15/03/2026: A beautiful restaurant, lovingly and stylishly decorated. Wonderful food – meat, fish, and even vegetarians are catered for with creative and creative options. Many local specialties and products. Good wine, and the dessert is surely amazing, we just couldn't finish it... Leftovers are packed up without any fuss. The perfect and friendly service is the icing on the cake 🥰 We highly recommend it.

18/02/2026: A welcoming, clean place. Friendly and professional staff. Very well-prepared dishes. Apulian tradition from plate to palate, without over-the-top complexity, but simple and straightforward. It deserves our full appreciation, and we promise to be your guests again.

21/09/2025: Yesterday was my first time at this place. I have to say I had a great time. I felt very relaxed. The place is beautiful, surrounded by greenery. The food is really good. I had the grilled chicken breast. The staff was very friendly. I absolutely recommend this fantastic place.

21/02/2026: Our dinner was marvelous. The service was gracious and attentive. We ate ala carte because neither of us thought we could eat a full tasting menu. We ultimately ordered two starters; a main and dessert. And of course wine. We were pleasantly surprised by the chef's "welcome" offerings four amazing bites each with a unique taste. Our first starter was an oyster Gelato topped with cavier and two small crepes shaped like oyster shells. It was delicious. Our second starter was a a warm broth with small burrata filled ravioli in a lite tomato broth. Very tasty. The main was crusted lamb chops with vegetables. The lamb was perfectly done and the herb crust enhanced the flavor of each bite. The dessert was chocolate mouse with a shot of a lo al liquor. All in all a great dining experience. Highly recommend.

03/11/2025: La Pergola Restaurant was a real surprise during our stroll through Santa Maria al Bagno. It's centrally located, right on the village square, overlooking the sea. The highlight is undoubtedly the cuisine, which proved to be excellent. You can taste the freshness and quality of the fish, the true star of the menu. 19/01/2026: We had lunch at a wonderful place, in a stunning location. We ate octopus with vegetables, a dish that was too elaborate for my taste. The prices were high, more for the location than the food.

22/12/2025: A very beautiful and characteristic historic location—a castle, in short—located in a rural and remote area, not easy to reach via winding, unlit provincial roads. It's in the Salice Salentino countryside, bordering the province of Brindisi, surrounded by vast, diversely cultivated rural land. I was there only because I was invited to a wedding reception with about 200 guests. Unfortunately, the venue suffers from the unique infrastructure of a castle, so the large number of guests didn't allow for optimal management, in my opinion, and I wasn't satisfied. The central space for dancing was also insufficient. The food served was excellent, as was the overall service provided by the staff. Aside from the initial buffet of meat and seafood appetizers, I didn't appreciate the fact that for the final buffet of fruit, desserts, and cake, the guests had to leave their tables at 9 pm, grab their coats, and stay outside in the garden to catch the cold for the cake cutting, before moving on to other areas. This was my only experience at this venue.

15/12/2025: Speechless, the energy this place exudes is magical, enchanting, and meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. The welcome makes you feel special, and the cuisine is gastronomically satisfying. I hope to return. The driveway leading to the castle alone is breathtaking, with hectares of vineyards.

25/02/2026: I have a great experience at this location. I had my son's baptism there 12 years ago. The exterior is beautiful, the location simple, the staff friendly, and the food excellent.

17/02/2026: -Food Sublime rotisserie. Fresh dough. One of the best calzones I've ever had here in Salento. -Service The guy was incredibly quick, both in explaining the products for sale and in packaging and giving change. The perfect time, I recommend around 6-7 pm. I've tried other rotisserie in the area, but there's no competition... Just for the freshness and leavening of the product. Now we always drive 20 minutes to come here with the family.

30/01/2026: Excellent pizza, excellent service, and average prices. We always come back because we feel right at home. We highly recommend.
