27/05/2025: We went to this pizzeria during the pizza tour and all in all it was a good experience. I gave it four stars and not five for two reasons that can be used as suggestions: some pizzas had the edge partly burnt with the presence of blackened parts so I preferred them slightly less cooked while at the time of payment it would be better to make separate bills instead of all one bill divided between the participants. Apart from these suggestions the service is fine.

16/07/2025: We've been vacationing for six days at a Masseria near this fantastic restaurant. Tradition, quality, and kindness have made our dinners a true culinary delight. The seafood and other dishes are truly excellent. A must-try for anyone in the area. Excellent value.

28/06/2025: Very simple but decent place. The owners put a lot of effort into it, nothing pretentious, good pizza, good first courses. Obviously you don't go to this place for a great kitchen in a small town like Salve, a real village place.

14/06/2025: Encantador lugar y ambiente. La comida era tan agradable, Burrata para empezar seguido de costillas de cerdo y espaguetis de tomate muscular. Calidad de la comida excelente, el personal atento y muy amable. Quizás pedí demasiado, pero tener diferentes cosas para probar dio una mejor visión general de la comida. Muy recomendable.

14/06/2025: Location meravigliosa, immersa tra i vigneti, calma e tranquillità. Cibo squisito, piatti ricercati e studiati, sia nei sapori che nelle presentazioni, nonostante alla base ci siano ingredienti semplici e autoctoni della zona, se non di produzione propria. Non parliamo dei vini, Il fiore all’occhiello, tutti di propria produzione e davvero gustosi. Il personale top, gentile e professionale. Un esperienza davvero unica. ❤️

31/08/2025: I've been to this local bar as usual for the past 10 years, but unfortunately it was the last time! We sat outside for a spritz. After waiting a bit, I had to get up and go inside to order (there were only 2 tables in the entire bar), and the girl, almost annoyed (she was minding her own business behind the counter), asked me if I needed anything. No, look, I'm here to visit the bar! We were sitting in front of the window, and she could see us perfectly, especially since there were 8 of us! Unfortunately, I can't give it less than one star. Terrible service!

27/05/2025: Personally I liked the pizza (the only one among the 4) but woe betide anyone who questions the sausage (which to us seemed more like a wurstel but apparently it was sausage) otherwise the pizza chef comes to the table (as far as I know also the owner) with an angry manner and a firm voice, ready to reprimand anyone who dares to ask for clarification on the matter. Shame about the manners, positive note the waitress, always kind and helpful every time we went there.

14/04/2025: Finally also in Tricase I tried the real Neapolitan or Campania pizza. In addition to the excellent taste, smell, consistency etc.. the low price (in the north I pay 6.50 euros for a Neapolitan margherita smaller than the Verace one, here it is bigger and only 5 euros) the real Neapolitan one doesn't give me digestion problems even if I eat a whole one in the evening. Almost all other pizzas give me digestion problems, I get a stone in my stomach and I even sleep badly at times, the Neapolitan one wherever I eat it in Italy I digest it well, and this one from Verace is one of those good and light Neapolitan ones. Well done.

07/09/2025: Recommended by a friend, we discovered this restaurant during our vacation and it quickly became a regular stop. Every dish we tried was delicious, but the real difference is the warm welcome and courtesy of the entire staff, who make you feel at home. Honorable mention goes to the lobster they cooked to order for us: divine! Highly recommended!

12/07/2025: Locale carino, ma per il resto non ci siamo. Antipasto di parmigiana di melanzana fredda e porzione da camionista, poi abbiamo preso 2 orecchiette con polpette senza cacioricotta, 1 orecchietta completa e le sagne ncannulate. La pasta era scotta, mentre la cacioricotta era veramente molto forte e persistente. Una bottiglia di acqua e..80 euro... Peraltro ad un certo punto c'era la cameriera che si intratteneva fuori a parlare credo con la titolare. Saranno state svariati minuti e c'era il ns tavolo che aveva finito e un tavolo che attenda di ordinare. Mah, sono rimasto perplesso dalla gestione

05/06/2025: I had the salami pizza and it was magical, I have never eaten such a good pizza. They offered us pittule, it is a family environment, mediocre but clean and quiet. I will return soon

12/07/2025: Unpleasant experience. I advise customers to read the menu carefully. We missed the "frozen product" label next to the burger. We only took one bite of this burger (which was black on the inside) and sent it back. As for the taste, I can say that we couldn't have expected anything else from defrosted meat. The gesture of deducting €5 from the bill (where two burgers cost €10 each) smacks of begging.

12/08/2025: The food quality is average for the area (fresh produce). Prices are high for the type of service offered (plastic plates, plastic chairs, tiny, completely unfit tables). You need to be experienced when ordering food: you'd need to stagger your order; otherwise, everything arrives at once, without any sort of order (raw, cold, and hot).
