28/01/2025: As it was Sunday, many restaurants in the area did not receive us without a reservation. Here they invited us in and we didn't regret it: very kind waiters, ok location and great food (appetizers, pasta, pizza). I recommend with 10 out of 10. Bravo ph kindness and quality.

24/12/2024: Da oltre 30anni sono cliente della pizzeria La ragnatela, dai tempi che si trovava nei pressi pizza Saccoti di fronte al radiatorista Semola, all'epoca io avevo poco più di 15 anni e già frequentavo la Ragnatela, le pizze sono ottime, e pure la cucina è ottima, Pierluigi il proprietario l'ho visto crescere, quindi che dire, se voi viandanti vi trovate di passaggio a Taurisano suggerisco di fare tappa alla Ragnatela

23/12/2024: We spontaneously decided to eat out with my family. We were the first; they placed us on the first floor, the room was very cold. That means my kids had to eat with their jackets on. The pizza wasn't that tasty and got cold very quickly. I didn't find the service good; I had to ask for a napkin and fork. For us it was the first and last time.

02/02/2025: Absolutely avoidable place! I have never eaten so bad anywhere else in my life! 😞 Yet I visit many places! This 4 star hotel intrigued us! We were there yesterday with my friends and there were many of us, all really disappointed and dissatisfied. We sat at the table at around 8.30pm, we were served about two hours later. The meat of any kind we took was terrible: boiled and then reheated but it arrived cold and tasteless on the table. Yes, that's right: tasteless and cold. It is probably boiled to keep it soft and then reheated at the moment, but it loses all the flavor and unfortunately it also arrives cold. There wasn't the slightest trace on the meat of the fact that it had been roasted on the grill... so which grill is it? Even the vegetables were boiled and sautéed in hot water at the time, they were really bad, except for the trio of grilled vegetables, which I must say were good. We spent on average around €25.00 each for eating pseudo meat and perhaps we made a mistake in eating out of hunger and paying a bill that did not meet any standard of edible meat. Not recommended! It doesn't even deserve one star. The service was also very poor. And with what courage did the owner respond to me like this.... Instead of apologizing for what happened, he persists in saying that everything was freshly prepared. It is absolutely not true that we were chatting while the dishes arrived. We ate as they arrived. So even more to avoid! I advise you against it! Absurd not to admit the evidence! And mine is not the only negative review! Read them all! They are absolutely true!

13/01/2025: Serata da dimenticare purtroppo in questo ristorante che si dice essere una braceria dove il piatto forte è la carne ma quello che ci hanno servito era carne andata a male ( tagliata di cavallo) che gentilmente non ci hanno fatto pagare a seguito della nostra lamentela.. altro piatto tagliata di angus che sicuramente Angus non era ma era un pezzo di manzo qualunque, qualità bassa, mangiato solo metà piatto. Le bombette nella norma, alcune buone altre con sentori di carne avariata. Questi ristoranti non si curano della salute e del gusto dei clienti. L'ASL dovrebbe controllare queste attività che possono intossicare la clientela che nonostante tutto ciò è pure costretta a pagare il conto. Da evitare

01/12/2024: We have ordered pizza more than once because in itself it is good in quality, but the problem is that every time the orders are wrong or even ingredients are missing which are paid for anyway, and we are promptly dismissed with a "next time". They are never punctual with both delivery and takeaway times. We're sorry but it's the truth. Since we are, as you defined us, "brats", I reiterate the lack of professionalism.

15/10/2024: Visitando Otranto abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante molto onesto di prezzi e devo dire con ottimi piatti . Ci siamo tornati ben 2 volte nel periodo della nostra vacanza. Il personale super gentile e efficente, abbiamo mangiato dal antipasto al pesce . Mi sono ritrovata in un ristorante in cui mi sentivo a casa.

13/10/2024: Nach feinen Vorspeise haben wir unserer Lieblingsspiele Seebarsch genossen. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns Seebarsch optimal genießen konnten. Auch der Aussicht auf das Meer beim schönen oktoberwetter haben genießen können. Wir kommen wieder.

09/02/2025: We waited an hour for the pizza which wasn't that special and it was all very salty. I drank a liter of water during the night to digest it. The service was fine but the place is very small and it was cold.

18/01/2025: Unfortunately there are no 0 stars and I have to limit myself to 1! What opinion can you give to a place where you have booked and, having arrived at your destination on time, despite the free table, you are not allowed to sit, but they invite you to wait for another one to become available? This is because, according to the embarrassed waitress, someone else, who was due to arrive shortly, had booked before us. No apologies from anyone, no "I'm sorry for the inconvenience", no attempt to limit the inconvenience! Left stranded on Saturday night! This is the professionalism of this pizzeria and this is the seriousness of the owner, who has taken great care to express himself to his customers. From complaint! If it gives me a lot, where disorder rules nothing works and I am convinced that the pizza is up to the standard of service. Compassionate.

16/01/2025: It was enough to read the reviews, I ate a bowl of take-away seafood salad together with a colleague of mine who had a fried dish instead. He's fine, I'm not, food poisoning, I'm still very sick. Still undecided whether to report the incident, I'm thinking about it.

04/01/2025: Ottima scelta, sia pesce che carne, oltre ai classici salentini. Una nota di particolare merito per le fave e cicoria . Prezzo nella norma se non si mangia il pesce crudo.

19/01/2025: Disorganizzatissimi. Nuova sala fredda, senza neanche una segnaletica, lontana dalla sala principale e raggiungibile solo dall’esterno. Cibo salatissimo (soprattutto insalata di mare e pasta), bagni freddissimi e sporchi. Masseria non curata! Non ritorneremo.

18/09/2024: Locale bello ma l'ingresso un po disordinato il Cameriere forse era stanco ci ha snobbato facendoci sedere vicino il bagno avendo chiesto di spostarci ci ha detto che erano occupati ma non lo erano anche perché siano stati li a guardare il menu povero ma ottimo su questo sono favorevole nel complesso il prezzo nella norma
