08/12/2025: It's one of the best restaurants I've visited in southern Salento, where I've always found fresh fish and meat, at exceptional prices. Fiorella, the chef, is one of the best; I've never seen such an exceptional chef, both in terms of quality and quantity. Federico, the head waiter, is incredibly kind and joking with people, and offers exceptional food recommendations.
17/11/2025: I visited this trattoria and found a warm welcome, very fresh, high-quality food, and generous portions. The owners were very friendly, and I had a great time. I highly recommend it.

12/11/2025: Excellent meat. Very friendly service. We arrived without a table and they did their best to find us one. In the end, we enjoyed a delicious, high-quality burger at a high table outside. Definitely recommended. Thanks, guys!
03/11/2025: As soon as it arrived, the smell of the grill made me realize I was about to eat something special. The burger was simply spectacular: soft but lightly toasted bread, juicy and perfectly cooked meat, with that touch of smoky flavor that makes all the difference.
The sauces were balanced, not overpowering the ingredients but enhancing them, and every bite was an explosion of flavor. Even the crispy, golden fries completed the experience impeccably.
You can taste the attention to detail and the passion of those who prepare it: nothing is left to chance.
A burger this good makes you want to come back the next day... and maybe even the same day! 🍔🔥

29/12/2025: Historic restaurant/pizzeria/trattoria with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu ranges from traditional dishes and appetizers to gourmet pizzas and desserts. Everything is accompanied by excellent, soft multi-grain bread. The dishes are very tasty (with a special focus on vegetables, meat, and homemade tart) and reasonably priced. Recommended.
26/12/2025: I had Christmas dinner yesterday, cold and bad. The service was incredibly slow, the food was cold, and the shocking thing was the frozen Duchess potatoes, fresh from the freezer... forget it.

23/11/2025: This restaurant serves excellent, reasonably-priced indian food in a nice atmosphere with non-intrusive Indian music. Many of the dishes are explicitly vegan. Fantastic chapattis. Helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Highly recommended.

25/06/2025: Un locale stupendo, abbiamo mangiato all’esterno all’interno del cortile in un ambiente romantico e molto rilassante .
Il menù offriva l’imbarazzo della scelta ma non potendo mangiare tutto 🤣 abbiamo optato per l’antipasto misto Casa Martino e due primi , Orecchietta Arrapata e "Minchiareddhro" del Marinaio.
Buonissimo , ne siamo rimasta davvero contenti .
In ragazzi in sala carini , gentili e molto disponibili .

08/02/2026: I'm giving it 5 stars even though I didn't eat the whole pasticciotto this morning because... I remembered it being good, soft and delicious, but today it was hard and the cream wasn't as good as usual... it can happen, but I hope it's different next time because ARTE BIANCA IS THE TOP AND IT MUST REMAIN THAT WAY.
07/01/2026: Passing through Parabita, we stopped for breakfast at this famous pastry shop.
The pasticciotto was excellent, but the coffee was just okay; the girl at the tables was very courteous and helpful.
The price was quite high.
One thing, though: warm up this damn place...you can't have breakfast with your teeth chattering!

11/01/2026: We had dinner in the evening at this beachfront spot. The atmosphere is lovely, but it's definitely more charming during the day with a beautiful sea view.
The menu features seafood and pizza.
We ordered a few appetizers, including fried sardines, and then opted for a seafood risotto, which was quite flavorful and a generous portion.
The pizzas were very good, with excellent dough.
The desserts were beautifully presented, including the cheesecake, which was delicious. It's a shame the crème brûlée was so cold, as it should usually be warm.
Friendly staff.
02/01/2026: Too much money for a very ordinary pizza, the chips are inedible, I appreciate that they are made by them but they are terrible

26/09/2025: Calling it a restaurant is an understatement: it's simply beautiful and unexpected.
You'd never expect the beauty and attention to detail I found on Tuesday evening in this sprawling establishment.
The same attention to detail is evident in the food and service, which are excellent, excellent, excellent, if not excellent.
It's a given that I'll be returning even though I'm 1,100 km away.

25/09/2025: After a year, I returned to this charming, historic restaurant, composed of many small rooms, but I was disappointed. The traditional Salento cuisine, once of a notable standard, has unfortunately declined in both quality and presentation. All the appetizers were mediocre, the first courses, including the maritati, were decent, and the guaccetto was exceptional. The desserts were good, and the recommended wine was mediocre. The service was friendly but confused and unprofessional. The price was high for the quality of the food.
