28/03/2026: The service and atmosphere were like a 1990s neighborhood pizzeria. After more than a quarter of an hour, we were still waiting for a table; after another twenty minutes, we were still waiting to order, and after 45 minutes, we still hadn't received water. The wait for the food was also incredibly long. Two of the staff were friendly, but their organizational skills were seriously flawed. The acoustics weren't suitable for this type of restaurant, but more suited to a pizzeria. Three-star food, but the prices were five-star superior. My companions had been there before and reported a significant overall deterioration. Total disappointment!

06/06/2026: La Negra Tomasa was a very good place at the beginning, but now that they've changed management, the place isn't very organized.
FOOD:
A beef tartare ordered at 9:55 PM, but at 10:15 PM they realized it wasn't there...
SERVICE:
They're disorganized but welcoming
AMBIENCE:
Everything is very clean and nice, both before and now.

05/05/2026: This pastry shop is located on Piazza L. Ariosto, a bit outside the center, but it was just a short walk from our apartment.
Delicious ice cream, especially the chocolate with hazelnuts – amazing!
Delicious espresso (this was my first time trying this kind of coffee) and classic pasticciotto.
It's worth a visit!

16/07/2026: I'm sorry, but I had a terrible experience. I had to buy three pasticciottos, and I asked what flavors they had. The clerk told me the ones she saw. What kind of response is that if the pasticciottos are filled with different creams and you can't tell from the outside? If you don't feel like working, stay home.

05/03/2026: The atmosphere is informal and family-friendly; I went there with colleagues. The food was excellent: bruschetta, appetizers like Ascoli olives, pizzas, and pucce (the burger version was also excellent). We dined on the terrace with pleasant background music.

27/06/2026: Pizzeria with the best gluten-free pizzas in Italy. My girlfriend and I travel frequently for work and have lived in several Italian cities (including Rome, Lecce, and Salerno): so far, this is the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had.
They don't have table service, but they still provide everything you need to enjoy your pizza.
18/06/2026: Excellent pizza and very friendly staff. Takeout is available, with the option of eating in at several tables inside the very clean, albeit minimal, restaurant. Wide selection of flavors at very competitive prices. Highly recommended.

14/07/2026: We had dinner here this evening and were truly impressed. The restaurant is beautiful, but the garden is simply enchanting, especially at night with its stunning lighting.
The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and welcoming, and the food was truly excellent!
We will definitely be back. It's nice to know that restaurants like this still exist, offering excellent value without sacrificing quality and flavor.

Excellent food with a wide selection and a comprehensive menu, accompanied by drinks including craft beers, paired with the dishes for an authentic experience. Fast and accurate service. I highly recommend it for a pleasant evening with friends or simply for good food.
06/04/2026: The place was unwelcoming and cold, even with the air conditioning on. Perhaps more of a pub than a restaurant.
Price was high for the quality.
More suited to a younger crowd... The oven wasn't working.
The manager's manners were questionable, given the response... Thank you for correcting them.

Something so parodic causes uncontrollable joy! Lactose intolerant for 11 years, I find these walls simply contain paradise, be it in the form of gelato, deli, or various desserts.
Entering your place, having so much choice, so much selection, is truly something I will never stop being grateful for.
Combining goodness, professionalism, flavor, and foresight... simply a dream oasis!
Superplus points for the amazing hazelnut lobster tails. I hadn't eaten them in so long, and only thanks to you did I feel as happy as a child!
Absolutely stunning, highly recommended!
