11/07/2025: Semplicemente, bravissimi!! Terzo anno di seguito che durante le nostre ferie estive veniamo una sera a cena all' agriturismo San Martino. Riconfermo pienamente l' ottima recensione degli anni scorsi. Materie prime di altissima qualità, molte prodotte in casa. Ottimo servizio. Pomodori secchi, mai mangiati così buoni. Eravamo in 11 e i giudizi sono stati umani!! Complimenti! Ovviamente per noi , consigliatissimo.

Eating at LE ROMANELLE is like eating at home! Highly recommended!

03/10/2025: I've been frequenting Salento for years, and the Cutty Sark kiosk is a must-see...on clear days, you can see the mountains beyond a heavenly sea, the view of Castro is priceless, you turn your gaze and see an old ruined tower...the pungent aromas inebriate the mind, and you're immersed in epic tales. The owner is always available and smiling, ready to pick up all the rubbish that too many rude tourists leave abandoned or insistently push into already overflowing bins...and I'm sad to read certain reviews where someone is wishing someone would fail for a few pennies!!! Dear Lord...the worst robbery is the time wasted writing it...the peace and beauty of that place are worthless.

03/09/2025: Returning to the kiosk is always a pleasure, a swim in the turquoise sea and ending with an excellent breakfast prepared by the friendly Virgilio is for us the best way to start the day!

From the very beginning, I appreciated his professionalism, integrity, commitment to quality, and passion for his work. Over the years, I've continued to appreciate the deliciousness and authenticity of his dishes. What can I say about Matambre? A welcoming place, extremely friendly service, and top-quality food. 03/11/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate an event with a group of about 26 people. We had agreed on a fixed price for the menu, and overall, we had a great time: the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. However, the portions of the main appetizers were very small compared to the number of diners, and this left us a bit disappointed, especially considering it was a special occasion. It's a shame, because with a little more attention to portion size, it would have been a perfect experience.

27/10/2025: Shameful... A guy at my table felt sick and didn't have time to go to the bathroom to vomit, so he did it in the dining room. He cleaned up and put everything in a bag, and the owner made him take it outside (where only staff should go) to the trash cans. As if that weren't enough, the staff even complained about what happened. I work in the restaurant business, and if I had done something like that, I would have been fired. The pizza wasn't anything special, but it was good overall. The staff's behavior was shameful; I will never return.

25/08/2025: This is a seafood restaurant with an adjoining fishmonger's (different entrances for the two businesses). From appetizers to dessert, everything is delicious and expertly prepared. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. The lady at the cash register is very kind and always asks if customers are satisfied. We will return whenever possible. Congratulations!

25/07/2025: Excellent restaurant! Delicious food and very friendly staff! You can taste the freshness of the fish! The staff is very helpful with recommendations for things to do in the area and must-see beaches. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: We decided to have pizza, since we've been eating fish and meat for days. We made the right choice, it was a very good pizza.

27/09/2025: For a tourist spot, this is still a decent pizza, very good value for money. Thank you for putting real green olives on the pizzas and not black olives in brine from a can. The only downside is that I was a bit surprised to pay 2 euros per person for cutlery. I think it's a bit of a tip, even though I always leave one. In short, if you want to stop after a good visit and eat well without breaking the bank in a tourist spot, this is for you!
