02/05/2026: Gibò is undoubtedly one of the best locations in Italy, if not the best. Surrounded by greenery and overlooking the sea, it has a magnetism few places in the world can match. The staff is incredibly professional and helpful. Marta and Gigi make everything perfect, tailoring every detail to the guest's wishes, creating a sense of nostalgia that constantly invites you to relive that magic. Congratulations!

05/05/2026: We chose this restaurant because it's part of the AIC network. The dinner was satisfying. The atmosphere was relaxed, even though we were in a corner. Just a note about the bathroom: a restaurant like this needs a better one.

02/05/2026: Excellent place in every way; if I could, I would have given it more than 5 stars. We're here for a weekend, and we came two nights in a row. The first night we had some delicious, light, mega pizzas. Tonight we opted for a mussel soup, as anticipated, and for our first course we had paccheri with clams and monkfish, and for dessert, the spumone. Everything was excellent; the first course was superb. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The place is beautiful and refined. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!

01/06/2026: We've had the best pizzas here twice! There's a good selection without feeling overwhelming, and the prices are more than fair. Actually, the owner should be encouraged to raise them. The pizzas are ready very quickly and absolutely delicious!

08/06/2026: I highly recommend it! We were charmed from the start by the setting, the beautiful terrace surrounded by lovely cascading flowers. The dishes were incredible, delicate, and bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

08/06/2026: On the other side of the Duomo, away from the touristy streets, this restaurant is a real gem. Quiet and shaded, it serves cuisine far more refined than the touristy restaurants in the historic center. Bonus: Sasha is practically bilingual! Our favorite find of the day. Arrive early at lunchtime to snag a table in the shade!

A special thanks goes to Veronica for her professionalism, kindness, and her way of putting everyone at ease. I felt as if we had been lifelong friends; she listened to all my doubts and concerns and made sure our wedding was perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you❤️ An honorable mention goes to Domenico. Kindness, kindness, thoughtfulness, attention to every little detail. For him, it's not a job, it's PASSION. We felt truly pampered. Veronica and Domenico are exceptional people. A heartfelt thanks goes to Angelo, who was also fantastic and attentive to everything. The entire staff. The entertainment, the babysitter, very attentive to my girls. 02/11/2025: I'm a longtime customer. I saw this place open when it was just a tiny room, menus were 5 euros, and there were barely any seats. However, I can't help but be nostalgic and a little disappointed to see how it is now. I'm happy and proud of how they've grown over the years, and I recommend them to all my friends, even now that I no longer live in Maglie. The only problem is that the quality-price ratio isn't as good as it once was. I understand that prices are rising, but the piadina I ordered had very little kebab... and even the fries aren't the same portions as before. They used to have plenty of everything: kebab, sauces, fries, condiments, now they're just the bare minimum. Overall, the quantity of everything has gone down, and the prices have gone up. That welcoming homey feel has also been lost. Even the servers no longer smile or joke with the customers like they used to; they always seem stressed and pissed off. I miss that more human and intimate connection. In short, the place has become too bourgeois and commercialized for my tastes... despite that, I'm still loyal and I think it's one of the best kebabs I've ever eaten. Oh, ps. I'm sure the fries and nuggets are from Eurospin because I've seen the bags, so especially since they cost less than average, you could go a bit more generous. pps. I recommend the potato rosti, they're delicious.
