29/08/2025: I came with a friend this evening. We tried an arancini with sausage and mushrooms, but I can assure you that their other flavors are spectacular too. I've ordered from them several times. I highly recommend them.

23/08/2025: Arancini of various types, all expertly made, served hot in a beautiful and welcoming setting. The owner is very kind and helpful. A special mention goes to their cannoli, filled to order with ricotta cheese flown directly from Palermo—simply fantastic. Recommended.

06/08/2025: I rarely write reviews, but this flatbread was the bomb. Perfectly cooked, large, and filling, and not to mention the price... Salmon and avocado (two very expensive ingredients) in a flatbread at an extremely affordable price. Recommended!

19/07/2025: Delicious vegan Salento piadina, with a truly special 10-grain dough, including the whole-wheat version. Local ingredients like fava beans and chicory, and premium plant-based ingredients like seitan. Giulia is kind, welcoming, professional, and happy to customize the piadinas on the menu. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it! Thank you for the variety of vegan options; it's a pleasure to find such thoughtful and authentic places. See you soon!

23/08/2025: Nothing to say about the property, very beautiful. As for the room, however, it was nice but very impractical. The real flaw of our stay was the service: the friendliness and welcome were subpar, starting from check-in, where the only question we were asked was whether we would use the €20 per day parking. For the rest of the week, we felt like ghosts, like the staff in the breakfast room not only didn't greet us but seemed to be careful not to even look at us. Not once did they come to take our hot coffee order, but we always had to get up and ask (because, I repeat, they never deigned to look at us). They probably select more or less important guests, since with others, they were always greeted and the waiter ran to the table to take their order as soon as they entered the room. Who knows, I've never experienced anything like this, especially in a four-star establishment! Finally, they didn't disappoint even at checkout, but it was quite clear that they didn't care whether our stay was pleasant or not.

02/09/2025: We stayed at this hotel on vacation and were impressed by its kindness, courtesy, and cleanliness. The staff were friendly, helpful, and almost limitless. The room was spacious and clean; everything seemed new and well-maintained, with a small balcony with a drying rack, table, and chairs. We also ate at the hotel and enjoyed the quality products. The breakfast was quite comprehensive and unlimited. Quiet parking is available in front of the hotel, reserved of course. I recommend both the hotel and the location.

31/08/2025: We spent 10 days at the Hotel Alba Chiara in the Panorama Suite (with a stunning terrace). This 3-star hotel is better and cleaner than most of the 4-star hotels we've stayed in in Italy, and we've been coming to Italy for a long time because we love it. Cristina and her family and team make this hotel special. We highly recommend it! The breakfast and food are excellent, and the location is perfect for exploring the area by SUP! We kept finding coves where we were completely alone. A dream for snorkeling! Storing our SUPs was also no problem. We'll definitely be back sometime. Thanks to Cristina, her family, and the team! It was fantastic!

30/08/2025: Top-notch food, far too long waits We chose this place because most restaurants were closed at the time we were there (2:00 p.m.), but that's common in Italy; we know our way around. Anyway, we were seated without a reservation after about 10 minutes. The ambiance is great: beautiful decor, comfortable seating, and relaxing music. Our order was taken relatively quickly. To shorten the wait for the food, we received a small appetizer (bread and mozzarella with ham) about 30 minutes after being seated. After another 20 minutes, we received a basket with bread and tarallucci. We waited about an hour for the main course. The waiter barely spoke Italian and asked several times while taking our order. When our food arrived, two plates were brought out incorrectly. This was ultimately the kitchen's fault. To avoid another 10-15 minutes of waiting, we accepted the plates so we could eat together. The restaurant employs two waiters and the owner; we don't know how many worked in the kitchen. Our neighbor's table left their plates lying around without touching them. We heard they had also been waiting a long time and were given the wrong plates. Another neighboring table argued with the owner about what it was, I have no idea. The quality of the food was impeccable, but you should be prepared to wait a bit if you want to eat here. The restaurant and the owner were very accommodating to us. We still had to wait :D

30/06/2025: Discount pizza, but what Caputo flours, but what Gallipoli fishmongers. The pizza you served us was pre-cooked/frozen from the INS on which you added a burrata (of very poor quality) to one while on the other you didn't add anything, not even two slices of mushrooms and instead you left nice chunks of mushrooms soaked in water, as you obviously find on frozen pizzas. Now you can (as I've seen it's your custom) deny it by saying that your ingredients bla bla bla or offend your customers with considerations on eating habits or the cost of a lunch. The real shame is that the place would have good potential. Regarding the reviews I read, I note that you have an excellent relationship with some of your customers, almost friendly but also lucky and so if a criticism comes about the sandwiches here is a praise for them, if the criticism is about the pizza the praise is also about the pizza. Unfortunately I don't have any photos to show, I paid and left and no, I didn't make any complaints on the spot (if it had been about the technique or the dough I could have given you suggestions, but I don't think it would have been appropriate to give you advice on the best discount store in the area), while made here the complaint can be useful to your future customers. I hope that this review can be useful not only to your customers but also to yourselves and I invite you to reflect on the fact that you could be ambassadors of your land and its products.

11/09/2025: A culinary gem in Puglia – authenticity you can taste! We were fortunate enough to discover this wonderful restaurant during our stay in Puglia – and it was without a doubt one of the absolute highlights of our trip. The warm, family atmosphere is immediately noticeable upon entry. The staff is warm, attentive, and takes the time to explain dishes and ingredients – with a genuine passion for Puglian cuisine. The restaurant impresses with fresh, regional ingredients, attentive service, and a calm, authentic atmosphere – without any touristy gimmicks. The linguine di mare was the highlight of the evening: perfectly cooked al dente, with a delicate seafood sauce that was intensely flavorful but not overpowering. Accompanied by a glass of local white wine – simple and harmonious. A restaurant that doesn't just serve Puglia, but lives it. If you're looking for good food without a lot of fuss, you'll find it here.
