26/09/2024: Location spettacolare e curata, a dir poco incantevole. Peccato per quel dehor in legno che a mio parere non c'entra niente con la bellezza del tutto. Per quanto concerne il resto devo dire che ha deluso le mie aspettative. Troppa gente, troppi tavoli. Confusione. Arriviamo con la prenotazione e il tavolo che ci era stato assegnato era occupato. Ci indicano un altro tavolo: occupato anche questo. Risultato: venti minuti di attesa. Nel cibo non ho trovato quello che mi aspettavo. La burrata non aveva sapore, il primo di pappardelle al ragù di maiale nero non male ma niente di che. Le salsicce una era cotta e l' altra no. La cosa che ho gradito di più sono stati senza dubbio i turcinieddhi. Insomma niente di entusiasmante. Il servizio veloce, giovane e un pó disattento. Per fare troppo si perde di attenzione e qualità. Come si dice: bello ma non balla.

03/11/2024: Esperienza fortemente negativa!...locale con poca cura,il cuoco fumava all'interno del ristorante,cibo mediocre,con una parmigiana che sembrava una poltiglia fritta con olio bruciato di qualità pessima,peccato!...come è da evitare.

01/11/2024: Ottima la pizza gluten free, veramente un alto livello. Sicuramente la migliore pizza gluten free di Galatina. Bisogna prenotare prima in caso di clienti celiaci ma il prodotto presentato è veramente gustoso. Ci sono tante pizze gluten free da poter degustare.

Applause for the ability to maintain the recovery of the places faithful to the history of the place, the fireplace is impressive and the chandeliers are truly remarkable. 16/02/2025: But has it changed management? this is perhaps by far the first or second negative review I've left: A place more for the nocturnal munchies than an afternoon snack in the historic centre, dirty and neglected, food from the day before (if you think about it) heated on the griddle until it becomes incandescent and very hard, which is absolutely unacceptable at lunch time and especially on Sunday, the Indian cashier doesn't give receipts and places the glasses upside down on the change giver (where the cash is placed). Rating 1: NAS nightmare

25/10/2024: Dinner on Valentine's Day, after several months of absence: the duet accompanying the evening was excellent, only the volume was a little too high, the only discordant note in a place that is always at the top: exquisite food, kind and smiling waiters, prices in line with quality and abundant dishes. The fillet was truly exquisite!

31/12/2024: It's the first time I go, fast service, good pizza, fried food mixed with the right cooking, normal prices, the only discordant note is that they gave me the pizza intended for another table, the waitress noticed the mistake and gave me the pizza as a gift that I had ordered

26/01/2025: I find it absurd and ridiculous that, having already paid for an expresso, I ask that I want a drop of lactose-free milk instead of normal milk, and am told that I have to go back to the cashier to queue again and pay the supplement. ABSURD. Never to return again.

23/08/2024: I was in the temporary headquarters in Casalabate. Well we can say that it really has everything that is temporary. Over an hour of waiting for 2 pizzas even though there was almost no one there upon arrival. After repeated attempts to make sure that the pizzas were in the oven, they came to tell us that the friarelli were finished, but more than an hour had passed. Moment in which we decided to abandon the place.

17/08/2024: Locale con tavoli sporchi, poco personale (quasi inesistente). Abbiamo aspettato due pizze un’ora e mezza!! Le pizze oltretutto erano bruciate e salatissime. Zero stelle, sconsigliatissimo.
