10/07/2026: Fantastic evening spent with friends in this restaurant, we ate very well recommended the menu of the day by the owner at €25, they brought us an appetizer, a first course and a second course of fish with side dish, highly recommended 😋

16/05/2026: Thanks to the owner, who was truly kind and helpful: I wanted pittule while my husband had ordered horse meat from the restaurant next door, and he was so accommodating as to serve me the spritz and pittule right at our table. A truly appreciated gesture.

16/07/2026: This small, family-run restaurant in Caprarica di Tricase has a somewhat long wait, as is often the case on Saturday nights. An extra waiter would be helpful, although the one female waiter does a good job. The pizza is good and well-seasoned. The beer selection is also decent. Prices are more than fair. In the summer, access to a small courtyard is through the kitchens.

01/06/2026: Truly excellent pizza! Light, well-leavened dough with a soft, fragrant crust. The ingredients are high-quality, and you can immediately sense the attention to detail in their preparation. The pizza is always rich, well-topped, and cooked to perfection. Even the fries on top were crispy and tasty, without overpowering the flavor of the other ingredients. Quick service and excellent value. For me, Pizzeria Lu Salentu remains one of the best pizzerias ever.

Everything is freshly prepared and tastes fantastic. The family atmosphere makes you feel right at home. We've been coming here for years and always feel completely at ease. A definite recommendation for anyone who appreciates authentic southern Italian cuisine.

13/07/2026: A real surprise! We stumbled upon it by chance and returned two more times. A simple but welcoming place with friendly staff. The pizza is excellent, as is the food. Delicious, fresh seafood dishes. Prices are definitely reasonable. Congratulations! Highly recommended! Reservations are recommended. It's a shame we live more than 1200 km away.

24/07/2026: Ordered the chicken fajitas and they were great! Had a wide variety of tequila and mezcal for reasonable prices. My parents are from Mexico and I own a Mexican Supermarket w/ Mexican take out food in California and for being in Italy this was a pleasant experience. Also had 2 shots of the Olmeca Tequila.

01/08/2026: A confirmation! I don't write many reviews, but if I decide to do it today, it's because Inchoo is a confirmation! The new 2026 summer menu is definitely superior. I tasted the red prawn tartare and linguine with sea urchins. I didn't have time to take photos, but I will next time! Not (just) pizza... but go for the food! When in doubt... ask Antonio, always available and friendly, along with his team of collaborators! See you soon... very soon!!!

The food is top-quality, with authentic flavors and exquisite presentation. The staff is delightful: kind, professional, and the wait times are perfect. We'll definitely be back!

I was impressed by the choice to provide a spicy condiment from a small Salento company—if I remember correctly, it's called Terra Russa—that I really liked. A small detail not to be overlooked, as it shows the attention paid to even the smallest details.

03/08/2026: We went to this restaurant tonight and ordered a slice of horse meat, small pieces of horse meat, and two gyros. The slice was inedible (tough and stiff) because it was for my son. I decided to point out the problem to the waiters and send it back. The horse meat was mediocre, nothing special, and the gyros were excellent bread, but the meat was very dry. The waiters were very polite and quick to resolve the issue, asking if we wanted anything else for the child and whether we wanted a complimentary amaro or coffee at the end of the meal. At the end of the evening, the owner removed the slice from the bill and later gave us a further discount. They were super kind and friendly, but the food needs some work.

26/07/2026: Everything was excellent and plentiful, from the starter to the crispy, dry fried food. I highly recommend it; the service was fast and friendly.

19/07/2026: We know the place very well; we're practically locals. This is precisely why we chose this restaurant again. We've been there several times, but we've rarely experienced such poor service. There were nine of us and we ordered very simple dishes. We had a reservation for 8:30 PM, even though the group didn't arrive until 9:00 PM. We ordered three appetizers and eight main courses: nothing special or complicated. The appetizers didn't arrive until 10:10 PM, and the main courses didn't arrive until 11:45 PM. In the meantime, no one came to clear our table, ask if everything was okay, or if we needed anything. In fact, we had to call the staff several times because some orders were missing. In the end, we weren't even offered coffee or dessert. We had the distinct feeling of having been completely forgotten. We're sorry, but after this experience, we won't be returning. For our part, this restaurant will no longer have our presence or our recommendation.

25/06/2026: A very beautiful and well-kept place, the food was excellent, but the real highlight was the service, which left me pleasantly surprised. A huge thank you goes to Salvatore, who gave us great advice, pampered us, and with a gentle, yet unobtrusive sense of humor, made the dinner truly magical.
