A simply indescribable experience, the best I've ever had at a sushi restaurant! I visited this à la carte sushi restaurant and was speechless: every dish was exceptional, the portions were generous, and the food was prepared with the freshest ingredients and of truly extraordinary quality. But what made this evening truly special was the service. The staff was impeccable: kind, smiling, and always attentive to every detail. Special thanks go to the owner, a rare kind person. I requested so many special requests and we were treated wonderfully, with a professionalism and attention I'd never experienced elsewhere. It's rare to feel so pampered and welcomed. My sincere compliments to the entire staff for the passion and love you put into your work. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

An extraordinary sensory experience... priceless!

A great find for Asian cuisine lovers. We tried several specialties throughout the evening: the overall quality was decidedly high, and the uramaki, in particular, were sublime. The only disappointment was the tuna belly, which ran out shortly before we arrived. The Thai dishes, however, were less convincing, characterized by excessive sauce, slightly overpowering flavors, and slightly overcooked noodles. A special mention goes to the staff, who were truly attentive and friendly. The interior is very dark, perhaps too dark for my taste, but that's a completely subjective preference.

The best fusion cuisine in Salento...the tartare, the tempura, the raw ingredients in every dish are spectacular, and they even make a delicious pie. The price is absolutely fair for what you get. Thank you!

I've only tried the Japanese portion of the menu, so I can't comment on the Thai offerings. I should point out that I'm not a chef, but I've visited Japan three times and enjoy comparing what I taste with the experiences I've gained during those trips. Among the dishes I particularly enjoyed, I'd highlight the wild salmon tartare and the purple shrimp, both truly delicious and well-executed. Otherwise, I wasn't entirely impressed with some of the details. The seaweed in the rolls didn't seem particularly crispy, and the wasabi didn't strike me as high-quality. I also didn't appreciate the fact that soy sauce is charged separately, which, in my opinion, is a fundamental accompaniment to Japanese cuisine. In this regard, I'd appreciate greater transparency with customers: in our case, the soy sauce refill was offered directly by the staff without any mention of the additional cost. We're talking about a modest sum (1 euro), so it's certainly not a question of cost, but I would have appreciated being informed in advance for the sake of clarity and fairness towards the customer. I also found the use of Philadelphia cheese in some dishes questionable: it's a choice I personally associate more with Westernized Japanese cuisine or an all-you-can-eat option than with a restaurant aiming for a superior dining experience. I would, however, like to highlight the courtesy and helpfulness of the dining room staff, who were kind and professional throughout the dinner. Overall, while I recognized some of the dishes as good, I didn't feel the quality-price ratio justified the expense. Considering the price level, I would have expected greater attention to detail and ingredients that would make a greater difference. This is, of course, just my personal experience, and I share it with respect and without any intention of controversy. I believe that opinions, whether positive or negative, can be helpful when expressed constructively.

Superlative Japanese and Thai restaurant. Refined dishes, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent ingredients. The staff is friendly and helpful. For sushi lovers, it's a sensory paradise. I ordered salmon and avocado tartare, huramaki, takoyaki fishballs, a sake no shimofuri, and for dessert, a salted caramel tart with caramelized strawberries and mango sorbet. Everything was delicious.

It may not be the best sushi I've ever eaten, but considering the price compared to other places, it's very reasonable. Good, but not wow.

Unforgettable lunch! We were here with my family. Super relaxing atmosphere... fresh fish, non-sticky rice. The scallop and otoro nigiri were top-notch!! The spicy salmon uramaki was a mouth-watering explosion. The wait staff were kind and professional. A truly rare level of politeness. Congratulations!!
