07/12/2025: A terrible takeout experience, one I won't repeat. What was labeled a "baguette" on the menu was actually a hardened loaf of bread, missing the required ingredient. The pinsa were equally disappointing; there was no mozzarella whatsoever, the "caciocavallo" looked more like a slice of cheese, and again, ingredients were missing. The price was too high for the absolutely subpar quality. Not recommended.

24/10/2025: A fairly enjoyable evening with friends. "Excellent" isn't the only reason we ended up at a karaoke night where you had to shout to speak 🤣 Welcoming atmosphere. A classic local trattoria, with local dairy products and wines. Professional and polite service. Very good appetizers, fantastic first courses. Spaghetti with seafood, penne all'arrabbiata, both delicious. Sliced ​​meat and side dishes cooked with love and dedication. Recommended for families and couples. It might seem like a "spartan" place, but it's not. It's family-run. The wait staff is polite and professional.

27/12/2025: WOW. Incredible pizza by the slice! Amazing dough, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, light and super digestible. Top ingredients, original combinations, and super generous slices. A pizza like this is unforgettable: every bite is a flavor explosion. Superb quality, unlike any other. Worth a round of applause... and we'll be back right away! 🍕❤️

07/05/2026: It was a terrible experience for one simple reason: the gentleman at the cash register has an unwelcoming attitude; he simply struggles to please customers. I don't think that's how you work. We need to invest in our staff, employing people who are polite and know how to be kind to customers. I'm disappointed because it's not the first time I've eaten at this pizzeria, and I was surprised by this attitude.

26/04/2026: Terrible. The fried food was limp, the clam pasta was full of pepper and sauce... The pieces were higher than in Otranto.

07/04/2026: My partner and I chose this place. We were looking for a quiet and relaxing place for Easter and Easter Monday. Searching on Google Maps, we found this farmhouse where we had a wonderful time ❤️ The welcome we received made us feel at ease right away. The owner, Mr. Tammaso, is a wonderful and kind person, along with his entire team. We slept and ate wonderfully 🫶❤️ All local products ❤️ Beautiful areas to visit nearby ❤️🫶 We will gladly return. It's a wonderful place 🫶 We just left and already miss it... Thank you for everything ❤️ Then I found and bought some body oils and digestives made by my son-in-law, which we tried right away. They're excellent 🫶❤️

06/04/2026: From breakfast to lunch, everything is made with zero-mile production, I highly recommend going there.

16/05/2026: We stopped for lunch at random at this unassuming spot. As luck would have it they were open to host a birthday party for a local family’s nonna. Our good fortune, as we were treated to an amazing selection of antipasti, pasta, home made wine and digestivi. Everything made by the charming chef with love and enthusiasm, for a very modest price. We left with overly full stomachs and the desire to return and stay a night or two in Aradeo. One of the most memorable meals in our 6 weeks in Puglia.

15/02/2026: The waiter pretended to be serving one dish, but in reality, he was serving something else. The same waiter took orders and gestured at people's heads, arrogant and rude. Terrible service. Excellent value for money, mediocre.

20/01/2026: Welcoming and quiet, the atmosphere is warm and relaxing. Service is prompt, courteous, and well-organized. Delicious appetizers, fried foods, and truly top-notch pittule! Excellent pizza and pan pizza, with a light, expertly-made dough. Abundant mixed roast meats. Excellent bottled wine from the De Castri winery (a guarantee of quality). Highly recommended.

19/12/2025: The owners are fun and the atmosphere is very welcoming. We stopped in on karaoke night, which was really enjoyable. The Christmas decorations are stunning. Small place, so reservations are recommended.

11/10/2025: Last night we celebrated my friend's and my birthday at the venue's karaoke party, and it was truly a memorable evening. The staff was engaging, actively participating and livening up the evening. They were eager to accommodate our every request with enthusiasm and kindness. The bartender's singing skills were also remarkable!! :) Congratulations for the wonderful atmosphere you created, and thank you again!!!

22/04/2026: A very good restaurant frequented by locals. Fresh ingredients, curry risotto, gnocchi alla vongole, grilled swordfish, tiramisu. Impeccable service and a swim at the beach to aid digestion.

22/02/2026: The Universo restaurant is truly a universe of flavors and Salento hospitality. I stopped for Sunday lunch and everything was delicious: fresh and tasty dishes, good house wine, and the orange and almond cake that finished it all was excellent. The staff were truly kind and helpful, never intrusive.

13/10/2025: I've been coming here for 13 years, and every time it feels like the first time. The dishes are excellent, they vary seasonally, the staff is friendly, and the price is fair. I recommend it.
