24/11/2025: Large place...fast and excellent service

22/09/2025: I've been to this pizzeria a couple of times. Both times we ordered pizzas and dessert. The pizzas were very good, and the speed with which we were served was excellent (especially considering it was September, so it wasn't very crowded). I was pleasantly surprised that, when ordering desserts, a food allergy was mentioned, and we were promptly informed of the ingredients to find the safest option. The cheesecake was excellent, and the tiramisu was a bit overdone, but good. The location, in my opinion, is very popular, right in front of the stadium and in a very quiet area. We were very satisfied with the evening!

08/09/2025: We tried to order from this place twice, and both times they were out of stock. Only a few pieces of rotisserie, days old. The place is poorly maintained. The staff is disinterested and sloppy. A terrible experience.

18/08/2025: A small restaurant in the center of San Foca. You can order takeout or sit down, as we did. We had the Apulian bombette, with a side of fries and salad. The bombette were delicious, but it's a shame they didn't have much cheese inside. Their calzone is also very good, with a flavorful crust and a generous filling. Recommended!

29/01/2026: Behind the city's main square, which acts as a curtain, enveloped in an Ozpetekian atmosphere, lies one of this area's finest restaurants. 'Povero' has a natural elegance, nothing affected, like sirtaki played in a garden at night. The cuisine is as perfect as cashmere on the skin, the flavors rounded and refined. The staff is professional, with a kindness that seemed to have dissipated over time. You can always find something in this restaurant. I think it's one of the most refined and beautiful places in this wonderful land. Angela, the owner, has created a rarefied atmosphere of delicacy and magic. It's an essential stop for anyone thinking of visiting this city!

27/12/2025: The food was really nice—full of flavor and well prepared. We truly enjoyed our meal. However, the inside of the restaurant felt a bit dark, and the front area could be cleaner and more organized, which would make a better first impression. With a few improvements to the atmosphere, this place could be even better.

23/07/2025: Negative. (1 star, and it was a gift.) I absolutely do not recommend it unless you want to make a bad impression. I had ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday, and I had promised her a character-themed cake. I'm traveling, and we had planned a party down to the last detail. Moral of the story? I was supposed to pick up the cake as agreed with the bakery (ordered a month in advance). I got there and it was closed. No cake. What a disappointment.

31/03/2025: Welcoming and above all clean place, the waitress served us with great kindness and professionalism. The desserts were beautiful to look at and to eat with a great variety to choose from.

14/09/2025: A quiet place to eat well without pretensions. We'd say it's medium-low, but the small garden elevates the location a bit. The mixed fried food and antipasti are delicious, and we continued with pucce and pizzas. They have a little bit of everything and cater to everyone, so you're sure to find something here. Recommended for quiet evenings after the beach or before a stroll around Torre Lapillo.

21/01/2026: Truly excellent sushi, one of the best I've ever had. The fish is always incredibly fresh, and you can immediately taste the quality of every dish, from classic sushi to more unique offerings (the menu is truly extensive). Everything is prepared with great care and attention to detail. The staff is always courteous, smiling, and helpful, making you feel welcomed from the moment you arrive. I've been there once a week now, and every time is a confirmation. An added bonus is Maofeng, who knows me by heart and already knows my order: his customer service truly makes the difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality sushi, a pleasant atmosphere, and impeccable service. I'll be back, as always, with great pleasure! Keep up the good work...💕

28/12/2025: I've already given this restaurant a 5-star review in the past, because I've always been there and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, I have to change my mind today. The problem isn't the quality of the fish itself, which is probably good, but the temperature at which the sushi is served. All the raw fish dishes (nigiri, uramaki, tartare, salmon tacos) arrived freezing cold, literally frozen, as if they'd just been taken out of the refrigerator and brought directly to the table. The result was an unpleasant and, frankly, disgusting flavor. Even the rice was excessively cold. What's even more incomprehensible is that even the sushi with cooked ingredients (fried chicken, fried shrimp, cooked tuna) still arrived freezing cold. The tartare was so cold it almost tasted frozen. When we pointed out the problem, one staff member ignored us; another simply replied, "Yes, the fish is from the refrigerator." Of course, fish must be stored properly, but sushi shouldn't be served chilled: there's a proper serving temperature, and today it wasn't respected at all. The only positive note is the food, which was as good as ever: the udon, grilled, and fried shrimp were very good and well-served. This is why I'm giving it 3 stars today, which is generous, solely for the food. If it weren't for that, the rating would be significantly lower. A real shame for a place I've always enjoyed.

01/03/2026: I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but this time... We were very disappointed because we were looking for traditional cuisine. The staff were very friendly, but the food was deplorable, tasteless, and uninspired. Overpriced for frozen food, bagged salad with the expected product taste, and an undrinkable rosé... In short, a tourist trap!

01/03/2026: Not a very large but very nice restaurant, with attentive and friendly staff. We had two meat menus, both very good. Pasta with chickpeas was excellent, and the orecchiette with meatballs were also delicious. The dishes were generous and good quality at a more than fair price!! Really, congratulations! 👏

15/09/2025: Two hours—and I mean two hours—of waiting, and when it finally comes, the insult comes: three out of six items are missing, paid for and forgotten. The food, let's be clear, isn't the problem: good, with a varied and tasty menu. Two hours of waiting can still pass, albeit with difficulty, but discovering that, after so long, what we'd already paid for had been "forgotten" is a far greater affront than the slowness. It's not a matter of distraction, but of disrespect: the customer is not an optional extra to be treated lightly. The sore point, however, isn't limited to the wait or the inefficiency. What makes the experience truly indigestible is the attitude of the ladies at the counter: a lethal cocktail of rudeness, arrogance, and impoliteness that manages to sap even the last vestige of appetite. The feeling isn't of being welcomed, but barely tolerated, as if the customer were an intruder and not the very reason for the business. Bottom line: the food is good, but there's no fried food in the world worth two hours of humiliation and waiting. If patience were edible, I'd leave feeling full.

03/01/2026: I'm sorry, it was a terrible evening. Perhaps this was the only time we danced given the limited space in the rooms, and honestly I've never been to a dinner where there wasn't even a countdown to midnight... not to mention the rest. Nice music, but absolutely not suitable for a New Year's Eve dinner. I'm sorry, but it was a terrible experience, not to be repeated.

01/01/2026: We spent New Year's Eve there, we ate well, but unfortunately we didn't like the music at all and the DJ forgot to do the countdown to midnight.. it passed midnight and we had to do it ourselves.. 👎 we won't have a good memory..
