12/10/2025: If you want to try authentic Salento cuisine, this is the place to be. Everything was excellent and the staff were very friendly.

06/10/2025: The restaurant is simply decorated and the staff is very helpful. I like traditional cuisine from the south of Italy and we had the following; Crostino with Scante ricotta, sautéed tomato and cacioricotta Crostino with burrata Cantabrian anchovies and lemon zest Eggplant parmigiana Homemade tagliatelle with pesto, crispy capocollo and cherry tomatoes Homemade ricciatelle with 14 fresh tomatoes, pecorino and basil and drank excellent homemade red wine Li Veli Susumaniello everything was very good, a real gastronomic delight.. (I copied the names of the dishes from their web menu)

08/11/2025: The shop is beautiful, the staff are talented and helpful, and the products are guaranteed to be delicious and value for money (and also look great if you're looking for gifts or souvenirs). It's impossible to leave empty-handed!

27/11/2025: Remarkably excellent. The paintings displayed in the rooms are interesting to look at and create a stimulating atmosphere. I couldn't fault the service; it was truly pampering. I couldn't fault the menu, except for one small, highly personal comment: how I would have loved to try a dish without the overpowering spice mix. The chef's passion for various spices is a plus, but I would have liked to savor something more. Regardless, we had a wonderful, truly special evening.

20/11/2025: Could we add a sixth star? The cuisine was exceptional; each dish tells a story, a journey with a surprising twist. The fermentation, the smoking, the crunch of the mixed seeds, the acidity of the lime that perfectly complements the tagliatelle, and what can I say about the gorgonzola ice cream... A bold and highly successful approach. In short, everything is executed to perfection. A kitchen team cannot function without a front-of-house team, and here too, everything was well orchestrated: discreet service, but always present at the right moment. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. A beautiful wine selection—a huge thank you to you all, you won us over, and a very special thank you to Gloria who helped me make this evening so special.

02/08/2025: Exquisite and sunny people, a coffee at Snoopy becomes a pleasure, chats and good humor are at home.... both Mauro and Claudio always have a smile and a word for every customer who is honored with their sympathy. Absolutely the best

28/10/2025: Honestly, I was skeptical about going in, and... I was right. The service was good, the waitress was friendly, the pizza was good, and easy to digest, but the appetizer portion didn't seem to be of high quality. I also had the feeling the place lacked cleanliness, especially the dusty light bulbs in the bathroom, plugged into a multiple socket.

22/10/2025: To give this jewel of a restaurant a 5 star rating is doing it an injustice. It was a mind blowing experience, not ponsy food, just brilliantly crafted. Starting with the decor which would eclipse high end boutique restaurants in L.A. or Paris. The staff were happy, welcoming, professional, and thoughtful. The food, was amazing. Cooked to perfection, it was a perfect evening. If you want to leave a restaurant with your tummy and taste-buds pining to come back for more. This is the place you need to come for an outstanding experience.

29/09/2025: Unfortunately, we only stayed for a short time, just a weekend to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, but we immediately felt we were in the right place. An elegant place, meticulously cared for, where every corner exudes harmony and beauty. Impeccable cleanliness, the kindness of the staff, and the tranquility of the location gave us days of true relaxation, just what we needed. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. An experience we will cherish with our fondest memories.

02/09/2025: I stayed with my family from August 20th to 27th. A simply wonderful, fantastic location, super quiet and well-maintained in every aspect. Absolutely excellent location for nearby Otranto and the nearby beaches of Salento. Giusy and Giuseppe, like all the staff, are exceptional people, always present and available. They make you feel at ease from the first moment. It's hard to find a flaw. The pool is superb, the rooms are spacious and always clean... breakfast, well, what can I say? Their products are top-quality. Wonderful holiday. We will return, but in a few days. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

03/10/2025: We contacted the pastry shop for our wedding. The cake was excellent, and all our guests loved it, as they were amazed that it was gluten- and lactose-free. The ice cream (coconut and mango) was also excellent, and not only tasted great, it was a perfect ending to the meal. The spectacular cake was also stunning, and everyone was amazed. Highly recommended for anyone with dietary restrictions, and more.

06/09/2025: Excellent gluten-free products, both sweet and savory (bread and focaccia), at more than fair prices for the quality! Highly recommended if you're in the area and looking for fresh gluten-free products.

28/05/2025: Eravamo un gruppo di amici e abbiamo chiesto degli amari che purtroppo però ci hanno portato con delle quantità ridottissime; ho chiesto alla cameriera se potesse far riempire un po’ di più il mio bicchiere visto che era davvero invisibile, ritorna con il bicchiere più pieno e mi risponde con molto imbarazzo: mi hanno detto però che lo pagherà doppio! Mi vergogno per loro sinceramente, nn è mica la prima volta che chiedo un amaro in un locale e conosco le quantità, per me nn erano certo le 5 euro in più il problema, ma questo gesto oltre a dimostrare forte taccagneria, prova anche che i gestori nn hanno il piacere di far stare bene i propri clienti, ma li considerano solo un numero. Poca professionalità

I wandered around the various restaurants in Lecce and the surrounding province, looking for the right one, but nothing, the right soft puff pastry and the right filling. Finally, I tasted the traditional Lecce pasticciotto and fruttone; well done.

11/10/2025: This was an odd experience. Most importantly, the food is delicious, wonderful in fact. Exactly what I wanted - a taste of Lecce. We started with the fiori di zucca fritti and a sample of olive oil toasts. I had the Sagne Nnannulate with the tomato sauce with horse meat, lovely balance of richness and savory tomato flavor. My wife enjoyed the Ciceri e tria pasta, also wonderful. We paired it with a nice rose wine. Where I felt bothered was how we were treated. This is my 10th trip to Italy, so I know the customs and embrace them fully. I am not fluent but speak Italian decently for a tourist. We were dressed as well as anyone who showed up. We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened at 8pm. There was a large tour group eating inside. However we were told we could only eat outside. OK, I understand it's Saturday night maybe there were many reservations so we took seats outside. But it was evident that we were not welcome for whatever reason. We could tell from the conversations as people rang the bell to enter, half of the people who arrived afterwards didn't have reservations. I speak well enough to understand the language of the restaurant. YET NO ONE ELSE WAS MADE TO SIT OUTSIDE. Each time the door opened, we hear people inside enjoying themselves and we were alone outside. While food service was OK, in my many visits to Italy this was the first time I was made to feel like a stranger. Made more apparent every time the front door closed. To reiterate, the food is wonderful. The inside atmosphere and decor, from what we could see through the windows like beggars, is charming. We just didn't feel welcome. We skipped dessert downed a coffee, paid and left. We felt welcome in Bari for 3 nights but Lecce was not welcoming this night. Dumb luck I guess.
