07/09/2025: Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I ordered a pizza with tuna and fries, but it was overly salty, to the point of being inedible. The result was really heavy and unpleasant. A real shame, because I had high expectations.

05/09/2025: Very nice location with a large interior room with lots of greenery and very original furnishings. Fast, attentive, and friendly staff, impeccable service. The pizza is excellent! Another note: quality ingredients—kudos!

07/09/2025: A quality artisanal pastry shop with an adjoining café. You enter an artisanal workshop open to all and experience the quality firsthand. I think it's one of the absolute best in all of Salento.

02/06/2025: Very friendly staff. Ordered different types of meat and they were all excellent. Too bad we didn't try the pizza because a delicious smell was coming from the other tables, so the curiosity remained. Warmest compliments.

27/06/2025: Amazing value for money. The panzerotto is characterized by a thin and fragrant dough accompanied by a seasoning with extraordinary organoleptic qualities. The focaccia filled with caramelized onion and olives is also excellent. P.S. for those who are not Apulian, remember that the panzerotto should be eaten with the torso leaning forward and the legs well apart. The filling can cause third degree burns. A special applause to the panzerotti composer Anna who has earned my perpetual esteem.

09/08/2025: Vengo spesso con la mia famiglia quì al Cool Garden di Torre San Giovanni. Che dire, se non "sempre perfetto!" sia nel menù alla carta che nelle cerimonie. Menù molto buono, pizze squisite, ottimi i primi e secondi . Ma la cosa che contraddistingue in eccellenza, è l'attenzione che tutto lo Staff ha per le persone con allergia e intolleranze. Ho 2 bambine celiache, e garantisco, il COOLGARDEN è il Top su questo aspetto! La location con la terrazzina all'aperto è molto gradevole, ma anche all'interno è tutto molto curato nei dettagli! Il personale è sempre attento, e veloce. Che dire...se dovessi trovare un difetto...impossibile! Cool Garden, TOP!

20/08/2025: My experience is negative, apart from the time, it took a long time to make two crêpes, but I can justify it because I was alone, but the serious thing is that once I had my crêpe, I only took one bite to realize that there was cinnamon in the batter, and I AM ALLERGIC!, since when do they make crêpes with cinnamon?!?, but not even specifying zero, no reference to this. Thanks so much for the bentelan I took!!!

23/08/2025: The appetizers were a buffet, with prices varying based on the quantity ordered: fried vegetables, meatballs, eggplant, mushrooms, mini arancini, broad beans, and chicory, and so much more. For our main course, we ordered horse meat and a portion of horse meat pieces in sauce: tender and juicy, with a great portion; the meat was incredibly tender, while the sauce was a bit runny but still flavorful. The cheesecake was very scenic, and for my personal taste, it wasn't a huge hit, but it was still homemade. The prices were very fair. The only negative was the service: we arrived with a reservation, and yet the staff paid us no attention, making us wait for our table (even though it was already ready). Then, during dinner, they didn't take our plates away easily; in fact, we ended up clearing them away ourselves and placing them on an empty table nearby.

23/08/2025: We really loved it! We had to wait a bit to get in because it was super crowded and it was also Taranta Night in town, but it was worth it! Excellent dinner, the horse braciola is heartwarming 😅 Unique potato croquets, and huge applause for the appetizer buffet, delicious, varied, and generous! We'll be back.

05/09/2025: I highly recommend this property, I stayed with my family and we had a great time, room with a super sea view, very kind staff and very attentive to the customer's needs, the dinner was very well prepared and balanced (in our case we had a package including dinner) The location is also excellent for getting around Otranto, Gallipoli etc. my rating is 10👏🏻

29/08/2025: Really nice and charming place, free parking is quite large, really super, super, nice and efficient staff starting from the owner who gave us lots of travel tips, being out of the area, really delicious appetizers of excellent quality, especially the prosciutto and very abundant, the best pittule we ate in Puglia, definitely, fresh and crispy bread.. We ordered a slice of Parma ham, the bruschetta that had aubergines on top which were really delicious, a mixed fried dish, a truly sublime basil and prawn risotto, a slice of meat and the typical bombette.. What can I say, nothing was left over and the bill was just €100 including the two beers, the two bottles of water and the cover charge

20/08/2025: A group of eight ordered eight pizzas. Six were served at once, one after 15 minutes, the last one when everyone else had finished. The waiter replied, "It's not my fault, I just brought it." When paying the bill, we pointed out the poor service, not even a word of apology: "Oven clogged," "You all ordered different pizzas." It was probably our fault. A simple statement like, "Sorry, we made a mistake, you'll see, it won't happen next time," would have been enough, and perhaps there would have been a "next time." Which there certainly won't be.

29/08/2025: Excellent and super friendly welcome. Bruschetta with stracciatella, cherry tomatoes, and anchovies as an appetizer. Tonnarelli with mussels and scialatielli with clams. To finish, iced coffee, a revisited almond milk with coffee cream, and a pasticciotto. Generous but not overly large portions, and tables right on the waterfront! Everything was excellent, we'll definitely be back.

10/08/2025: Terrible peppered mussels, not to mention the quality of the mussels; we repeatedly found broken mussel shells in our mouths. I can't justify the price of the first courses: €20 a portion! I'd gladly pay that, but for a memorable dish. Moral of the story? There were three of us: €120 for a central peppered mussel dish, three first courses, two waters, and their cheapest bottle of wine. At the cashier, they didn't even bother to ask if everything was okay; We paid and said goodbye. I don't think they'll ever see us again. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
