Francesco, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable, and his passion for wine shines through in every recommendation he gives. The selection is truly remarkable: alongside an excellent selection of local wines from Salento, he also offers interesting labels from other Italian regions. The liqueurs and spirits are also high-quality, with products hard to find elsewhere. In addition to wine, they also sell quality products from Apulian farms: tomato purees, preserves, and other products in oil that are truly worth a try. He always knows how to recommend the right bottle for your needs, and he helps you discover new things every time. A must-have for anyone seeking quality products and true expertise.

29/05/2026: Spectacular location, extremely polite, helpful, fun, down-to-earth, yet very professional staff. Not to mention the food, I've never had better pizza than this. The pizza chef must be an absolute master of pizza. It's incredibly good, and one piece leads to another, impossible to stop. Not recommended. More than that, go every day. The homemade desserts are incredible, an explosion of sweetness and flavor. Always ask for them; you won't regret it. I personally always go there as a group, and for the members from other countries, it's been a wonderful revelation. It's become addictive now, we go every week. 100000000/10

23/05/2026: The service is fast, friendly, and courteous. The pizza by the meter is excellent, flavorful and with a good crust. The desserts are good, as is the large-scale retailer. We didn't ask if they had homemade desserts. The place is simple but very welcoming, tidy, and clean. The large outdoor space is definitely convenient in the warmer months. A very positive experience.

03/07/2026: A Saturday night with friends, the first and last time we go to this place, they barely take you into consideration... they don't know the true meaning of customer courtesy. They bring us purified water to the table... since no one drinks it, we politely asked if we could get water in a plastic or glass bottle. Their response was: it's out of stock. To top off their rudeness, we ask for the bill, the woman comes over and says: here's the bill, we need the table. But do you have a pizzeria, or a Masseria...?!!

16/06/2026: I've never had such a good pizza. Compliments to the pizza chef, the dough and cooking were perfect. The outdoor garden was very peaceful. The service was impeccable, polite, and very fast, even on a Saturday night. Recommended

03/04/2026: We dined at Nautilus last night and were pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the ingredients and the expertly blended flavors of the fish, a prime ingredient for this restaurant. We also appreciated the professional and courteous service, and the fact that a bottle of the wine we ordered was opened right at the table for two glasses. Truly, everything was excellent.

25/05/2026: An hour and a half for two pizzas, the 4-cheese one was emotionally devastating. The restaurant sounds like McDonald's, but at least you can see some nice biceps in the kitchen. I'll be back.

02/05/2026: Excellent place in every way; if I could, I would have given it more than 5 stars. We're here for a weekend, and we came two nights in a row. The first night we had some delicious, light, mega pizzas. Tonight we opted for a mussel soup, as anticipated, and for our first course we had paccheri with clams and monkfish, and for dessert, the spumone. Everything was excellent; the first course was superb. The staff was very attentive and courteous. The place is beautiful and refined. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend it. We'll definitely be back. Congratulations!

08/06/2026: On the other side of the Duomo, away from the touristy streets, this restaurant is a real gem. Quiet and shaded, it serves cuisine far more refined than the touristy restaurants in the historic center. Bonus: Sasha is practically bilingual! Our favorite find of the day. Arrive early at lunchtime to snag a table in the shade!

08/06/2026: I highly recommend it! We were charmed from the start by the setting, the beautiful terrace surrounded by lovely cascading flowers. The dishes were incredible, delicate, and bursting with flavor. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

28/05/2026: On the first evening of our Salento walk, we dined at Trattoria Concepita: a great satisfaction after walking almost 25 km. The dishes were delicious and well-prepared, and the atmosphere and staff were very welcoming. Definitely worth a try!

03/04/2026: BEWARE! €18 FOR A PIECE OF MERCY!!! I'VE EMAILED THE RESTAURANT AND THEY HAVEN'T REPLIED. IT SEEMS THEY DON'T KEEP THEIR PROMISES AND WON'T REFUND THE MONEY FOR THE MISTAKE!!! THEY DON'T ANSWER, THEY DON'T WANT TO REFUND THE MONEY, AND I'M STARTING TO THINK IT WASN'T A MISTAKE. They mixed up one of the pizzas. We didn't say anything because of the language barrier. They weren't good either—a bit thin on the toppings and tough! Only the place is very nice; otherwise, we didn't like it.

11/05/2026: A very casual, no-frills pizzeria, but even though the pizza is cooked in an electric oven, it's truly delicious: light, easy to digest, and fragrant, offering a good value. Well done.
