Small but very welcoming environment, excellent service and delicious food.

Nice, friendly service - but this lady is also responsible for preparing the food. Completely understandable in times of staff shortages (or due to economic requirements), but it often backfires. A family had ordered before us, the preparation of the food was ongoing and there was no service at the counter during that time. This leads to a bit of frustration because of the waiting time. Food-wise everything was okay, there was nothing to complain about. A disadvantage is of course the lack of a toilet.

Very polite and friendly staff, I brought a couple of American tourists and they were very satisfied (myself included) with the fried food prepared by the owner Tilde: calamari, pittule, croquettes, skewered fish, plentiful and delicious! Thanks so much again

A special appreciation to this "big little" inn governed with wisdom, kindness and helpfulness. In my opinion one of the best fried seafood served properly accompanied by excellent craft beers. The quality is recognisable: 1) the freshness of the fish 2) the crispy frying on the outside, soft on the inside and dry 3) the excellent flavor that makes you want to repeat it instantly. Congratulations to the Lady (unfortunately I don't know her name) who manages this corner of paradise. A walk after lunch light as a feather to admire the beauties of Otranto. Exceptional.

Per un pasto veloce, ma con scelta di prodotti gourmet. Consigliatissimo le pucce e i piatti di fritti alternativi. Ottima qualità prezzo. Coperti all'interno o su una stradina con atmosfera che costeggia la torre matta. TOP

We were so pleasantly surprised to come across this place! The food was excellent (fantastic insalata di mare!) and the owner was very nice. Just be aware there is no bathroom, as it is mostly takeout and quick eats. But excellent food!!

Ho mangiato una puccia con cime di rapa e burrata buonissima, oltre ai fritti, anch'essi molto buoni. Io e il mio ragazzo siamo tornati di proposito per la seconda volta in una settimana, a Otranto e alla friggitoria, tanto ci sono rimasti nel cuore. Sosta da fare assolutamente se si è in zona. Piccolo ma essenziale, e i ragazzi che ci lavorano gentilissimi.
