06/09/2025: We had a lovely girl’s night dinner here, so here is a breakdown of how it went: We were greeted promptly and seated at a table in their whimsical garden. There is an extensive wine list, we opted for a sparkling rosé which was just perfect for a warm evening. For starters we shared the octopus alla Luciana - it was cooked to perfection : Tender, flavourful, and crispy in the right places. The chef is very creative with her flavours but it’s not overpowering at all. We also shared the cozze gratinate: very interesting twist on the classic, using smoked provolone cheese. Delicious ! I had the calamarata with swordfish and tuna, basil, tomatoes and pangrattato - now I’m not sure what these comments saying the fish isn’t fresh come from - the fish was VERY fresh, and I live here so I know the difference. The pasta was perfectly cooked, 10/10. My girlfriends had the lamb, which was very good and served with cherries, and the Ombrina fish in limoncello butter sauce - divine. I know it sounds weird but the flavours are delicate and very well balanced. We didn’t get dessert because we met up with other friends after, but were offered some shortbread cookies on the house. Thank you to the staff for this unforgettable experience ! I will be back.

25/08/2025: Wonderful place, we went in the beautiful outdoor garden in the summer. The place is meticulously maintained, the staff are exquisite, very welcoming and friendly... exceptional food, especially the gnocchi with Parma ham, pistachios, and pecorino romano. Highly recommended!!! We'll be back from Bologna with a vengeance!

04/09/2025: I'd be lying if I said this wasn't the #1 reason for going all the way to Gallipoli 🕺🏻 How wonderful to finally be able to grab a vegan Nutella crepe on the street, and with such a friendly owner :-) Thank you, we'll be back soon 🌱

20/08/2025: My boyfriend and I went to this StreetFood to satisfy an evening craving for crepes. Given my gluten intolerance, it was quite difficult to find a place to go, but searching online, we came across "Man in Pasta StreetFood." The guy who served us was very friendly and helpful, and explained the various gluten-free and vegan options. The gluten-free crepe was crispy and filled with plant-based Nutella. For four crepes, including the gluten-free one, we paid €16. I recommend the experience, especially to those like me who are gluten intolerant!

14/07/2025: Ristorante di pesce curato e con un menu vario a prezzi onesti. Abbiamo assaggiato antipasti, primi e secondi, disponibilità di poter scegliere anche qualcosa fuori menù con il pescato del giorno. Noi siamo stati con amici e bambini, devo dire che ci hanno trattato veramente bene, come detto i prezzi sono onesti e la qualità del pesce è buona. Tornerò sicuramente all'osteria del tempo perso se dovessi tornare in vacanza in Salento.

19/08/2025: My boyfriend was born and raised in Puglia and wanted me to try typical local dishes. I have to say, every dish was truly excellent. I recommend the mixed antipasto. The atmosphere was magical 🫶🏼

06/10/2025: Yet another terrible experience. 1) the waitress was irritated and impatient, especially towards the older person at the table. 2) the desserts were terrible quality. 3) the cream-filled pasticciotto had cinnamon added or I don't know what else! Attention! ⚠️ You have to tell us the ingredients! What if I was allergic? 4) Expressino: No Comment! ...the name remained... and the appearance!!! It's so true that... not everyone knows about quality! Yet another time of Dissatisfaction!!! And, unfortunately, it's the same bad experience that my acquaintances and friends had... ouch! More seriousness and commitment! Thank you

05/10/2025: An excellent dinner in a historic restaurant with dishes prepared with skill and imagination. We had classic pettole as an appetizer, tagliatelle with Primitivo sauce, tomato, speck, and stracciatella, and a risotto with beetroot, speck, and gorgonzola. For the main course, two flavorful mixed grilled meats, and the local red wine was excellent. Excellent service, and we left happy and satisfied.

11/09/2025: The owner pretends to be friendly, it's a typical foreign tourist spot, the fish is frozen, I don't recommend the appetizer recommended by the owner or the waiters; for me, it's an insult to Italian and Salento cuisine, and Neapolitan neomelodic music is played throughout the meal. The owner slammed me for not being a football fan. Absolutely not recommended.

24/08/2025: Bakery offering high-quality bread, friselline, and biscuits, all expertly made in the old-fashioned way, and you can taste them! My only suggestion (I hope it's implemented) would be to see the wording "Wood-fired oven" written on both the sign and the product labels, but Mr. Piero is absorbed in his work and less in communication. Perhaps he takes this type of baking for granted, which is a tradition here, but requires a great deal of dedication and dedication from those who make it and shouldn't be underestimated. However, I think it's worth highlighting. Everyone in the area knows about it, but there are also tourists, and for them, it could help them better understand and appreciate the effort that goes into the baked goods.

20/09/2025: Very pleasant place with a beautiful terrace, we tasted antipasti, 1 fried calamari, 1 stuffed panino of 50cm, 4 meat dishes plus fries and salad with 2 bottles of wine, 4 desserts and 1 digestif for 214 euros. Everything was good, to see for the other dishes.

06/09/2025: A grill restaurant with an open butcher's counter. Top-quality ingredients; the Black Angus steak and meatballs in tomato sauce were succulent. They also offer a pizzeria and takeout service with a wide-ranging menu. Attentive and professional staff. Highly recommended.

05/09/2025: Clean and welcoming place... As soon as we entered, a young man welcomed us and, seeing my poodle arrive, he already went out of his way to give my dog ​​water without me saying anything. This place already deserves 5 stars... We had some delicious cuts of meat, you can also find the butcher shop on display inside. I had a very good pizza, the pistachio and melon liqueurs on the house were excellent... Mattia, the young man who welcomed us, was full of attention to the entire service from start to finish... To conclude, he gave balloons to my children, a small gesture but for my children it was super. Thanks again Mattia, number one...

08/10/2025: I had lunch at "A Un Passo Duomo" during my stay in Lecce. In addition to eating spectacular sagne, I met Mirko, who added a special touch not only to the dessert but also to my stay at the restaurant... Another person in my heart and another place in my heart here in wonderful Lecce... highly recommended place... I hope to return as soon as possible!

23/08/2025: The absolute best bar in Salento. Ideal for a sandwich, the products are of the highest quality, and the ingredients are unmatched, something you won't find anywhere else. Excellent service, expertly prepared drinks, and a wide selection of top-quality options. Special thanks to the two owners, Silvia and Vincenzo, who maintain a high level of commitment and dedication to quality. Returning to them is always a pleasure, an unmissable stop that makes us appreciate this wonderful land even more.
