02/11/2025: If you go to Lecce, you absolutely must go to Mamma Rita's! You'll enjoy excellent dishes, and the pizza is a must! The best! Friendliness, professionalism, cleanliness—it has it all. I recommend making a reservation because there are so many people who want to eat there from opening to closing!

I understand that the day included a special event, but perhaps it would have been helpful to communicate this more clearly, so that we could have made an informed decision whether or not to participate. Regarding the service, unfortunately, our experience was different from what you described: we encountered a certain disorganization and a lack of attention to requests, which was a negative impact. The food was good, and I acknowledged that, but the overall quality of the experience unfortunately did not live up to expectations. In any case, I wish you and your staff the best of luck. 23/08/2025: We happened to be at this stretch of beach on a less than ideal swimming day and were hungry. The service was very friendly and helpful – they immediately addressed the children kindly and offered a highchair without hesitation. The food was excellent (fish, meat, pasta, salad). Due to the fresh ingredients, it was a bit pricey. Nevertheless, we highly recommend this restaurant!

22/01/2026: Last Saturday evening, we enjoyed a dream Neapolitan pizza with some friends. The dough was light and fluffy, and the service wasn't very prompt, but despite the crowd and it being a birthday, we didn't have to wait long. We'll definitely be back! 😋

05/10/2025: Wonderful pizza, both in texture and ingredients. We went there in the evening in October when it was pouring with rain and there were very few people. The service was fast and friendly.

11/09/2025: I spent summer evenings having fun with my friends!!! Beautiful place, both for young people and families thanks to the nearby park!! Live music every Saturday, and Latin dancing and karaoke during the week!!! Amazing!!!! What can I say about the service... excellent to say the least, very attentive to detail, always smiling and helpful. Not to mention the food... quality and affordable prices, and above all, delicious food! I recommend the complete aperitivo... a real treat!!! It's a shame there are 5 stars because it deserves 10!!!!

23/08/2025: I stumbled upon it by chance, but I have to say I immediately loved it. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the service is excellent. Plus, there's a small outdoor area where you can enjoy breakfast or something else in complete tranquility and away from the hustle and bustle. I really liked it. Now I return often, even if it's not in my area. 👍

26/03/2026: Going to the Bistrot for dinner or a glass of wine is like visiting an old friend's house...there's a warm and friendly atmosphere, daughter Giulia's smile welcoming you, background music that doesn't disturb you...and then the good, carefully prepared food, and the wine recommendations from the host Michele.... When you leave there, you immediately wonder...when I'll be back next week? Bistrot...a constant treat. Erika.

29/09/2025: Disappointing. A place with a nice view and a good location, but the food is despicable. My wife and I ordered a burrata appetizer that was just OK (10 euros). For 5 euros, you can get something better at the market. The biggest disappointment was the gnocchi with salmon and pistachios. Simply one of the worst dishes I've had at a restaurant in years. The gnocchi was doughy and tough. The red sauce was worse than store-bought ones. Salmon and pistachios? In name only. All this for 18 euros. Terrible, terrible, there's no other word for it.

14/02/2026: Terrible service that makes you lose the desire to eat because after 3 hours still no but riatu nothing improve the service and buy quality products and change the tall waiter because he is inexperienced

27/12/2025: Pleasant little lunch restaurant located in the historic part of Lecce. The food was ok (but nothing too fancy), but I am pleased to mention here the hospitality and excellent service of one of waitress (did not catch her name), she was adorable!

15/10/2025: Nice staff and service, but the food was a big disappointment. We sat inside next to the food prep area and were shocked to see that our pastas (both orichiette and lasagne) were pre-made and were microwaved for 6 minutes each before being served to us! Inexcusable in Italy, especially for the price. The pomodoro sauce was plain and acidic, and the orichiette was chewy (given it wasn’t fresh). Skip this for the much better options nearby.
