps they would have addressed them differently. I will never set foot in there again because yelling at customers like that is just not okay.
