Disorganizzazione totale, ritardo assurdo manco per entrare alla casa reale si aspetta così. Gentaglia nel vero senso della parola e poco umile. Nello stesso tempo sono anche tirchi nel mettere gli ingredienti....per non parlare del fatto che la pizza costa anche di più da loro. Che brutta anzi bruttissima esperienza

02/08/2024: Nothing to say about the service. The girls are very kind and friendly. The location well in the center of old Bari, top. But the food leaves a lot to be desired. I would go back just for the beers. Furthermore, I consider the cover charge a theft, even if only 1 euro each; It's never been seen that for just two beers, they ask you for a cover charge, shameful.

15/08/2024: Il nome già lo dice… location molto bella a ridosso del centro storico di Alberobello, che si trova letteralmente a due passi. Locale molto accogliente, personale educato e disponibile, bagno pulitissimo nonostante fossimo praticamente a fine servizio… Abbiamo optato per i primi, che dire… quando si punta sulla semplicità degli ingredienti non ci sono margini per “barare”… o viene fuori la qualità o si rimane delusi… Ed in questo caso la qualità viene decisamente fuori, anche un piatto di orecchiette al sugo di pomodoro diventa un’esperienza da provare. Promosso a pieni voti.

12/08/2024: About 20 minutes passed after we sat down and they started serving us. I had to wait 40+ minutes for a carbonara, plus my partner's was brought out 10 minutes earlier, so the dishes didn't arrive at the same time either. Carbonara is the size of a palm, so you can't live well with it. The service was not very good for us either.

16/08/2024: Nothing to say about the place which is nice and in a strategic position. Decent food: I don't know ice cream but I stopped for dinner a couple of times. Good pizza, decent salad... Too bad the bowl was so small that it couldn't be mixed. However, what I don't understand and what left me dissatisfied are the rather high prices for everything, including the three euro cover charge which really has no reason to exist. Reasons enough not to return. Sin!

16/08/2024: And shameful last night I went to get a half liter bottle of water to take away, I paid 1.50 not even in Venice I paid 1.5 for a simple bottle.

24/06/2024: I search on Google for "Altamura gluten-free breakfast", the first result is Pasticceria Favole di Zucchero with "Speciality: GLUTEN FREE" written underneath. I go in and ask if they do gluten free and they tell me everything is contaminated, SO *NOTHING* is gluten free.

24/02/2024: An improvised pastry shop as a gourmet restaurant! they don't know their pastry shop but it's better that they continue to only make breakfasts. Disproportionate price, absolutely not recommended for any lunch and/or dinner.

27/07/2024: Everything is good: the pizza, the focaccia, the pinch, the chips, the medallions, etc. Fair prices perhaps to improve waiting times, kind and friendly staff!
