28/09/2025: We went to Acqua e Sale for dinner, choosing the five-course seafood tasting menu and wine.
The service was friendly, attentive, and attentive.
The dishes were exquisite and sophisticated, with well-thought-out and balanced pairings.
Everything was perfect, from appetizer to dessert, and we finished by sampling the homemade coconut, fig, and blackberry liqueurs.
It was a fantastic evening; we went home thinking about when we'll return.

17/10/2025: For years now, Filieri has always been the only restaurant. From the kitchen to the dining room, cleanliness, courtesy, professionalism, and customer service are the hallmarks. From appetizers to first courses, fresh fish, and fried foods, quality, flavor, and balance reign supreme. Don't forget the pizzas: delicious, light, and never greasy, as are the light, easily digestible fried foods. This isn't a tourist restaurant; the quality, cleanliness, and kitchen procedures are guaranteed, and then... the view! Thank you for always making me feel pampered. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant; the food and all the staff are amazing.

13/09/2025: What can I say? You can't miss dinner here! Starting with the staff, who are exquisite, professional, and extremely kind, always available to answer any questions. The owners are professional and meticulous in their attention to detail, ensuring they take care of everything regarding service and customer care. The food is excellent, absolutely delicious. Meat lovers will love it, and for everything else, it's all there is to it. You won't be disappointed! All you have to do is come and sit down; they'll take care of everything, and trust me, you won't be disappointed!

13/09/2025: We ordered two pizzas, and they were quick to prepare, even though it was Saturday night.
The pizzas were cooked perfectly, the dough melts in your mouth, light and airy around the edges.
I asked for advice on a pizza, wanting to try something different. They suggested the "DELIZIOSA" pizza, which includes plenty of stracciatella, prosciutto, walnuts, olive oil, and basil.
What can I say? Truly delicious, we were extremely satisfied.
Kindness and courtesy accompany the deliveries.

09/11/2025: A beautiful inn; I went there for a friend's birthday. We were served a variety of traditional Salento appetizers, from broad beans with chicory to eggplant rolls, sautéed mushrooms, and finally roast meat. Everything was truly delicious. We even danced, although the venue isn't huge, there was still plenty of space. The outdoor lights, where we later opened the cake, were beautiful!
02/11/2025: A very welcoming, family-friendly venue, meticulously curated down to the smallest details, in the historic center of Lecce. A place where you can breathe in the history of the place, upon entering you are immediately greeted by a highly respected wine cellar and by Francesco, who takes guests on a journey of flavors and aromas from another era, always remaining very contemporary. From here, it begins with Chef Aldo, who guides his guests through a range of traditional local dishes, dishes from other regions, and seafood, preserving the culture in both craftsmanship and raw materials. Highly recommended for all audiences.

11/09/2025: We wanted to book through The Fork, but when we couldn't, we asked the owner if we could get the same discount, which he claimed didn't apply at lunchtime. The prices aren't at all what they advertise on The Fork.
Nevertheless, it was really good. The owner is very friendly, and the setting is very pleasant, with a vaulted room playing pleasant music. It's worth the detour.
23/08/2025: Extremely poor value, mediocre quality, and high prices... A false sense of etiquette isn't enough to justify high prices. Two perfectly identical fish forks and a paper napkin—somewhat amateurish mistakes. The waiter poured the wine into your hand when offering to taste it. The shrimp were obviously frozen, alongside a few authentic ones. The execution of the dishes was acceptable, but could be improved.
Overall, a slightly disappointing experience.

We ate a homemade burger made with pizza dough; it was really generous and original.
The staff is really friendly; they made the effort to speak a little French.
15/10/2025: After a week in Puglia, this was by far my least favourite meal. I had a pizza which was too salty and generally not very tasty.
If you’re looking for pizza in the village then Da Uccio is far superior.

24/09/2025: We've been to this restaurant twice in a row for dinner in September. After reading some negative reviews, we were very curious. Luckily, we weren't influenced by people who perhaps know little about cooking. The place is very nice and simple (you can't book), the food is simple but well-made, and the prices are in line with the quality. We're certainly not talking about master chefs, but I can assure you that the food is good, from the fish to the various super-tasty sandwiches. Another positive note is the super-friendly staff. In conclusion, I absolutely recommend it.
