29/12/2025: Historic restaurant/pizzeria/trattoria with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu ranges from traditional dishes and appetizers to gourmet pizzas and desserts. Everything is accompanied by excellent, soft multi-grain bread. The dishes are very tasty (with a special focus on vegetables, meat, and homemade tart) and reasonably priced. Recommended.

26/12/2025: I had Christmas dinner yesterday, cold and bad. The service was incredibly slow, the food was cold, and the shocking thing was the frozen Duchess potatoes, fresh from the freezer... forget it.

11/06/2026: A lovely, well-kept place with a relaxing atmosphere. We found this little restaurant by chance and decided to stop in. The value for money was truly excellent, considering we had a plate of fresh pasta with catch of the day (a generous and tasty dish) and ciceri e tria (chickpeas and tria). The owner was really kind, offering us pittule (a type of pasta) while we waited for our first courses, and even coffee. I highly recommend this place if you want to enjoy a dish made with fresh ingredients!

09/06/2026: The food was delicious, and the cocktail you recommended was also very tasty. Everything was delicious, from the bread served before the meal to the spaghetti and beef dishes. The texture of the spaghetti noodles was excellent. The sunset viewed from the plaza in front of the restaurant was also wonderful. It appears that parking is available in the plaza during the evening hours.

We had the opportunity to try various dishes on the menu, from pizza to puccia and fried seafood, all of the highest quality, topped off by the hospitality and courtesy of the owner and all the staff. Completing the excellent experience was the location, both inside and on the bright and characteristic summer terrace. We really had a great time. Thank you for being our safe haven.

We had both excellent pizza and delicious arancini, which, as Sicilians, we particularly appreciated because they weren't greasy and the ingredients were very fresh. 07/04/2026: We dined here on Easter Monday. We only realized afterwards that many families would be eating in the restaurant on Easter Monday, rather than in the evening. We had reserved in advance for the evening. Despite the fact that Antonio and his team had been busy all afternoon, they still took the trouble to welcome us. We were the only guests and were spoiled culinarily with homemade bread, focaccia, and a delicious amuse-bouche featuring very tasty aubergine with a lovely, firm texture. The spaghetti al noci was top-notch, as were the osso buco and the lamb shanks, all enjoyed with a glass of red wine from Manduria. We declined dessert. 06/10/2025: That dinner at Tenutta Linaza was a marvel from start to finish. In the middle of the fields of Puglia, with that soft sunset light, everything seemed to be taken from an Italian movie. The food? Sublime. Each dish was a celebration of the land: the fresh fish as if it had just come out of the sea and was brought to your table, homemade pasta that made you close your eyes with pleasure and that wine… as if the vineyard was telling you its story with every sip. And for dessert, Emilio’s tiramisu was a masterpiece. Not only delicious—it was one of those desserts that makes you speechless, because every spoonful deserves to be contemplated. The cream was soft as a cloud, with that perfect balance between mascarpone and just the right touch of sweetness. But what really made it special were Emilio and Clara. They carry it with a natural elegance, without pretension. They make you feel at home, as if you were part of the family. Emilio, with that calm smile, recommends dishes as if he had known you all his life. Clara, with an eye that observes everything, makes sure that every detail is in its place. It is one of those places where you don't just dine: you live an experience.
