28/09/2025: We went to Acqua e Sale for dinner, choosing the five-course seafood tasting menu and wine. The service was friendly, attentive, and attentive. The dishes were exquisite and sophisticated, with well-thought-out and balanced pairings. Everything was perfect, from appetizer to dessert, and we finished by sampling the homemade coconut, fig, and blackberry liqueurs. It was a fantastic evening; we went home thinking about when we'll return.

From appetizers to first courses, fresh fish, and fried foods, quality, flavor, and balance reign supreme. Don't forget the pizzas: delicious, light, and never greasy, as are the light, easily digestible fried foods. This isn't a tourist restaurant; the quality, cleanliness, and kitchen procedures are guaranteed, and then... the view! Thank you for always making me feel pampered. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant; the food and all the staff are amazing.

The food is all typically Salento, prepared with genuine ingredients and with that authentic flavor that makes you feel at home. From appetizers to desserts, every dish was carefully prepared, rich and plentiful, a true celebration of flavors and tradition. The local wines were also excellent, perfect to accompany the dishes. A special thanks to Antonio, the owner, always welcoming, kind, and attentive, and to Timo, the chef, whose skill brings the soul of Salento cuisine to the table. A warm and convivial place, ideal for an evening with friends or family. Highly recommended for those who want an authentic experience and enjoy true Salento cuisine, characterized by abundance, quality, and conviviality! 🍷🍇✨

05/11/2025: Last week, I went to dinner with some friends. It's hard for me to return to this place. The welcome was very pleasant and different from usual. The new autumn pizza was the best (cream of pumpkin, scamorza, and pancetta, delicate and crispy dough with red cabbage) along with the cabbage salad as an entree, really not bad. Once we were seated and chose our beverage (the wine selection is very respectable, even though I rarely toast anymore), the classic pittule to break the wait for the main courses: ravioli del plin with stew, fish in a salt crust, pecorino cheese with tomato sauce, seasonal vegetables cooked in every way. Dessert and coffee to finish. Everything was sooooo good. The bill was very fair. The staff was friendly. Thank you, and see you next time. PS: I'm not attaching photos of the dishes because my hands and cutlery were busy with the courses and, if necessary, sharing the dishes. 😋😋😋

13/09/2025: We ordered two pizzas, and they were quick to prepare, even though it was Saturday night. The pizzas were cooked perfectly, the dough melts in your mouth, light and airy around the edges. I asked for advice on a pizza, wanting to try something different. They suggested the "DELIZIOSA" pizza, which includes plenty of stracciatella, prosciutto, walnuts, olive oil, and basil. What can I say? Truly delicious, we were extremely satisfied. Kindness and courtesy accompany the deliveries.

24/09/2025: We've been to this restaurant twice in a row for dinner in September. After reading some negative reviews, we were very curious. Luckily, we weren't influenced by people who perhaps know little about cooking. The place is very nice and simple (you can't book), the food is simple but well-made, and the prices are in line with the quality. We're certainly not talking about master chefs, but I can assure you that the food is good, from the fish to the various super-tasty sandwiches. Another positive note is the super-friendly staff. In conclusion, I absolutely recommend it.

21/09/2025: A truly delicious pastry shop, with a wide selection of homemade desserts that are sure to win you over at first glance! The atmosphere is pleasant and well-kept, ideal for a relaxing breakfast or a coffee break with friends. The rustic dessert or the pasticciotto gelato are a true delight, absolutely worth trying! The products are of excellent quality: fresh, authentic, and with an authentic flavor. The only downside is that service can sometimes be a bit slow, especially at peak times, but the wait is worth it thanks to the quality of the products and the kindness of the staff.

21/09/2025: If you're in Calimera, this is a must-see. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the products, especially the pasticciotto, are truly exceptional.
