12/07/2025: Un contesto di campagna piacevole, soprattutto di sera quando non si vedono gli ulivi morti. Un edificio di notevole impatto, con grande capacità suggestiva. La cucina è semplice, senza svolazzi, adatta a chi si adatta. Personale che va capito, prezzi fondamentalmente corretti.

04/05/2026: This place has a unique setup. You walk in, choose your order, and pay. You'll be given a small device that looks like a remote control. Then you sit outside on the benches where you can see the parked cars, or on the open terrace, or at one of the various tables or under the gazebo. The remote control will ring as soon as your order is ready, and you'll go and pick it up yourself. The pizzas are good, as are the burgers.

26/03/2026: Last night I had dinner with my girlfriend at this restaurant in the historic center of Nardò, a typical local spot. We ordered the chef's truffle delicacies; I must say, the tuna carpaccio was heavenly, and my girlfriend had wild salmon. What can I say? The risotto Riserva with scampi and tartare of wild mushrooms was excellent. Truly excellent, more than a surprise; the chef was very refined and friendly. We'll be back.

26/03/2026: Last night I went with my girlfriend to Bistro dei Dotti, a very welcoming and characteristic place in the historic center of Nardo. We ordered the chef's delicacies, a special fried truffle dish, and lemon linguine with porcini mushrooms, white truffle cream, and aged Castellammo fondue. We thought we were in heaven. Well done, chef, keep it up. We'll be back for Easter lunch. 💯

06/10/2025: According to the website, it's open on Mondays. But we were laughed at as stupid foreigners because they're always closed on Mondays. We'll definitely NEVER be coming back.

30/09/2025: I ate there with my family a week ago, everything was impeccable, I will definitely be back, the fishmonger is always well stocked and the raw seafood is excellent, the staff is very kind.

31/10/2025: We stopped by Sascianne for its reopening. We were welcomed by Giovanna and Claudio, two hosts worthy of the name. We ordered an appetizer and ravioli. We'd already won us over with the appetizer, but the lobster ravioli in shrimp ragù absolutely blew us away. Everything was exquisite and carefully prepared, but above all, light and flavorful. We finished with a Nutella panna cotta. In short, we'll definitely be returning to this little restaurant in a truly unique location.

Much, much better can be done! 3 euros for the cover charge is a real exaggeration! I'm not used to giving negative reviews, but this time I had to!
