A truly wonderful discovery, nestled in a lovely little square, this pub/pizzeria/pucceria offers excellent service and a menu featuring quality ingredients. We wanted a quick dinner, so we ordered three pucce and fries. The service was very quick (even though it wasn't very crowded because it was a weekday), but the pucce were truly delicious; the bread had the right consistency and the toppings were very good. We were satisfied with the fries, fried in clear, clean oil. We couldn't try the draft beers because the system was out of order that evening, but there's a wide selection of bottled beers. They also make pizzas (we didn't order any), and they looked good; we'll definitely be back to try them. It's a family-run place (or almost), but they care (that's what matters). The price is good and fully reflects the quality you receive. I recommend this place.

We discovered this wonderful place by chance, strolling through the charming streets of Galatina's historic center. It's located in a beautiful and characteristic little square, at the top of a flight of steps that creates a truly magical atmosphere. Even though they hadn't opened yet, the owner and staff were kind and helpful, welcoming us without hesitation and seating us. The pucce were simply spectacular, with a soft dough and a truly tasty and generous topping. The charcuterie and cheese platter, served with a delicious pizza base, was also excellent. Recommended!

05/08/2026: Yes! Here's a smooth, natural Google review in Italian: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly fantastic experience! As a celiac, finding such a good gluten-free pizza is no easy feat. The dough was soft, light, delicious, and very digestible. One of the best gluten-free pizzas I've ever eaten! Special thanks to the waitress, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Thanks to her advice, I had a delicious pizza! You can immediately see that the staff has experience with celiac disease: as soon as I mentioned my celiac disease, she immediately explained that even the fries are fried separately in a dedicated fryer to avoid any cross-contamination. For a celiac, this gives a great feeling of security and allows you to enjoy your meal with peace of mind. Kudos to the entire staff for their professionalism, attention, and the quality of the food. I highly recommend Pizzeria Officine 17 to everyone, especially those on a gluten-free diet. We'll definitely be back on our next vacation in Puglia!
