12/05/2025: A restaurant worth discovering, I recommend it

01/05/2025: I went there to eat a pizza and I was satisfied with both the quality of the dough and the service. The environment is a bit formal and better suited to the guise of an elegant restaurant. Other plus points are the open kitchen and the extreme cleanliness and order of the place. The only negative note, according to my standards, is the fact that tablecloths are not used. It also offers a take-away pizzeria and there is a celebration room on the lower floor. I recommend it.

27/04/2025: We came for dinner twice, we loved it so much. The spritzes are excellent. We tested the antipasto board, tasted the excellent mozzarella, grilled vegetables, and a whole host of other specialties that were all as good as they were plentiful. Finally, we tried the pinsa, which is both crunchy and soft, a treat. All for a very reasonable addition! Go there with your eyes closed!

19/05/2025: We went for dinner for a pizza and the inevitable potato croquettes in this former trattoria. The family management and the home cooking with reasonable prices make this little restaurant a popular place. I think it is better to book as we did to avoid not finding a place and then having to wait outside 😉🙂

18/05/2025: I didn't like it because when I ordered mixed grill, I received a plate with a small sausage, a small slice and 2 very small bombettes, plus on the menu it said seafood salad and it wasn't available, in my opinion this shouldn't happen in a restaurant because they have to have everything, especially if it's written on the menu. Also when I ordered two lemon sorbet I was presented with lemon ice cream put in a large lemon peel.

14/02/2025: Delightful place, I didn't imagine that a diner could have such tasty options, I went with my family on Saturday, and everything was delicious!!! Very kind staff and affordable prices. Wide choice of first courses, second courses, pizzas and sandwiches. Comfortable and clean room.

17/01/2025: Alle 9 del mattino mi sono ritrovata al bar con le amiche.. ordiniamo da bere e alla volta di decidere cosa prendere da mangiare ci veniva risposto che "erano finite" su diversi prodotti... ma la cosa che mi lascia più basita è al punto che alla richiesta di un pasticiotto della mia amica la risposta è stata che "sono finiti sia grandi che piccoli" nonché poco dopo vediamo che vengono serviti ad un tavolo cui ordine era stato preso dopo il nostro... è comunque strano che alle 9 del mattino già siano assenti prodotti di diverso tipo.. orario che rientra in quello in cui la gente va ancora a fare colazione.. senza trovare una libera scelta dei prodotti...

27/11/2024: Ottimo posto , personale gentile e preparato, un grande elogio alle cuoche,buona accoglienza, cibo buono è genuino a prezzi modici , i tavoli separati da spazi larghi un' ottima idea, ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

26/09/2024: Buongiorno, che dire del Ristorante "Boccaccio - la poesia in un barattolo" di Leuca? Non ve lo dovete assolutamente perdere, andateci e non ve ne pentirete! Location suggestiva, tra lucine e tavolini immersi fra gli alberi. Un'atmosfera unica. Prodotti di qualità, provenienti dall'Azienda di famiglia, troverete anche un piccolo spaccio per comprare qualcosa che avete assaggiato. Lo trovo davvero carino, per cena o anche un' apericena. Vi verranno illustrate con cura e passione le varie cose presenti nel menù. Non potete ad esempio perdervi "La Cassetta del Boccaccio", con varie cosine locali, pugliesi, da assaggiare. Poi mi direte! Tutto molto buono. Ottime anche le orecchiette, le frise condite, le bombette... . Decisamente favoloso anche il loro rosato Negroamaro , un gusto unico, tanto che l'ho anche acquistato per portarmelo a casa (come anche altre prelibatezze). Lasciate un posticino anche per i dolci: fanno ad esempio un tiramisu delizioso! Se la vedete salutatemi la Volpina, che spesso gira fra i tavoli (ho avuto il piacere di vederla, è la mascotte di questo posticino magico). Le luci sono inserite dentro a dei barattoli, molto suggestive: i barattoli richiamano appunto le molte prelibatezze fatte dall'Azienda di famiglia (in barattolo). Spero di poter tornare presto, intanto grazie e andate avanti così! Il "Boccaccio" è davvero poesia, per gli occhi e per il palato1

24/03/2025: One of the best places in Salento. Enchanting, romantic and thoughtful. Surrounded by greenery, a cinema entrance! There is the family that divides itself between the living room and the kitchen and Giulia is perfect in the kitchen. There is the quality of homemade products and those chosen by local companies. The menu is small but it is well thought out and changes every season. There is the possibility of tasting a 3 or 5 course menu. Local wine list and not great. They can buy their products including bread, jams, sweets, etc. It is also possible to book genuine and abundant breakfasts and to stay overnight.

13/02/2025: Pasta among the worst in Lecce, I don't know if they are produced by them (I doubt), but like those defrosted and baked. I haven't tried the rustico, which they say is good, but avoid the pastries.

07/11/2024: In the display case the food doesn't stay very hot after a while, so you have to hope that they are freshly baked to enjoy them at their best.

09/05/2025: Ex noto ristorante della zona ristrutturato e allargato ad uso di relais. Un ambiente apparentemente semplice ma in verità molto curato anche se le volte altissime lo rendono un po’ freddo. Menù con i piatti della tradizione salentina molto ben fatti con ottima scelta delle materie prime. Servizio impeccabile forse favorito anche dalle poche presenze….ci torneremo in piena estate per verificare. Prezzo più che adeguato. Bravi!
