30/04/2026: We often go to Bughi for coffee and have always had a great time: the place has an original decor, perfect for those who love rock and alternative vibes, the coffee is excellent, and the staff is really kind and helpful. I wish there were more bars like this! 😉

25/08/2025: I'd like to sincerely thank the owners and all the staff at Agriturismo Santa Chiara. They were always kind and helpful, ready to help us or check in. They offered us a beautiful room overlooking the pool. The included breakfast was delicious, with a nice mix of sweet and savory. Sometimes the lady cooks for guests, and I must say she's truly excellent. I absolutely recommend staying there for dinner, as it was a delicious and warm experience. The agriturismo is large and welcoming, perfect for taking photos or reading a book while relaxing in the sun by the pool. I found a bit of my hometown in them, as they are family-like, kind, and welcoming—just what I was looking for in southern Italy. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and welcoming place.

23/12/2025: Excellent bar/cafeteria on the town's main square. Very generous opening hours and the interior decor is truly superb (old stone walls, subtle lighting, etc.). The pastries are also very good, made in the owner's workshop located just 30 meters away. There's real skill involved. The entire team is friendly, except for one waitress who is frankly very unpleasant, which is a shame.

17/07/2026: For anyone craving authentic Salento cuisine, this is the place to be! Even with their house antipasto (recommended for two), you'll be taken on a journey through local flavors: potato pita, panzerotti (croquettes), grilled vegetables, meatballs in tomato sauce and fried, horse meat, anchovies, fresh cheeses, and parmigiana. All this at a decidedly reasonable price. But the real highlight is the secret ingredient: the extremely high quality of the ingredients. Enjoy your meal!

22/08/2026: We visited Zona Franca in Galatina and were truly delighted. The place is beautiful and well-kept, with a pleasant, informal atmosphere. We chose to eat at the outdoor tables overlooking the street, and I must say it was a great choice: it's truly comfortable and the atmosphere is very pleasant, especially for an evening with friends. The dishes we tried were all very good, well-prepared, and made with quality ingredients. The beer was also excellent and paired perfectly with our dinner. The service definitely deserves a mention: the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, without ever being intrusive. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable evening, made even better by the good food, the beautiful setting, and the company. I'd happily recommend this place to anyone in Galatina looking for a place to eat well and spend a few hours in peace. We'll definitely be back! 🍻🍽️

28/05/2026: On the first evening of our Salento walk, we dined at Trattoria Concepita: a great satisfaction after walking almost 25 km. The dishes were delicious and well-prepared, and the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. Definitely worth a try!

11/08/2026: I've always considered it one of the best ice cream shops. I hadn't been there in about a year and recently returned, but unfortunately it's not what I remembered. The ice creams, for me, have no flavor, and I had to throw out the whipped cream because it had a watery, strange taste.
