31/08/2025: Terrible, absolutely avoid. I think if they stopped cooking and only served frozen dishes, they'd improve the quality. They're also sneaky with tourists; they listed six covers on the bill when there were only five of us. Well, the guy did it on purpose. I feel sorry for the young waiter who served us, who was kind and polite, but a little distracted.

16/09/2025: Beautiful location, friendly service. The house wine is nothing special. But the setting and atmosphere are great.

18/10/2025: I absolutely recommend Kuma Hawaiian Poke & Sushi Burrito. Excellent quality and very friendly and helpful staff. I was also pleasantly surprised by the attention paid to gluten contamination, ensuring safety and quality for a celiac sufferer. Highly recommended.

23/09/2025: I placed an order on Just Eat and needless to say we threw everything away because I found a hair as a special garnish in one of the pokes.

15/09/2025: 0 stars. We arrived at 9:00 PM with a reservation. After an hour, no one came to our table to take our order, despite several reminders. Other tables arrived after us. An hour and a quarter later, after an exchange inside the restaurant with a rude and surly waitress, we got up and left. This is not the kind of behavior you should have toward customers.

01/10/2025: After waiting more than 30 minutes, the McDonald's was practically empty. When my order hadn't arrived, I went to ask for information. I was arrogantly told that my order had already been delivered. After a long argument, the employee, looking very annoyed, said, "Oh well, I'll reorder now," as if he were doing me a favor, essentially accusing me of wanting to receive the same order twice. I told them to go check the cameras, but they told me they couldn't, and he continued to insist that they had done so and delivered it, and then ignored me and walked away. I recommend reviewing the employees' professionalism, because I was practically accused of trying to rip them off. Such behavior is unacceptable, especially since I addressed them politely. I felt offended. Table 79 9:12 PM

02/11/2025: It's a shame I only discovered this place today. I'll definitely be back. Excellent food and a well-stocked wine cellar. The staff is helpful and very kind.

24/10/2025: Bad experience! We sat down at 9:45 PM. The waiter's orders meant we could only order a pizza, and the food was quickly cooked. The evening ended with two waiters standing at the table waiting for us to finish our food. Record time: 10 minutes to eat a pizza, with the bill already on the table before we even asked for it! THE RESTAURANT CLOSING TIME IS 12:00 AM. P.S. The staff has a habit of slamming plates on the table.

12/09/2025: We went to Revé café by chance for breakfast and were delighted. We ordered hot chocolates, the waitress asked us if we wanted whipped cream as well. We had homemade Viennese chocolates (not even sure if there was milk). It was delicious. Large selection of tea bags, also good. Various pastries, also very good. To top it all off, a smiling waitress and owner, who were patient and took the time to understand us, which was very nice. I recommend this café if you are in the area. Molte grazie

17/07/2025: In all my years of life, I've never had a macchiato like this. It's incredibly delicious for a simple coffee, and despite the hour (10:00 a.m.), a hot chocolate braid is truly something almost impossible to find anywhere else at this hour. The barista, not the owner, but the girl who works there are so friendly and kind that you just can't help but return. I would have given a thousand stars, but alas, that's the limit... a bar that cheers you up if you're having a bad day 😍😍, and the donuts are delicious. And I'm a very flawed person, and luckily I managed to find paradise. I truly can't do without them anymore.

02/09/2025: I've always been a Degustibus customer and have always been satisfied, especially with their focus on gluten-free and lactose-free options. Unfortunately, I can't say the same this time. I ordered two pizzas for delivery (gluten-free and lactose-free) and the bill was quite high: €28 in total, a price that's reasonable given the quality of the product. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived hard, dry, and with little toppings. I would have expected a softer crust and a more generous topping, especially considering the price. I understand that bad nights can happen, but from a pizzeria I've always appreciated, I expected the same quality. I hope it was just an isolated incident, because up until now, I've always had a good experience.

21/10/2025: The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and thankfully so!!! The hotel is so sad... Everything is cold and dark. Is it because it's autumn? The rooms have minimal amenities for a 4-star hotel. Not even a kettle to make tea, which you'll have to ask for at the bar and pay for. Yes, it really is a bar, this empty and dark place; you just have to ask at reception, who will then come and serve you. Let's talk a little about the soundproofing; no need to strain your ears, you'll be able to participate in the conversations in the adjoining rooms as if you were there. You'd think the walls were made of cardboard... Breakfast is a disaster, there's nothing... ask for bread, and you'll have to wait 10 minutes, the same goes for the croissants, which are displayed in groups of three, not one more for the entire room. There are lots of cakes, stale, since they're brought out every day until they run out. On the positive side, the restaurant is very good and excellent value for money. The bedding is also very good and everything is clean. Very few positive elements for this hotel which is hardly worth more than 2 stars. Thank you to all the staff for their welcome, smiles and kindness. They all deserve credit for working in such a sad place. Luckily there are a few cats outside who brighten up this place...

15/10/2025: Friendly and helpful staff. Just steps from the caves but far from the center. We were able to enjoy the spa area exclusively; it was small but perfect for relaxing. The rooms could use a makeover. Overall, we had a great weekend.

20/10/2025: Excellent restaurant, except for the lady taking orders, who should reduce the level of nervousness in front of customers. I recommend making a reservation and enjoying the excellent coffee, which earned you a good rating. Be careful with the coffee.

06/09/2025: Il buco quadrato? A guaranteed pizzeria in Bitonto, with a comfortable atmosphere, always helpful staff, and high-quality food. If you haven't been there, you probably don't know anything about pizzerias.

17/09/2025: This was our first time at this steakhouse, even though we live just steps away. The place is very nice, with a varied menu, but I would have preferred grilled vegetables to accompany the meat. We ordered two steaks, which were a bit small in portion and lacked any side dishes. Just arugula and parmesan. Microwaved until rare, as requested. The meat was good, but quite fatty and sinewy. We were half satisfied, but probably worth a second chance.

08/08/2025: An elegant and refined restaurant, with soft music creating a pleasant atmosphere. Not your typical grill restaurant: here you'll find premium and unique meats, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. Attentive service and a refined atmosphere complete an excellent experience.

20/07/2025: The food was good, but the service wasn't. The wine and water were brought to the table long before the main course, and the rest of the drinks arrived after the appetizers, after several requests. Since not everyone drinks wine, the guests settled for water. A real shame, because the location and food were excellent.

21/04/2025: Regular customers but today Easter Monday slow and somewhat grumpy service. Then the inconvenience of a broken chair that made my husband fall. I asked for foil and they brought me a dirty basin, something out of this world.
