11/10/2025: Excellent food for a simple lunch. They had a spinach frittata that was very good. Has been missing such food in our trip. Everything we had was good, including the coffee. The location is not stunning as it is in a main road but the rest makes up for it.

15/02/2026: Excellent pizzas, they even make them by the meter. Typical Neapolitan appetizers, delicious. Small but cozy place. "I think" good value for money. I think I'm writing this because, for organizational reasons, they gave us a total bill, so we don't know how much we spent on each individual dish we ordered... that's why I gave it 4 stars. Excellent Baba!! We'll be back!!

14/02/2026: Authentic Neapolitan pizza, fried pizza that's not greasy and delicious. Even the fried foods and frittatas are truly excellent. The desserts are also excellent; we had an excellent babà. In short, in a world of influencers and so much nonsense, they, in my opinion, make the real difference. Well done!

14/04/2026: I've had the pleasure of stopping at Martinucci's many times, and each time it's an experience worth sharing. The bartenders' service is simply impeccable: Mattia, along with his colleague (unfortunately, I don't know his name), manage to transform even a simple coffee into a small moment of pleasure. The coffee is always excellent, prepared with care and attention, while my colleagues who prefer macchiatos are consistently impressed by the creamy, perfect milk foam. One detail that truly makes you smile is the artistic touch: Mattia's colleague even creates a little heart out of chocolate powder, making every cup not only delicious, but also beautiful to look at.

23/12/2025: Lovely restaurant in a very out of the way location. Somebody spent a lot of money renovating this place. Spacious, obviously leaning into events, weddings, family gatherings, etc. Food was very good, especially first courses (primi). Service was ernest. Possibly one of the servers was in training. They were quite busy on a Saturday night. Mostly with pizzas.

17/12/2025: Unfortunately, my experience was very negative. The quality of the produce was terrible: everything seemed old and not very fresh, starting with the vegetables. The carrot was discolored, flavorless, and clearly not fresh, which made me question the rest of the ingredients as well. A poke should be synonymous with freshness, but in this case, it was exactly the opposite. I wouldn't return, nor would I recommend it.

09/12/2025: My girlfriend and I went for lunch, and the one and only employee was lazy. I asked for the ingredients and proteins, and he gave me a reductive explanation. The same goes for her. Table service nonexistent... Poké menu: €17 for a small poké, assembled only and topped only at the end, with a little rice and three additional plain gyoza without sauce. At least the poké overall wasn't bad, and the mochi were average. The place is really small, with roughly four tables. I politely asked the employee three times for the bathroom, and only after the third call did he tell me they didn't have one. Shameful and unpleasant, we apologize for everything. 😡😡😡

12/11/2025: While I thought the food was ok and the location was great, in both our starter and main there were fragments of metal from a steel wool scrubber that they clean the shellfish with. We ended up paying for our drinks and left but it was a bit of an ordeal and they kept saying it's for cleaning the shellfish. I understand that but I still don't want to eat it...

29/03/2026: We went to this place with friends. We arrived at 9:15 PM. I can say there was an interminable wait. The appetizers arrived almost immediately and were delicious, but we waited forever for four pizzas and a first course. The first course arrived at 10:40 PM, leaving the rest of us with nothing to eat until 11:00 PM. One of the pizzas had "friarielli" (I put it in quotation marks because they weren't friarielli at all, and they were also very acidic). The pizza itself was nothing special. A very ordinary pizza, devoid of any quality, but full of water. After that came the desserts, including a berry cheesecake which: 1) had panna cotta instead of cheese; 2) had syrup instead of jam. I'm sorry, but this is an experience I won't repeat.

26/09/2025: There's no escaping it: fresh, homemade products are worth buying...good, genuine, simple; pre-processed, industrial ones, especially if poorly reheated in the microwave, are almost inedible. It's a shame to find this gap. You have to know how to choose. Otherwise, they're down-to-earth, in a place that's not exactly aesthetically pleasing, but certainly does a lot of business. With a little more research, it could be even more enjoyable to return. Even when it comes to prices, some are out of line, while others are fair, if only for the quality.

10/12/2025: Figli di Staglio. As a longtime customer, I can say that this new bistro-style opening is yet another successful venture. The baked goods remain the same high quality as always, and now the dishes offered are just as good. If you want to spend a relaxing evening in the beautiful setting of Galatina, and enjoy good food with a smile, this is the place to be.
