14/09/2025: Delicious sandwiches, quality ingredients, absolutely fair prices, and a qualified and professional staff. This favorite sandwich shop has become a regular stop for us in Nardò. It's a truly well-maintained, high-quality establishment, with a great focus on customer service. The other night, the owner even prepared the Paulaner sandwiches before pouring them into a glass, carefully chilled, something virtually no one does around here. A detail that truly elevates the service. I'm not giving it 6 stars because 5 is the maximum.

But for the sake of completeness, I'll also say that the service is quick and the staff is courteous and professional. If you don't have a reservation, the wait can be long, but the staff always tries to accommodate everyone. Highly recommended!

Starting with the staff and the owners, who were really kind and friendly... quick service and very good food... the fresh cold cuts were delicious, excellent sliced ​​meat and to finish, an excellent Margherita pizza... fair prices... we had a great time and if we return to Otranto it will always be a pleasant stop.

24/10/2025: We had pizzas delivered. They were really good with quality ingredients, and the fries tasted like they were fresh off the stove. The only downside was that we ordered on digital platforms, which stated delivery would be 8:30 PM, but instead the pizzas arrived at 10 PM. I understand that on a Saturday night like this, it can happen, but I recommend keeping the various portals updated to avoid any inconveniences, otherwise it's best to cancel the service.

27/06/2026: What a wonderful discovery! A charming place, with attention to detail. Both a restaurant and a pizzeria, they also offer gluten-free options for all their dishes. We had delicious seafood dishes, and the fish was incredibly fresh (the best mussels I've ever had). For gluten-free options, they even provided a pizza base, so I was able to try spaghetti with lobster. Excellent wine selection, and the staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Heartfelt compliments!

On December 22nd, I went to the store and placed an order for a deli for Christmas Eve, clearly specifying the pickup date. When I went to pick it up, I discovered that the order wasn't available because they had marked the wrong date. I understand that there's a lot of confusion during the Christmas period, but that's precisely why we expect greater attention, especially when it's such an important date. The result was that I was left without what I ordered, resulting in considerable inconvenience. It's a shame because the quality of the products could be good, but the organization and order management definitely need improvement.
