05/04/2026: Beautiful and romantic location just steps from the central Piazza Sant'Oronzo,
with traditional vaulted ceilings and exposed Lecce stone. Very attentive and attentive service. The dishes are excellent and well-balanced, and the prices are reasonable and fair. It's a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it.
I plan to return soon. My thanks and compliments to the staff. Excellent!!!

The food is wonderful 🤩 Everything is delicious. The only flaw is in one of the off-menu dishes, the spaghetti with lobster.
The lobster is very chewy, but otherwise it's a spectacle. Trust me and go there.
09/03/2026: The food is excellent; it's simple, traditional cuisine, with a seasonal menu that respects the ingredients. The seafood linguine is excellent. The restaurant is located in Acaya, a small village in the province of Lecce, a short walk from the castle. There's a lovely fireplace. The service is friendly. 100% recommended.

12/10/2025: Definitely the most wholesome, delicious pizza around! The pizza dough is supposed to rest for 72 hours. This way, nothing sits heavily on the stomach, in my experience.

26/12/2025: I'm sorry to have to share my negative and disappointing experience. On December 22nd, I went to the store and placed an order for a deli for Christmas Eve, clearly specifying the pickup date. When I went to pick it up, I discovered that the order wasn't available because they had marked the wrong date.
I understand that there's a lot of confusion during the Christmas period, but that's precisely why we expect greater attention, especially when it's such an important date.
The result was that I was left without what I ordered, resulting in considerable inconvenience.
It's a shame because the quality of the products could be good, but the organization and order management definitely need improvement.
24/12/2025: The cakes for my 50th birthday were delicious, decorated with skill and elegance!
The phone arrangement with Davide was excellent, given the impossibility of ordering in person.

29/07/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante a cena con tutta la famiglia. È stata una meravigliosa scoperta. I camerieri gentilissimi e simpatici ci hanno accolti con limonata fresca. Dopo un gustoso amuse bouche, abbiamo gustato diversi piatti a base di pesce tutti abbondanti e ricercati. Ci ha sorpreso la quantità di pesce fresco presente in tutte le portate. Dall' antipasto al dolce è stata un' esperienza culinaria memorabile.
25/07/2025: Ieri, io e mia moglie, siamo andati a cenare, in codesto rinomato ristorante. Abbiamo ordinato due fritture Senza spine, 19,00 euro cadauno due contorni, uno di patate e l'altro misto di broccoli carciofi carote ecc. Un'acqua minerale naturale e un calice di vino rosato. Le fritture 19,00 euro cadauno, nella norma, senza infamia e Senza lode, il vino non particolare 7,00 un calice, acqua panna 3,00. Coperto 6,00. I contorni, rifiutati in quanto non mangiabili, pertanto la signora alla cassa , ha avuto l'onestà di non conteggiarli. Costo finale 54,00. Delusione, in base alle recensioni, ci saremmo aspettati altro. Peccato,forse era una serata storta, oppure ognuno ha il proprio livello.

As a Level 8 Local Guide, I always strive for the right balance between expectation and reality, and tonight 'Il Re della Pizza' in Gallipoli nailed it. I'd seen Cristian's viral videos, and while he's hilarious and captivating on social media, it's in front of the oven that he shows his true worth.
The pizza is exactly as he describes it: light, easy to digest, and made with top-quality ingredients. It's not just marketing, it's true passion. The atmosphere is pleasant and the service makes you feel at home. If you're in Gallipoli, this is a must-see. Highly recommended!

Welcoming atmosphere. A classic local trattoria, with local dairy products and wines. Professional and polite service.
Very good appetizers, fantastic first courses.
Spaghetti with seafood, penne all'arrabbiata, both delicious.
Sliced meat and side dishes cooked with love and dedication.
Recommended for families and couples.
It might seem like a "spartan" place, but it's not.
It's family-run. The wait staff is polite and professional.

21/03/2026: We had dinner at this truly charming place, with the staff ready to welcome you at the door. The menu is set and includes a selection of appetizers, a first course, a second course, and dessert. Drinks are not included.
The appetizers are delicious and beautifully presented. The vegetable tempura is good, the cheeses are excellent, and the veal with tuna sauce is excellent.
Paccheri with tomato sauce and Colonnata lard are simple and flavorful, served in a baking dish to share. The second course, suckling pig with mashed potatoes, is also delicious.
For dessert, there's chiacchiere with tiramisu cream.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, especially near the fireplace.
