21/09/2025: Yesterday was my first time at this place. I have to say I had a great time. I felt very relaxed. The place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The food is really good. I had the grilled chicken breast. The staff was very friendly. I absolutely recommend this fantastic place.

24/07/2026: We booked at this trattoria, and there were two families of us... we took their advice to try all the appetizers, and I must say that those alone filled us up. The food was good and plentiful, although for my personal taste, there was too much mint in some dishes. I didn't like it because the water and wine were at room temperature... the service was very friendly, kind, and attentive.

29/12/2025: Historic restaurant/pizzeria/trattoria with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu ranges from traditional dishes and appetizers to gourmet pizzas and desserts. Everything is accompanied by excellent, soft multi-grain bread. The dishes are very tasty (with a special focus on vegetables, meat, and homemade tart) and reasonably priced. Recommended.

26/12/2025: I had Christmas dinner yesterday, cold and bad. The service was incredibly slow, the food was cold, and the shocking thing was the frozen Duchess potatoes, fresh from the freezer... forget it.

26/08/2025: We stayed from August 12th to 15th at Over The Top Affittacamere, specifically in the Lu ientu room. The room was truly beautiful: spacious, innovative, and equipped with every comfort. The terrace was wonderful, with a lounger perfect for relaxing in the evening and a comfortable table for dinner. The functional kitchen allowed us to cook with ease, the bathroom was modern and meticulously maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. A special thanks goes to the owner, a wonderful person, humble, sweet, and always available: whenever we called, he was ready to help us and, surprisingly, he tidied our room every day. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by his kindness: the room was perfect, clean, and tidy, and he even provided us with two slices of delicious cake for breakfast, which truly amazed me. Furthermore, there were coffee pods, still and sparkling water, and even little details like salt and laundry detergent: in short, nothing was missing. We highly recommend staying in this apartment, because not only is the property stunning, but the staff also makes a difference. Plus, right downstairs is a beautiful grill restaurant, where the irresistible aroma of freshly grilled meat wafted from every evening. It was an experience that left us with wonderful memories, and one we hope to repeat!

12/04/2026: The first courses are as abundant as the second courses, I completely advise against the starter, the few courses are a disappointment.

23/05/2026: We visited this pizzeria on a Saturday evening, and unfortunately, the experience was decidedly negative. The pizza was good, and tasted nice, but the wait was excruciating: almost two hours to be served. We understand the weekend chaos, but what made matters worse was the staff's total lack of helpfulness and courtesy, who seemed indifferent to our inconvenience. It's a shame, but good food isn't enough without organization and respect for the customer. We won't be returning.

01/05/2026: If you're looking for the luxury of appearances, look elsewhere; if you're looking for the luxury of substance, authenticity, and a family feel, then you're in the right place. We had lunch at Zia Nene's with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter and were blown away. The Cuisine Is Authentic and Endless ​Forget processed products or frozen food. Here, everything is cooked to order, and you can taste it. The philosophy is clear: uncompromising quality and quantity. ​My daughter was treated to a huge appetizer of locally sourced cured meats and cheeses, followed by a pasta with sausage ragù that she devoured with delight. ​For us, it was an incredible experience. We started with five fabulous appetizers, which we repeated several times (because here, "seconds" and "thirds" are the norm, not the exception). This was followed by expertly made fresh pasta, and finally, a homemade dessert accompanied by spectacular fresh fruit. The restaurant is informal and exudes a rare warmth. The owner's kindness is the real added value: she made us feel at home from the first moment, even going so far as to offer our daughter's meal, a gesture of elegance and sweetness from another era. Talking about "honesty" is an understatement: €25 per person for a feast of fresh, lovingly prepared products is a price almost impossible to find these days. If you want to eat until you say "enough" with the certainty of only healthy ingredients on your plate and a smile on your face, visit Zia Nene. We'll definitely be back! Thank you again for your attention to us, and especially to our daughter!!!

07/04/2026: I went to this place yesterday (Easter Monday) for the first time. I had a good meal. The food is homely and the management is friendly. The only "flaw" is the wait time between courses, but that's understandable because everything is prepared and served fresh (it's a bit like going to lunch at your aunt's). Aunt Nene is very friendly and kind; she certainly doesn't leave you without food; in fact, she brings you as much as she has.

09/07/2026: We went on vacation here in Puglia, and from the first night we arrived in Galatone, this place won our hearts. We had the opportunity to try various dishes on the menu, from pizza to puccia and fried seafood, all of the highest quality, topped off by the hospitality and courtesy of the owner and all the staff. Completing the excellent experience was the location, both inside and on the bright and characteristic summer terrace. We really had a great time. Thank you for being our safe haven.
