24/09/2025: A lively and pleasant oasis adjacent to the university. Great coffee, good range of fresh and delicious pastries (pasticciotto were stand out) and friendly helpful staff. Been here every morning this week. It is consistent and good. Fino a domani!

The place was welcoming, with a sea view and something unique.
Friendly service.
I only ordered fried fish, which was very satisfying.
The place was clean.
The quality/price ratio was also good.
I will definitely return to try the first courses.

So why 5 stars?
After the flight and the drive to Bari, here's a place I really enjoyed having breakfast.
First of all, the place is calm, peaceful, and beautiful. You're comfortably seated in a beautifully landscaped courtyard with lemon and orange trees...
The welcome is very friendly, full of smiles, and you can really feel their pleasure in hosting guests.
The breakfast is good, with quality products and a generous portion. And it's good value for money.
A big BRAVO and THANK YOU for contributing to the success of our stay in Lecce.
17/11/2025: Came in for lunch in November. Delicious sandwiches. Excellent bread. A great experience. Staff was very helpful. English was spoken by the staff but try your Italian as you will learn the local phrases.

09/10/2025: Dinner in this lovely setting. Service was quick, but the staff were unfriendly, almost annoyed by our presence. They served a variety of Salento dishes, but nothing special. The octopus meatballs were highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were kind and attentive, but above all, the food was divine. From appetizer to dessert, every dish was a feast for the eyes and the palate: they all returned to the kitchen spotless, without a single crumb!
Fresh ingredients, unique flavors, and perfect portions. An experience I would recommend to anyone looking for a truly special dinner.
I can't wait to go back! 🍽️✨

02/03/2026: Avoid it. Terrible. Oh, and when you call to book, if you dare, make sure there aren't any school trips or parties with late-night music, otherwise your sleep will be zero. I've experienced it myself.

A special thank you also for the cake: not only delicious, but even more beautiful than the one I sent as a sample! We were truly satisfied and I recommend this masseria to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-kept place with impeccable service.
