23/09/2025: A solution can be found every year where there is LOADING AND UNLOADING OF GOODS there is a strong smell of sewage.

14/09/2025: I'm a regular customer at the Conad Spazio Centro Commerciale Cavallino and went to take advantage of the water offer, picking up a few extra cases. When I got to the checkout, they stopped me, saying I was buying too much, but there was no written or communicated limit on purchases. What disappointed me most was the rudeness and impoliteness of some of the clerks and cashiers. If you're not capable of working with customers, my advice is simple: change jobs. Unfortunately, this attitude ruins the shopping experience. After this experience, I'll think twice before shopping there again; now I prefer to prioritize the small supermarkets near my home.

24/05/2025: Most people flock to the commercial spots in the center, but this place truly deserves a 5-star rating for its pasticciotto and coffee. The atmosphere is amazing, with a genuine local vibe that makes the experience special. The service is exceptional—friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. A big Bravo to the team at L'incontro for doing such a great job. I loved the place so much, that the next day I went again for a rustico 😋 don't miss it! PS: check out the puffs in the tall fridge on the right hand side, they're awesome!!!

29/08/2025: I came with a friend this evening. We tried an arancini with sausage and mushrooms, but I can assure you that their other flavors are spectacular too. I've ordered from them several times. I highly recommend them.

23/08/2025: Arancini of various types, all expertly made, served hot in a beautiful and welcoming setting. The owner is very kind and helpful. A special mention goes to their cannoli, filled to order with ricotta cheese flown directly from Palermo—simply fantastic. Recommended.

16/10/2025: I can recommend it. We ordered takeout and the pizzas on site. We received a warm welcome. While the pizza was being prepared, we were given small snacks, which were very good. The ingredients were freshly prepared, and the pizzas were fresh and delicious. I'll be back next time I'm in Castro. Thank you.

30/08/2025: On Monday evening, strolling through the streets of a lively city, we stopped for dinner at this splendid restaurant. We were immediately greeted with a smile and shown to our table. The menu was varied and the wine list excellent. The maître d', Antonio, was professional and friendly, recommending dishes that turned out to be excellent. The quality/price ratio was excellent, and we'll be back soon.

29/08/2025: We went there following our guidebook recommendation and were utterly disappointed. Food is decent however service is appalling: waiters without a smile, very slow and unwelcoming. We felt that we were disturbing them. Furthermore the value for money is really poor and it is a real rip-off (eg. 7 prawn tempuras for €35 euros); we ate in several fish places in Puglia with much better quality fish and dishes in other places in Lecce, Monopoli, Polignano, Gallipoli at more than 50% of this restaurant prices. It positions itself as an up and coming and trendy place but completely falls short of it. Go somewhere else! you’ll have a much better experience !!! (PS: we have notified the guidebook to remove such recommendation)

07/10/2025: Villa Vergine presents itself beautifully, with an elegant, refined, and very evocative location. Our ceremony was very well organized; the person in charge accompanied you throughout the entire planning process. The service was excellent, with the butler Domenico and Angelo, two very professional people who understood the needs of the bride and groom. The service, along with the quality of the dishes, satisfied the guests with their exquisiteness and choice of quality products. Everything was beautiful, resulting in an unforgettable day, but we never expected the difficulties that came to a head afterwards. We lost touch with our contact person, finding ourselves faced with another person whose corporate inflexibility and communication left much to be desired: unclear and untransparent (despite a contract and initial reassurances). A contract explained in broad terms, with clauses that were not explained or at least not recommended; The debt collection representative doesn't listen to the customer, with behavior that leaves much to be desired, and finally, no response despite sending four certified emails. I had to go in person again to ask for clarification. No complaints about the service and professionalism in the dining room or in the organization. We certainly would have expected more precise communication and greater flexibility in dealing with the misunderstandings that arose, which fortunately won't tarnish the memory of a memorable day, albeit with a slightly bitter taste.

22/09/2025: A wonderful location, truly beautiful, but that crack in the outdoor flooring is terrible both aesthetically and for the guests who have to walk on it, especially for women wearing delicate shoes and heels.

30/09/2025: Next to the sea and away from the crowds of tourists on the square! The focaccia we got was very tasty and the staff was very kind! The canapes are a little uncomfortable.

07/10/2025: This is for back in June . Didn’t even make it to try the food that in all honesty looked amazing. Sadly my partner and I were ignored for over 20 minutes and not even our drinks order taken while staff’s attention was devoted to other tables . After the generous and lengthy wait we decided to inform one of 2 female waiters that we were delighted about the gorgeous stray cats surrounding our table but not very happy with the prolonged and complete lack of attention towards us. So we left . One star because nobody even care that we left . Evidently we were not cool enough for this establishment. But hey …don’t worry we won’t come back so your cool spot is safe from us !

The food was simply fantastic: everything was incredibly fresh, of the highest quality, and prepared with so much passion that every bite was a little celebration. The harmony of flavors was particularly impressive – you can taste that only the finest ingredients are used here and that the chefs have mastered their craft to perfection. Added to that, the service left nothing to be desired: attentive, warm, and professional, without ever being intrusive. 14/07/2025: Consiglio le frittatine di pasta, sono veramente molto buone! Dopo l’antipasto ho mangiato la Pugliese ed era ottima. Si sentivano tutti i sapori: dalla marmellata di fichi al capocollo, fino alla burrata. Davvero buonissima! Abbiamo concluso la cena con la pizza fritta con sopra Nutella e crema. Dolce strepitoso! Avrei fatto volentieri il bis. Inoltre, il ragazzo che ci ha serviti è stato davvero educato e simpatico. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!

09/09/2025: I had an ice cream, it was really good, the staff were polite, and the price was reasonable. Even though I only had an ice cream cone, I was able to use the outdoor seating, which I found very appropriate. Well done, highly recommended place.

15/09/2025: Terrible pizza, exorbitant prices for the quality of the ingredients. Furthermore, calling it pizza is an insult to the tradition of this food; you'll receive a small pizza with minimal ingredients. All this will leave you feeling thirsty and heavy all night.

06/09/2025: The staff was disoriented and uncoordinated in managing the service. The wait was very long. The kitchen was having trouble managing orders. Two of the three dishes arrived at once, with the third arriving 15 minutes later. The food quality was not exceptional.

11/09/2025: Despite the good reviews, we were very disappointed with this restaurant. It was mainly the unfriendly treatment. We were the first guests to arrive and politely indicated we had a reservation. The waiter snapped "Name!", at which point another waitress (we think) reminded him to be more friendly. The atmosphere was immediately ruined. The food was okay. However, because of the atmosphere, we wouldn't recommend it, which is a shame.
