27/09/2025: For a tourist spot, this is still a decent pizza, very good value for money. Thank you for putting real green olives on the pizzas and not black olives in brine from a can. The only downside is that I was a bit surprised to pay 2 euros per person for cutlery. I think it's a bit of a tip, even though I always leave one. In short, if you want to stop after a good visit and eat well without breaking the bank in a tourist spot, this is for you!

26/09/2025: We returned several times during our seaside stay and can't wait to return next year... excellent homemade food with top-quality ingredients, from appetizers to desserts, including wines, everything very good and digestible, generous portions and always well-presented, very clean place in a beautiful historic villa, fair prices, very knowledgeable and friendly table service, compliments to the chef Salvatore and Desdemona, a delightful person. Well done, keep it up!!! Highly recommended.

20/09/2025: We visited this restaurant and had a very positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined; the staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive to the customer's needs. The food is excellent: dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The value for money is more than good. It's definitely a place to return to and one I'd recommend.

12/07/2025: Un contesto di campagna piacevole, soprattutto di sera quando non si vedono gli ulivi morti. Un edificio di notevole impatto, con grande capacità suggestiva. La cucina è semplice, senza svolazzi, adatta a chi si adatta. Personale che va capito, prezzi fondamentalmente corretti.

31/10/2025: We stopped by Sascianne for its reopening. We were welcomed by Giovanna and Claudio, two hosts worthy of the name. We ordered an appetizer and ravioli. We'd already won us over with the appetizer, but the lobster ravioli in shrimp ragù absolutely blew us away. Everything was exquisite and carefully prepared, but above all, light and flavorful. We finished with a Nutella panna cotta. In short, we'll definitely be returning to this little restaurant in a truly unique location.

06/10/2025: Terrible restaurant!!! We ordered a seafood appetizer with six courses, and after a bit of a wait, one course arrived every 10-15 minutes. Over the course of over an hour, we received five courses, only two of which matched the ones listed on the menu. We ordered white pasta for the kids, and they brought us half-cooked orecchiette.

29/09/2025: Disappointing. A place with a nice view and a good location, but the food is despicable. My wife and I ordered a burrata appetizer that was just OK (10 euros). For 5 euros, you can get something better at the market. The biggest disappointment was the gnocchi with salmon and pistachios. Simply one of the worst dishes I've had at a restaurant in years. The gnocchi was doughy and tough. The red sauce was worse than store-bought ones. Salmon and pistachios? In name only. All this for 18 euros. Terrible, terrible, there's no other word for it.

18/01/2026: Couple's dinner, seated at 9.05pm and ordered at around 9.20pm and hence the LONG WAIT and not only that... Ordered a 0.40 OTTOVOLANTE beer and I received another 0.33 GORDON beer, asked the waitress and she told me that the chosen beer was not there, I was changed the beer but only the glass, they brought me the same beer with the glass brand of the previously ordered beer, oh well... let's forget it!! Waiting time for pizzas for 2 people 1 hour and 15 minutes, after several requests to the waiter who gave me an answer after 10 minutes The pizzas arrived, 1 without chips (but added to the request) and 1 pizza ordered with burnt wheat and arrived with coal 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ DISORGANIZED STAFF!!! At the bill the cashier asks me If I had liked the beer, it turns out the substitute was a Gordon, which I hadn't asked for!!! I also reported the mistake with the pizza dough, which was wrong, and he doesn't even say SORRY!!! At least a little humility. It was the second one after 8/9 years, but I WILL NEVER GO BACK. A piece of advice: try to stop for a moment and take stock of the situation, because besides us, there were complaints from 2 other tables next to ours. 18/12/2025: A great place to relax and chat after exploring Lecce. Frankly, I'm surprised there's no menu. Sure, they can make any cocktail and there's a good selection of beers, but do you have the right to know the prices? I don't think it's even legal...

29/09/2025: Sadly the craft beer on draft wasn’t what we’d expect and being told to sit outside was a bit rubbish.

28/02/2026: I celebrated my birthday with friends at this beautiful restaurant located on Piazza San Domenico Guzman, opposite the beautiful church. The chef delighted us with truffle appetizers, risotto with Cinta Senese ragù, and pork fillet with truffle demi-glace, followed by a creamy fried wild berries soup. What can I say? Chef Gilberto Merian, 10 out of 10. I'll be back soon. Highly recommended.

06/02/2026: Fabulous dish: tagliolini with scampi and fresh shrimp tartare, a perfect balance of flavors and freshness. Excellent ingredients, meticulous presentation, and truly refined taste. Compliments to Chef Gilberto Sciolti, a dish that wins you over from the first bite and lingers. I'll definitely be back.

14/07/2025: Non avevamo prenotato, abbiamo dato il cognome e dopo pochissimo tempo abbiamo avuto il tavolo, nonostante fosse sabato. Servizio veloce ed efficiente , ricambio continuo di gente . Tutto molto buono, abbiamo preso una capricciosa bianca, polpo in pignata e spaghetti con le cozze e le bevande . Da ritornare sicuramente.
