29/12/2025: We were here and were impressed by the location: truly stunning and meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, friendly. The place is modern and spotlessly clean, impeccably clean! We tried the fantastic and delicious sandwiches 😋, and the pizzas were very original and made with top-quality ingredients. The bread has a special, unique, and very digestible flavor that was truly delicious. To wash it all down, excellent beers with a variety of flavors. A place that combines a great atmosphere, good food, and excellent beer. Try it and believe it!

06/04/2026: The security guard at the entrance, a woman with short gray hair, was extremely rude to me, even yelling at me for placing my very small dog in the cart. She raised her voice in front of everyone in the room, an attitude I found humiliating, humiliating, and completely disproportionate to the situation. I should point out that I hadn't seen any immediately obvious indication that there were special dog carts, so there was no intention on my part to violate any rules or regulations of the mall. Precisely because the entire facility is advertised as pet-friendly, I never expected to be treated in such a manner, rather than simply receiving a polite and civilized complaint. I should also add that the carts are normally left outside, often exposed to the rain and in less than impeccable hygienic conditions. For this reason, I sincerely believe that all this fuss has been made over a very small dog, handled without any intention of causing disturbance or creating problems... I truly believe that incidents of this kind deserve attention because the attitude of the staff should always be characterised by education, moderation and respect towards customers, even when there is the need to recall a rule.

27/04/2026: Beautiful place in the sun. Good service. Yesterday, perhaps they could have been a little more attentive given the season ticket, but they were truly very kind and helpful.

26/04/2026: The food was absolutely average, good but nothing exceptional. We waited almost 50 minutes for a plate of spaghetti, bruschetta, and a slice of steak, and the place wasn't busy...I'd say it was way too long. The prices were average for the place, perhaps a little high for the food.

01/02/2026: A welcoming restaurant with a beautiful open kitchen. The risottos are the best I've ever had in a restaurant, paired with excellent wines, and Diletta is truly kind. We can't wait to return.

05/01/2026: An intimate and well-kept restaurant. Attentive and friendly service. Truly exceptional food; we opted for the tasting menu: - Glimpses of flavor: tomino cheese, zucchini blossom with anchovy, and mozzarella, both delicious. - Tasting of three risottos: honeyed chestnuts with speck and mascarpone ice cream, turnip greens with sausage and caciocavallo cheese, Franciacorta with citrus zest, and shrimp carpaccio (the latter was exceptional). - Desserts: salted caramel tiramisu (I'm a tiramisu lover, among the best I've ever had) and lemon and basil ice cream (artisanal, incredible basil, delicious). The choice to focus on risottos is innovative; gluten-free options are also available. The chef is truly talented. High-quality products, fair prices. For two, with two glasses of wine, €75 total. I absolutely recommend it, a new favorite.

28/07/2025: Terrible place to eat. The owner is truly arrogant and presumptuous. He mocks customers and says untrue things. The food was truly awful and the price was high. I ordered bombette and he brought me a stewed meat that was spicy and extremely salty, practically inedible. I strongly advise against it.

26/12/2025: I'm sorry to have to share my negative and disappointing experience. On December 22nd, I went to the store and placed an order for a deli for Christmas Eve, clearly specifying the pickup date. When I went to pick it up, I discovered that the order wasn't available because they had marked the wrong date. I understand that there's a lot of confusion during the Christmas period, but that's precisely why we expect greater attention, especially when it's such an important date. The result was that I was left without what I ordered, resulting in considerable inconvenience. It's a shame because the quality of the products could be good, but the organization and order management definitely need improvement.

11/11/2025: A fantastic experience for San Martino! 💫 I went to this restaurant to celebrate San Martino, and I must say it was a truly special experience! The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨

05/11/2025: Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time. PS: I'm not attaching photos of the dishes because my hands and cutlery were busy with the courses and, if necessary, sharing the dishes. 😋😋😋

08/03/2026: IT IS NO LONGER THE FAMOUS BAR DA PAOLO OF THE PAST, while you are having an aperitif or breakfast, there is an invasion of pigeons that walk under the tables, breakfast is expensive and aperitif is very expensive, the calzone like the pasticciotto pugliese are no longer as good as they once were, TO AVOID There are many superior ones, clean and with an excellent balance between price and quality

29/03/2026: Promises kept: from social media to the table! As a Level 8 Local Guide, I always strive for the right balance between expectation and reality, and tonight 'Il Re della Pizza' in Gallipoli nailed it. I'd seen Cristian's viral videos, and while he's hilarious and captivating on social media, it's in front of the oven that he shows his true worth. The pizza is exactly as he describes it: light, easy to digest, and made with top-quality ingredients. It's not just marketing, it's true passion. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service makes you feel at home. If you're in Gallipoli, this is a must-see. Highly recommended!

01/11/2025: I don't recommend it! We ordered a portion of orecchette (we had eaten elsewhere and liked them) and a portion of lasagna, and when they were brought to us we were surprised that they didn't bring us the parmigiano, only after we requested them and waited for a while. The basil was burnt on the edges (a sign that it had been put in the oven with the lasagna, but unfortunately we overlooked this "detail"), and the portion of orecchette was swimming in a soup of something that was supposed to be a sauce. What was annoying was that the orecchiettes were cooked differently (some soft and others very hard) and when we told them this they said they couldn't do it, then that if we wanted we wouldn't pay for them, then that they would bring us more, finally the woman who served us didn't come to the table and sent the bar boy to collect our bill (in full of course) who told us that we had eaten the portion anyway so it had to be paid. We asked for someone to come and discuss it with us and things had already escalated. We asked to pay and we left with a bitter taste. Total lack of professionalism.

24/10/2025: I tried the “Gnocchi di patate al sugo” and they were delicious—very flavorful with an excellent texture. For dessert, I had tiramisu and I really liked it too. The prices are great — I paid 20 euros in total — and the service was very friendly and fast. They also have the traditional orecchiette, which look amazing as well. I’d definitely repeat the experience!

28/04/2026: I was recently there and was speechless at the quality of the place and the food prepared with care and so much love. I found the staff so courteous and the chef truly top-notch. What more can I say? I'll definitely be back.

25/04/2026: We, a group of 13, went there for the first time because we'd seen great advertising on social media. Unfortunately, our experience was quite different. The service was truly poor; they had no knowledge of wine and forgot some items on our order, which is a common occurrence. The waiters were rude and unhelpful. The food is difficult to rate. The appetizer was very good, but some of the main courses were nearly inedible and we had to send them back. For dessert, we had to find out for ourselves, so someone told us. Everything was very slow, which isn't ideal when you have children. We also expected the food to be cooked over an open flame and for the chef to be present, as shown in the videos. We drove a long way specifically for this place and were disappointed. Unfortunately, we won't be returning.

13/04/2026: Unfortunately, my experience at Zonzi was extremely disappointing. Let's start with the bathrooms: they were uneven, dirty, and in truly disrepair, which is unacceptable for a restaurant. The service was equally terrible. They seemed disinterested and unprofessional. As for the food, I can only say it was bland and devoid of any character. I found nothing that justified the time and money spent. I absolutely do NOT recommend visiting this restaurant. There are definitely better options in the area.
