04/10/2025: It is the best restaurant to eat sushi in, I have never found others at the same level. There is a huge variety especially at dinner and the price is not even high, unlike other restaurants. It's really good and never disappoints. The staff is also very kind and always available for every request. Absolutely the best

02/10/2025: The sushi was good, but the overall experience was marred by rude and unprofessional service. The waitress displayed a contemptuous attitude toward the entire table: she turned her back, spoke abruptly, and gave the impression of hating her job without any discretion. She even scolded us for addressing her with the formal "lei," saying, "I'm not your sister"—a pointless and offensive phrase that caused great embarrassment. A restaurant can have the best food in town, but if the staff treats customers with such disrespect, the experience is ruined. I do not recommend this place until management provides customer service training and takes steps to ensure courtesy and professionalism. I will not return, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a pleasant evening.

12/07/2025: Locale carino, ma per il resto non ci siamo. Antipasto di parmigiana di melanzana fredda e porzione da camionista, poi abbiamo preso 2 orecchiette con polpette senza cacioricotta, 1 orecchietta completa e le sagne ncannulate. La pasta era scotta, mentre la cacioricotta era veramente molto forte e persistente. Una bottiglia di acqua e..80 euro... Peraltro ad un certo punto c'era la cameriera che si intratteneva fuori a parlare credo con la titolare. Saranno state svariati minuti e c'era il ns tavolo che aveva finito e un tavolo che attenda di ordinare. Mah, sono rimasto perplesso dalla gestione

15/10/2025: We went on a Saturday evening with family, and right at the door, no one greeted us, no one knew where to seat us. The waiters were completely chaotic, awkward, and disorganized, wandering around aimlessly, not knowing which table to take the dishes to. The pizzas arrived cold and with ingredients of dubious freshness: the pancetta in particular smelled and tasted terrible, it seemed stale. When it came time to pay, the owner left us waiting while she chatted calmly with a friend, completely ignoring us. When she finally gave us the receipt, we discovered it wasn't even a receipt, just the order! We went back to ask for an explanation, and, with great feigned surprise, she said she had "made a mistake." Of course, of course. Warning: they don't issue receipts.

31/08/2025: Dinner with my wife and son in the beautiful village of Specchia Delicious fava bean and chicory puree accompanied by crostini and slices of rosemary focaccia Our son had a very fresh and generous seafood salad Then the delicious Salento-style sea bass and a sesame-flavored tuna steak The outdoor setting was perfect for a late summer evening Well done!

31/08/2025: I've been to this local bar as usual for the past 10 years, but unfortunately it was the last time! We sat outside for a spritz. After waiting a bit, I had to get up and go inside to order (there were only 2 tables in the entire bar), and the girl, almost annoyed (she was minding her own business behind the counter), asked me if I needed anything. No, look, I'm here to visit the bar! We were sitting in front of the window, and she could see us perfectly, especially since there were 8 of us! Unfortunately, I can't give it less than one star. Terrible service!

15/10/2025: The "lady" at the cash register is extremely rude and indifferent, making customers wait in front of her for minutes on end while she's busy doing other things, without even looking up or saying hello. What's the point of being polite? Their only good thing is Piazza Sant'Oronzo, which brings them tons of tourists...but who never come back!

26/09/2025: Ordered 2 pasta dishes and both were fantastic. Horse meat ragu was incredible as well as the tuna pasta. Staff is fast and friendly

18/09/2025: The food we received was delicious. It's just a shame they completely forgot to serve our appetizer, and we were also the only table in the entire restaurant and terrace without bread. The price-quality ratio is reasonable.

16/09/2025: We went for dinner in mid-September. We had a fish starter and a grilled fish dish. The starters were good, and the main course was decent. Nothing special, but still good, fair enough. The location was nothing special. Prices were average, in my opinion, for what we ate.

05/06/2025: I had the salami pizza and it was magical, I have never eaten such a good pizza. They offered us pittule, it is a family environment, mediocre but clean and quiet. I will return soon

A pristine place suspended in time, a superb welcome, delightful accommodations with a sea view, delicious, locally sourced food at a reasonable price, all managed by a young man with a rock star haircut reminiscent of the frontman of the former Blu Vertigo band! Not to be missed.
