14/08/2026: I ordered 14 pizzas and a calzone using Deliveroo. After waiting over an hour with constant delays and at least 20 phone calls, I went straight to the pizzeria. The owner and pizza chef responded by saying he hadn't answered the phone on purpose because it was "busy." He didn't even apologize for the inconvenience; instead, he invited us to walk away so we could wait for the delivery driver (we were standing in front). The pizzas were wrong, cold, and not even a free Coke for the inconvenience. A terrible experience.

02/08/2026: 33°C in August 2026, I ordered a beer and when paying the bill the manager said, "Okay, that's fine." I couldn't believe my ears, that such a thing still exists these days! 👏

24/09/2025: Very good beer, decent focaccia, and a friendly atmosphere that could be improved. It's okay for a quick aperitif... but the price is a bit high for two small slices of focaccia and two take-out beers. They could do better.

14/07/2026: We highly recommend this restaurant. The food is delicious, freshly prepared, and reasonably priced. We each ordered a different dish. There are tables inside and outside, but separated from the street. The service is very friendly and welcoming.

23/08/2026: I'm just saying that if there's a problem with a dish you've just tasted, the least you can do is apologize and offer a solution. This certainly doesn't mean you're not the first to point it out. In fact, it would be even more of a sign to change something or let us know when someone orders it. We'd been here before, but with people who knew the owner, and apparently that's the only way to be treated politely. There wouldn't have been any problems, because making mistakes is human, but if they'd behaved professionally instead of charging the full price for a dish that was completely left over because it was inedible, without even offering an alternative, which we would have gladly accepted and paid for.

16/10/2025: Bakery offering quality bread, friselline, and biscuits, all expertly made in the old-fashioned way, and you can taste it! My only suggestion (I hope it's implemented) would be to see the words "Wood-fired oven" written on both the sign and the product labels: but Mr. Piero is absorbed in his work and less in communication. Perhaps he takes this type of baking for granted, which is a tradition here, but requires a great deal of effort and dedication from those who make it and shouldn't be underestimated. However, I think it's worth HIGHLIGHTING: everyone in the area knows about it, but there are also tourists and those just passing through, and this could help them better understand and appreciate the effort put into producing their baked goods.

26/08/2025: You can't judge the atmosphere; it's just a store. The bread and pizza are excellent. The biscuits are also delicious.

08/01/2026: Absolutely perfect in every way: excellent coffee, excellent cocktails, and many, many live events. Very clean, tidy location with professional and friendly staff, always available and friendly.

07/01/2026: A very nice pub with a Valentino Rossi theme, where in addition to organizing evenings, they also allow you to watch Serie A matches.

13/08/2026: As a Salento native, this is one of the best pasticciotti I've ever eaten. Always available and very friendly staff. It's a must-try before heading back up north!

19/08/2026: Two beers, an appetizer, pizza, and a puccia, excellent value. Service isn't particularly fast, but that's acceptable considering the dining area is across the street from the kitchen. The dining area is definitely quieter than the outdoor tables, being streetside.

27/07/2026: If you love mussels, this is the place to be: incredibly fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The stracciata is indescribable, creamy, and authentic, while the freselle are prepared with the highest-quality ingredients and a truly perfect balance of flavors. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive to every detail, and the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. You can sense their passion for cooking and their attention to detail in selecting the finest ingredients. Highly recommended.

01/06/2026: We've had the best pizzas here twice! There's a good selection without feeling overwhelming, and the prices are more than fair. Actually, the owner should be encouraged to raise them. The pizzas are ready very quickly and absolutely delicious!

30/04/2026: We often go to Bughi for coffee and have always had a great time: the place has an original decor, perfect for those who love rock and alternative vibes, the coffee is excellent, and the staff is really kind and helpful. I wish there were more bars like this! 😉

08/07/2026: We returned to Puglia after 6/7 years, even if we changed area we wanted to return to this restaurant and I must say that it did not disappoint us this time either, fresh and good fish, if we return to Puglia we will definitely stop at Scaccia pensieri

08/06/2026: I celebrated my graduation at Scacciapensieri (since I lived in Lecce and Monteroni is very close by and parking is easier). The service was impeccable...for about twenty guests, it was commendable. Their thin-crust pizzas and various appetizers were excellent...Great value. Try it and you'll be back.
