30/08/2024: Bellissimo location nel piccolo paesino di Felline, posti esterni praticamente su un intera piazzetta, carina. Servizio gentile e veloce. Pizza buona! Ottime le birre.

30/08/2024: Locale consigliato da molte persone, bella location che occupa una buona parte della piazza. A fianco ci sono altri tre locali, noi in due abbiamo mangiato un antipasto condiviso e un piatto di purè di fave con la cicoria condiviso, acqua e mezzo di vino frizzante della casa, spesa 44 euro. Nella media.

08/09/2024: We were here and wanted to see Lecce for two days. Reception was ok. However, 1. no one else was here. 2. There was no way to get away from here, there are no buses, you had to take a taxi, which costs around 25 euros per trip. And 3. they wanted to charge 30 euros per night. That would be 60 euros for the place for 2 days and 100 euros for 2 x taxis there and back. 160 euros for watching a bit of Lecce, no thanks. Maybe it's quite nice here when there are several guests and entertainment takes place. It wasn't right for our purposes.

18/08/2024: Nightmare experience. 15 minute wait to receive a bottle of water. Horrible fries, terrible service. Several times the waiters made a mistake in bringing ours other people's orders table. At the time of upon payment, the price of the frittini has magically doubled (from €7.50 to €15). The only positive note was the limoncello offered at the end. Fail!

17/08/2024: A bar that passes itself off as a restaurant. Very basic place, we arrived on the advice of the lady at the b&b we were staying in and the 4.6 star rating on Google reviews (I'm still wondering how she achieved this score). The menu intends to offer a wide choice of starters, first courses, second courses, pizzas, pucce, hamburgers (practically an all-rounder bar); in essence it is only possible to choose between a few pizzas, their "speciality" i.e. pieces of meat in sauce and the much advertised "frittini". Speaking of fried foods, avoid them like death; we were expecting something tasty and typical but in reality they bring you the 700g mix of frozen foods that eurospin sells for 1.99 euros (that is, the smiley-shaped croquettes, the potato balls and a panzerottino each). Obviously the price is not even specified on the menu, this is because it is decided on the spot at the cash register, after an exchange of words in Lecce dialect between the owner and the waitress; in fact the frittini were initially priced at 7.50 euros and then magically rose to 15 euros. BAD service: general confusion reigned, improvised staff who barely knew what the kitchen was preparing. After 20 minutes of waiting we were brought a bottle of water as well as dishes we hadn't requested. Napkins and cutlery were optional but luckily we found 4 plastic glasses in the center of the table. For 4 people we paid 18 euros each, taking 2 hamburgers (digested after 36 hours), a pizza with frankfurters, a small plate with 5 small pieces of meat, the central fries and only a bottle of natural water as well as a 2 euro cover charge. ”. I hate to think if we had taken beer or wine, we would practically have paid 30-35 euros each to sit on plastic tables. So if you intend to have a nice meal, choose a real restaurant, but if you want to eat a quick pizza or something undemanding, go there but without overdoing it.

01/11/2024: Cibo ottimo e genuino, piatti abbondanti, luogo informale e rilassante, personale attento e cordiale. Tutto perfetto per il pranzo di Ognissanti in famiglia. Ci ritornerò. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff.

27/10/2024: Locale che mi è stato consigliato da un amico del posto e che voglio ringraziare moltissimo. Locale semplice, ma che è quello che cercavo e cibi ottimi. Due considerazioni: i titolari mi hanno confermato che lavorano maggiormente a pranzo e con tutto ciò tengono aperto anche la sera seppur per pochi coperti e questo gli fa onore, uno dei pochi ristoranti di pesce a fine ottobre operativo in zona Acaya, bravi !!! Il cibo che abbiamo mangiato è stato superlativo: antipasto di polpo, tenerissimo e gustoso e due primi che abbiamo condiviso: carbonara di tonno, strabiliante è dir poco e siciliana con spada, super !!! Vino, acqua, caffe e amari prezzo onestissimo. Sicuramente ci rivedremo il prossimo anno, a presto saluti.

01/11/2024: Locale accogliente che è rimasto immutato nel tempo per ciò che riguarda la tipica cucina salentina. Il servizio è perfetto grazie all'educazione e disponibilità dei camerieri, in particolare di Luca, prezzo accessibile a tutti. Il cibo è ottimo, non sono mai rimasto insoddisfatto, lo dimostra il fatto che dopo tanti anni il ristorante è rimasto sempre ad alti livelli.

This is the summary: it's all exceptional, nothing to say but whoever is in contact with the customer should go to a lesson in good manners. It is not acceptable to serve a customer and ignore him nor is it acceptable to make any question weigh by answering coldly and hastily. They always make you feel like you're a nuisance that needs to be dealt with as quickly as possible. And this is very disappointing…despite the wonderful desserts. Sin.

05/08/2024: Raw fish is not very tasty, it has an almost neutral taste. However, considering the low prices, the sushi, especially the uramaki, are still good. The fried foods and first courses are very good. I highly recommend the steamed dumplings and spring rolls, which are really delicious. The service is super fast and the staff is very efficient. For those who want to eat sushi without having very high expectations, this place is great.

03/08/2024: This evening I had the brilliant idea of ​​going to eat sushi, first it wasn't that great, two we asked for help to order but the waitress must first learn to do her job, three you can't take home the remaining paid food otherwise you have to pay a penalty of 7 euros. Furthermore, asking the owner for explanations regarding this absurdity of paying the penalty on food already paid for, she simply laughed in my face. Having said that, I strongly advise against it.

And don't tell me that you were sending the boy to set up the tables outside, because if I had welcomed her into "my home" like she welcomed us into her bistro, she would have left too. In the end, the sense of inadequacy that she made us feel first of all when we entered the bistro prevailed, appearing annoyed and not even hinting at a smile (I still hadn't asked if we could sit outside), then everything else was completed by its being out of place. Since I don't like to be satisfied if someone else has to be dissatisfied (in this case her), I still preferred to go away and spend my money elsewhere. Do something else if a simple request of this type bothers you, or avoid putting the tables outside, so your fingers don't freeze. Response to your “non-response”: I understand that you don't know how to justify your gaff, but you don't need to explain to me what you meant by "sure" since my request to sit outside arose from the fact that we are smokers, so if I enter your place, greeting you cordially and SMILING (on the contrary of what she reports since there was no reason to enter with an expressionless face, which she does very well instead), and I ask her if we can sit outside, it means we want to stay outside. The truth is that at that moment you were gratuitously rude. Period. Don't try to justify the unjustifiable, since there are other customers who have reviewed similar experiences, so you are probably people who go by "feel" with customers and are unable to be consistent.
