He has a wonderful, discreet smile that immediately puts guests at ease, and watching him serve and pour wine is like watching a true expert at work. His attention to detail and gracious manner elevated the entire dining experience. We would also like to thank the lovely lady who looked after our table. Her warmth and kindness made us feel completely at home, and her welcoming nature was just as memorable as the excellent food. The salmon and shrimp were incredibly fresh; I'd even say the freshest food I've ever eaten in Italy. Everything was excellent, a 10/10 without hesitation. Only the water (€8/bottle) and the Gallipoli tempura shrimp (€35) were, in my opinion, a bit overpriced. I recommend the restaurant.

All in all, a mediocre experience. The appetizer was nothing special, but the meat was very tasty. For a restaurant that tries to be upscale, the service simply wasn't up to par. The atmosphere was odd, and the food was okay, but it wouldn't leave a lasting impression if you ate there regularly.

Very good dinner with a lot of atmosphere on the terrace. Excellent service. Fresh and quality product. If you are in Lecce and want to spend 3 figures, you know!! By the way, very good recommendation of the white wine Chardonnay variety from Puglia!

We had dinner in the historic center at the deck tables. The service and food were excellent. We tried carpaccio, risotto, and tiramisu. Everything was very good.

Nothing surprising in Alex's kitchen. The price is excessive considering the originality of the dishes and the expected quality.
