29/10/2025: I was at this place at the end of July. There's a bartender named Cristian, who makes a cocktail he created (the Cristian cocktail) that's one of the best gin and tonics I've ever had. I highly recommend trying it.

12/10/2025: A terrible experience. We came in for a drink, which was also tasteless, and found ourselves sitting next to a table with some girls with a dog that kept barking for no reason at my children, who were scared and in no way bothered the dog; they were just playing with each other. But what really shocked us was the waitress who loudly made a sarcastic remark to the dog's owner, suggesting that it's better to bring dogs than children. This was unacceptable rudeness towards customers who were in no way disturbing anyone else.

01/09/2025: A multisensory journey... to hell! As soon as you walk in the door, you're greeted by an intoxicating aroma that sways between a damp stable and an oil change in an '80s garage. It'll make you long for a sense of smell. The rotisserie? A living homage to food poisoning. The kebab, likely frozen since 2010, has seen more glaciations than planet Earth. The crêpes, on the other hand, are a tactile experience even before they're a taste experience: the dough is so rubbery you could bounce a tennis ball off it, while the Nutella inside... well, let's call it a "cocoa fossil." Hard, cold, with the arrogance of someone who long ago outgrew the concept of expiration. But the real magic happens at the checkout: identical crêpes, same size, same filling (so to speak), yet one costs €2.50 and the other €4. It's the "feeling" price list, a revolutionary concept of fluid economics. Recommended only for those who want to test their guts, stomach, and patience. Or for those writing a horror novel about restaurants.

14/12/2025: Excellent location in one of the towns of Salento where there is practically nothing...at least a corner with lots of sweets and good service, even if the atmosphere really leaves a lot to be desired...Pasticciotto and Via!!!

26/11/2025: Different prices for tourists. Taranta Night: the afternoon before the party, beers had one price, and by evening, the prices had magically increased. The owner's explanation: it's a party, so I'm raising the prices because, having more customers, I had to hire another bartender, and besides, it's still cheaper than up north. If you don't remember me, I'm the Taranto native who told you that tourists aren't stupid; they pay the first time, and the second time, they don't come back. Don't complain that there's less and less tourism in Salento; you deserve it.

24/10/2025: Very disappointed. Tasteless bowl, just salad, 3 pieces of mango, 3 pieces of avocado, and 3 cashews... For 14 euros... shameful!

31/10/2025: I've decided to give this pizzeria, located in the heart of Tricase on Via Roma, four stars because overall it was a good experience, with some very positive aspects and a few small details that could be improved. I'll start with the strong point: the location. It deserves five stars alone because it's truly excellent—it's right in the center of town, easy to reach, and perfect for an evening with friends or a stroll after dinner. The only downside is that parking is limited and not reserved, so you may have to wander around a bit to find a spot, especially on busy days. The location is modern and welcoming, tastefully furnished with attention to detail. However, the interior space is rather limited: the tables are very close together (in my case, I was about 80 cm from another table), which can take away some privacy and comfort. It's a shame, because the place has great potential and you can sense the care that went into it. As for the food, the pizzas were good, well-cooked, and made with quality ingredients. The only small inconvenience was a mistake in my order: I'd asked for a pizza with speck and scamorza, but it came with prosciutto and another cheese (which wasn't scamorza, though I don't remember exactly which). It wasn't a big deal—the pizza was still tasty—but with a little more attention, it would have been perfect. The service was kind and helpful, if a little unprepared at the time. They were just starting to use a new app to take orders, and the waitress had a few difficulties at first, but she worked hard, kept smiling, and apologized several times very politely. In the end, she managed to handle everything, and her commitment and goodwill were evident. One detail I appreciated was that, at the end of the meal, there were four desserts on the house. To be honest, they looked more like packaged donuts, but it was still a nice gesture on the part of the restaurant, and they definitely deserve thanks for their attentive service. In conclusion, it was a lovely evening, in a modern, well-kept restaurant with excellent pizza. There were a few small imperfections, but nothing that detracted from the experience. You could sense the desire to do well and improve.

29/08/2025: I'll start by saying that I've always loved the pizzas from Pizzeria Core a Core. I've had a good experience at all their locations, but not the one in Morciano di Leuca. The pizza was burnt, cold, and without toppings. I ordered a "scoglio" (a kind of seafood dish) and got two shrimp and two zucchini on top. The pizza was completely white and black on the bottom. I'll continue to go there in other towns, but this was the first and last time I'd even had to speak in Salento dialect on my cell phone. It's a shame about this inconvenience. My compliments, however, go to the pizzeria in Gagliano del Capo. Excellent pizzas, well-seasoned and tasty. The staff is very respectful of their customers, and the opening hours are always precise.

07/09/2025: A historic spot in Veglie for all of us residents. A regular stop for coffee after a night out with friends, because it's open 24 hours a day and serves delicious coffee.

31/01/2026: We arrived at 9:30 PM sharp, because we had a reservation. Four pizzas and a swordfish steak arrived after two hours. Never again! What a shame!

30/12/2025: If you're not their friend, avoid this place, because they don't care about you! A very disappointing experience. We sat down as soon as we entered, but we had to call the waiter ourselves for the menu and then to order. Throughout the dinner, the service was inattentive: we had to constantly ask for things because they were forgotten, and often only part of what we'd ordered arrived, without any apology. We also waited at least 40 minutes for a pizza, which was incredibly long, especially considering the complete lack of communication or explanation. The bread wasn't fresh, and it wouldn't have even arrived if we hadn't asked for it. This should be a normal occurrence in a restaurant, not something to be requested. The staff's manner was unfriendly and unprofessional. The difference in treatment towards customers, which the owner and the waiter knew, was clear: faster service, more attentiveness, and more helpfulness than at other tables. Service should be the same for everyone. I've never had to call the waiter for anything in a restaurant. Before focusing on the food, it would be important to improve the welcome and attention given to all customers. An experience I wouldn't repeat.

30/10/2025: I found it a bit expensive and a little oily. Panino tomato tuna €9, café americano €3.50, perhaps because I had something similar yesterday in Lacco Ameno that was cheaper and tastier.

14/10/2025: We went there while strolling through the streets, the panini was very good, very crispy, the best. The service was good, two girls were at the bar very nice

06/09/2025: I agree that the pizza dough lacked salt, and so did the tomato sauce. The dough was also a little too chewy.

30/08/2025: Stunning location, a charming terrace with stunning lighting. Top service, as the waiters were very helpful, friendly, and quick. The food was decent—we had delicious octopus meatballs, but the pizza was a bit salty. A bit bland. Overall, I'd give it a 6/10.
