12/11/2025: After accepting a reservation on The Fork for a special occasion and driving over 40 minutes to get there, we discovered at 8:58 PM (in front of the locked door) that the place was closed. A word of advice: if you're not capable of presenting yourself online with any dignity, go back to the old-fashioned word of mouth; at least you won't ruin your (former) customers' evenings.

10/10/2025: Short experience. We booked through TheFork... from the outside it looked like a really nice place but... when we entered, the door wouldn't open... no one to greet us... we discovered that the door opens almost by pushing it from the inside, and in fact a customer opens the door for us... we went in... we waited... 5 minutes and no one greeted us... the restaurant wasn't even full... finally, a girl came out and showed us to a room completely different from the rest of the averagely elegant restaurant... the room where we sat instead had white and green checked tablecloths... paper if I remember correctly... after a while, the girl came back with the menus... pizza menu... she told us that they tried to call us to tell us they only did pizza but obviously on the phone, no missed calls... of course she could have told the receptionist at the counter before seating us... we got up and left... nice place... poorly managed in my opinion... ability to interact with the customer is zero.

23/07/2025: Negative. (1 star, and it was a gift.) I absolutely do not recommend it unless you want to make a bad impression. I had ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, and I had promised her a character-themed cake. I'm traveling, and we had planned a party down to the last detail. Moral of the story? I was supposed to pick up the cake as agreed with the bakery (ordered a month in advance). I got there and it was closed. No cake. What a disappointment.

31/03/2025: Welcoming and above all clean place, the waitress served us with great kindness and professionalism. The desserts were beautiful to look at and to eat with a great variety to choose from.

15/01/2026: Excellent selection of beers...many types for evenings with friends, good food and a comfortable atmosphere.

30/12/2025: Beers are good, staff nice unfortunately the guy behind the bar maybe the owner, was rude maybe because it was a busy night. Cocktail overpriced considering we're not in Milan or London. I wouldn't go back if ever visit the city again considering Lecce is full of lovely bars and restaurants.

03/01/2026: I'm sorry, it was a terrible evening. Perhaps this was the only time we danced given the limited space in the rooms, and honestly I've never been to a dinner where there wasn't even a countdown to midnight... not to mention the rest. Nice music, but absolutely not suitable for a New Year's Eve dinner. I'm sorry, but it was a terrible experience, not to be repeated.

01/01/2026: Wonderful family Christmas, top-notch cuisine, delicious food and lots of it in a luxurious farmhouse surrounded by greenery. We will definitely be back soon, so keep it up.

14/01/2026: ABSOLUTELY AVOID. I TAKE A PASTICCIOTTO AND I CAN'T EVEN BITE IT'S SO OLD. WHAT ARE THESE GENTLEMEN (let's call them that to avoid complaints) FEEDING PEOPLE???? LET'S HOPE THEY CONDUCT CHECKS AND CLOSE THEM DOWN SOON.

26/10/2025: Sunday dinner in late October, one of the few places open in the area. A pleasant surprise, both the orecchiette with meatballs and the tripe were excellent, but above all, the delicious almond and fig spumone! It's a shame I don't live nearby, but I'd love to go back.

27/09/2025: We're currently at the Riva di Ugento campsite. We've eaten at the restaurant four times in three weeks. It was delicious every time. The service team creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere where you feel welcome. Many thanks to the team; we love coming back every time.👍👍👍👍👍

15/11/2025: I've known them for over a year now, and I've found their dry pastries excellent, but their fresh ones much less so. On two occasions when I bought a cake, the first for a child's birthday party, ordered with specific ingredients, we found ourselves with what they decided to sell us that didn't correspond to what we asked for, and it was also of extremely low quality. We said to ourselves, "Mistake can happen." The next day, we politely offered our opinion, and they acted sorry. This last time, however, on November 11th, the feast of St. Martin, invited by friends for dinner, we stopped by the pastry shop and were struck by an apple pie with a sweet plate with a beautiful phrase about friends written on it. Because of that written phrase, we had the cake wrapped for €29, and in the evening we showed up at our friends' house. Imagine our disappointment when we saw that the plate with the writing was no longer on the cake, plus we had told our friends about the beautiful phrase in advance. The bottom line was that we were disappointed, and the cake was of extremely poor quality, worse than frozen cakes. The next day, my wife and I stopped by to make the We complained, and the gentleman who answered us, not very apologetic, kept repeating that he thought it strange that the plaque with the phrase wasn't there. This, to me, means that we bother complaining just to gain some advantage from telling a lie. We closed the matter by telling him we wouldn't be going again.

14/03/2026: The best trattoria in Nardò, without a doubt. Perfect fried food, exquisite traditional appetizers. Spectacular Salento pizza, cooked to perfection, crispy dough, generous portions. Welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful service.

22/02/2026: Overall, a positive experience. The outdoor seating in the back is nice even in mid-season, like autumn. One tip I can give is about the pizzas. Some of the edges were burnt and particularly hard. Regarding the Quattro Stagioni pizza (mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, artichokes), the anchovies weren't good, as few people like them. The fried foods and appetizers, however, were fine.

08/09/2025: We tried to order from this place twice, and both times they were out of stock. Only a few pieces of rotisserie, days old. The place is poorly maintained. The staff is disinterested and sloppy. A terrible experience.

18/08/2025: A small restaurant in the center of San Foca. You can order takeout or sit down, as we did. We had the Apulian bombette, with a side of fries and salad. The bombette were delicious, but it's a shame they didn't have much cheese inside. Their calzone is also very good, with a flavorful crust and a generous filling. Recommended!

01/03/2026: I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this time... We were very disappointed because we were looking for traditional cuisine. The staff were very friendly, but the food was deplorable, tasteless, and uninspired. Overpriced for frozen food, bagged salad with the expected product taste, and an undrinkable rosé... In short, a tourist trap!

01/03/2026: Not a very large but very nice restaurant, with attentive and friendly staff. We had two meat menus, both very good. Pasta with chickpeas was excellent, and the orecchiette with meatballs were also delicious. The dishes were generous and good quality at a more than fair price!! Really, congratulations! 👏
