22/07/2026: Nice place, good wine, but the service leaves much to be desired. We waited over an hour after our starters were served for our main courses without even a glance. No one was smiling at all, and no one said a word to us even though we were the first ones there. In short, I wouldn't really recommend it except perhaps for a drink.

22/07/2026: What a regretful night. It really soured our experience. We were looking forward to a nice evening as a family here. The staff were quite rude. After finally taking our order, we waited 2 hours for our food, and as it didn’t come out we asked to get the bill for the drinks we had ordered. To our surprise they were charging us €20 for service, even though we didn’t receive our food. So disingenuous.

I was served immediately, the dish arrived piping hot, and the flavor of the meat was sublime—tender and well-preserved. The potato croquettes were incredibly sweet, almost melting in your mouth. A magical place nestled in the streets of Soleto's historic center. I highly recommend stopping by; you won't be disappointed.

15/08/2026: Overall, a good experience. It was a pleasant evening. Perhaps our expectations were too high, and, as often happens, they weren't met. The atmosphere is very minimalist and understated; the internal cohort we'd heard about is gone. Our table was in the middle of the blast of two split air conditioners. Not ideal, but as soon as a side table became available, the maître d', after our formal request, moved us. The dishes were good, and some were truly remarkable—the sweetbreads. The prices are in line with Michelin-starred restaurants in international cities like Milan or Rome. Good, reasonably priced wine list.

15/08/2026: I'll admit that I'm not very accustomed to gourmet cuisine, unlike my sister and my partner, with whom we dined at Primo. After biting into the chef's rice, potatoes, and mussels, I understood what they see in Michelin-starred restaurants :-) The very kind and friendly maître d' recommended a bottle of wine at a fair price, understanding that we were three young people who wanted to eat well but without spending a fortune on expensive bottles. The service put us at ease; everyone was very friendly and ready to chat or ask questions about the dishes. The food was obviously good; we chose the surprise menu: not everything convinced us 100%, but the selection was varied, and we imagine some dishes were designed with a non-Italian audience in mind (after all, one pasta dish out of nine dishes is something a foreigner would expect). The €150 menu is a lot compared to what you'd spend on a rustico and a pasticciotto, but considering the small space, the number of dishes, and the complexity of the preparations, it's hard to imagine spending less. There are options for non-alcoholics, and they weren't shocked that I only drank water.

24/08/2026: I'm sorry because a few years ago I had a pretty good meal. This year we reserved a table of 10 people for 9:30 PM. We waited an hour outside without being offered anything to help us endure the wait. In short, we started eating at 10:30 PM. So... we ordered three grilled swordfish, which turned out to be like shoe soles. In fact, they were left on the plate. The fried fish was quite good, except for the meatballs, which weren't as good as last time. The turnips were delicious! We didn't even get an apology for the long wait despite our reservation. Needs a reconsideration...
