20/04/2026: Very tasty food, both the starter and main course. The red and white Negroamaro served by the glass was truly excellent! Very friendly and service-oriented staff.

15/04/2026: Avoid this place! The bread served at the table is extra. The portions are ridiculously small, the dishes don't match the descriptions, and the hamburger is just a simple ground beef patty. A French family sitting next to us also had the same unpleasant surprise with several dishes. Keep walking

15/09/2025: Two hours—and I mean two hours—of waiting, and when it finally comes, the insult comes: three out of six items are missing, paid for and forgotten. The food, let's be clear, isn't the problem: good, with a varied and tasty menu. Two hours of waiting can still pass, albeit with difficulty, but discovering that, after so long, what we'd already paid for had been "forgotten" is a far greater affront than the slowness. It's not a matter of distraction, but of disrespect: the customer is not an optional extra to be treated lightly. The sore point, however, isn't limited to the wait or the inefficiency. What makes the experience truly indigestible is the attitude of the ladies at the counter: a lethal cocktail of rudeness, arrogance, and impoliteness that manages to sap even the last vestige of appetite. The feeling isn't of being welcomed, but barely tolerated, as if the customer were an intruder and not the very reason for the business. Bottom line: the food is good, but there's no fried food in the world worth two hours of humiliation and waiting. If patience were edible, I'd leave feeling full.

26/08/2025: Excellent food, a little small in the place as there is limited seating. Takeaway is more convenient.

05/11/2025: Staff are friendly, but lack professional attention. Always need to be meticulously checked: more thorough checks on cleanliness and tidying up the workspace, from the coffee cups (some stained) to the bar counter and coffee machine and hopper. I hope to return soon and find everything perfect. Thank you and good luck!

20/10/2025: Very centrally located in the beautiful Piazza Duomo. Friendly staff, and the aubergine package with L'Aura craft beer is excellent.

27/12/2025: Never again! Poor food: I ordered fries (inedible!) and two sandwiches, one lightly toasted on the top and cold on the bottom, and the other completely cold and untoasted. The ingredients inside were scant and of poor quality. The beers were served quite a while after the fries arrived, and the location was extremely uncomfortable due to the cramped space and broken seating.

27/09/2025: We're currently at the Riva di Ugento campsite. We've eaten at the restaurant four times in three weeks. It was delicious every time. The service team creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where you feel welcome. Many thanks to the team; we love coming back every time.👍👍👍👍👍

12/11/2025: After accepting a reservation on The Fork for a special occasion and driving over 40 minutes to get there, we discovered at 8:58 PM (in front of the locked door) that the place was closed. A word of advice: if you're not capable of presenting yourself online with any dignity, go back to the old-fashioned word of mouth; at least you won't ruin your (former) customers' evenings.

10/10/2025: Short experience. We booked through TheFork... from the outside it looked like a really nice place but... when we entered, the door wouldn't open... no one to greet us... we discovered that the door opens almost by pushing it from the inside, and in fact a customer opens the door for us... we went in... we waited... 5 minutes and no one greeted us... the restaurant wasn't even full... finally, a girl came out and showed us to a room completely different from the rest of the averagely elegant restaurant... the room where we sat instead had white and green checked tablecloths... paper if I remember correctly... after a while, the girl came back with the menus... pizza menu... she told us that they tried to call us to tell us they only did pizza but obviously on the phone, no missed calls... of course she could have told the receptionist at the counter before seating us... we got up and left... nice place... poorly managed in my opinion... ability to interact with the customer is zero.

12/04/2026: Being a local and never having eaten here, I feel very guilty today! The food was excellent, and the service, despite being a busy place, was spectacular. I'll be back many times! Great job, keep it up!

01/03/2026: Not a very large but very nice restaurant, with attentive and friendly staff. We had two meat menus, both very good. Pasta with chickpeas was excellent, and the orecchiette with meatballs were also delicious. The dishes were generous and good quality at a more than fair price!! Really, congratulations! 👏

01/03/2026: I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this time... We were very disappointed because we were looking for traditional cuisine. The staff were very friendly, but the food was deplorable, tasteless, and uninspired. Overpriced for frozen food, bagged salad with the expected product taste, and an undrinkable rosé... In short, a tourist trap!

14/03/2026: The best trattoria in Nardò, without a doubt. Perfect fried food, exquisite traditional appetizers. Spectacular Salento pizza, cooked to perfection, crispy dough, generous portions. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful service.

22/02/2026: Overall, a positive experience. The outdoor seating in the back is nice even in mid-season, like autumn. One tip I can give is about the pizzas. Some of the edges were burnt and particularly hard. Regarding the Quattro Stagioni pizza (mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, artichokes), the anchovies weren't good, as few people like them. The fried foods and appetizers, however, were fine.

08/09/2025: We tried to order from this place twice, and both times they were out of stock. Only a few pieces of rotisserie, days old. The place is poorly maintained. The staff is disinterested and sloppy. A terrible experience.

18/08/2025: A small restaurant in the center of San Foca. You can order takeout or sit down, as we did. We had the Apulian bombette, with a side of fries and salad. The bombette were delicious, but it's a shame they didn't have much cheese inside. Their calzone is also very good, with a flavorful crust and a generous filling. Recommended!

12/10/2025: We wanted to try the pizza, especially the gluten-free version, which is hard to find with a homemade crust. We were completely satisfied with the gluten-free and traditional dough. The place is small, yet cozy, with only a few seats. There's no table service; everything is picked up at the counter. The menu lists a huge number of possible pizzas, perhaps around forty.

03/08/2025: I'm giving it one star because -10 isn't an option, my dears. Entering this place is like walking into a jewelry store, but what you're buying is anything but jewelry: the freshly made Apulian Bombette are terrible, the fried fish is €40 a kilo. The icing on the cake, and what really makes me regret ever setting foot in this awful place, was one of the people behind the counter greeting us with the Roman salute and praising the Gladio organization, saying that you have to be true Italian men. The problem was that he wasn't joking; in fact, he was very serious. Not discouraged, but absolutely forbidden to anyone with a modicum of dignity.

12/10/2025: Maybe I got the day wrong, but I didn't find the "old-fashioned" aperitifs, too bad.
