13/11/2025: On our first day in Valenzano, it was recommended to us by the owners of the B&B where we stayed... excellent pizza.

07/11/2025: I ordered a gluten-free pizza for takeout after seeing your website and social media; the dough looked like a dream. It's a shame that, once I opened the box at home, the result was far from what I'd seen online. I understand that making a good gluten-free pizza isn't easy, and I appreciate the opportunity to enjoy it with my family—of course. However, it would definitely be more appropriate to show photos that reflect the actual product, so at least the customer knows what to expect and doesn't go from excitement to disappointment in two seconds.

12/10/2025: Forgettable! Arrogant and presumptuous. Staff refuse to give you a seat, even though there are five tables available! This is really unnecessary!

09/09/2025: Excellent Italian coffee and delicious homemade brioches, all freshly prepared. It was located right outside the Bari hostel we stayed at in early September 2025. Prices were average.

30/08/2025: A truly disappointing experience. I've never been charged for table service for children, even for one who didn't consume anything. I find a €1 per person service charge unacceptable, especially for the little ones. The pastry shop isn't up to par: there are much better suppliers in Bari with whom we could collaborate. The organization also leaves much to be desired: there were endless waits at the register despite several people behind the counter, all focused solely on making coffee or serving the tables outside. The same problem arose at the table, with long waits and little attention to the customer. The staff needs to be reassessed, because overall the service is absolutely not up to par with the location and the name of the place. A real shame.

07/11/2025: Il Biancospino is a true gem in the heart of Altamura. It's more than just a restaurant; it's an experience that celebrates elegance, creativity, and, of course, the excellence of the ingredients, especially the seafood. The service is impeccable, attentive yet discreet, and contributes to a pleasant experience. The cuisine is top-notch. The chef demonstrates creativity and respect for the freshness of the ingredients. I recommend the raw seafood, a must-try for seafood lovers.

16/08/2025: My partner and I had lunch yesterday at Biancospino, the best seafood restaurant in Altamura in our opinion. Despite it being a busy holiday, the owner took the time to welcome us during lunch and ensure everything was up to expectations. We had a seafood appetizer (excellent), an excellent first course, a glass of rosé, and a good dessert. Everything was excellent, with prices in line with the market. We'll be back soon! Thank you so much, also for the discount on the bill, which is rare these days.

29/07/2025: We visited this pizzeria a few nights ago, unfortunately with very disappointing expectations. The place could use some more attention: the atmosphere wasn't particularly clean, and there was an unpleasant odor that made the wait unpleasant. The service took very long, and even more unfortunate was that they forgot one of the pizzas we ordered, which arrived only after we reported the mix-up. The pizzas were very small, and unfortunately, the quality of the ingredients was extremely poor—so much so that it left a bitter taste in our mouths, in every sense of the word. It's unfortunate to have to say this, but in this regard, the quality was truly disappointing. The only positive aspect of the evening was the staff, who were courteous and helpful, but unfortunately, that wasn't enough to make up for the rest. I hope they can take these comments as a starting point for improvement, because at this time, I wouldn't recommend this pizzeria.

23/11/2025: This disgusting pizzeria only cares about money. It was supposed to bring us the pizzas at 11pm, but at 11:30pm they still hadn't arrived. We decided to call and found out that they had the wrong number and therefore no one was answering their calls. If we had wanted the pizzas, they would have had to remake them and we would have had to pay more. Shame on you! We found ourselves having to think of another type of dinner for the whole family at 11:30pm.

22/08/2025: I recently visited the butcher's shop and rotisserie in Acquaviva and I must say the quality of the meat is excellent: tender, flavorful, and perfectly selected. The variety is excellent, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The service is friendly and very welcoming; in particular, the restaurant owner's daughter stands out for her courtesy and professionalism, making the experience pleasant and personal.

25/08/2025: Excellent products, but the service leaves much to be desired, especially from the bartender: if he doesn't like you, he won't even look you in the eye, and you can wait until the next day to be served. Never again.

18/07/2025: A pastry shop in the centre of Noicattaro where you can enjoy good ice cream as well as pastries and coffee, more than good service, the atmosphere is nice, shame about the few tables to sit at, I recommend it to everyone

26/10/2025: L'Argenteria is a new concept store dedicated to food and beverage services. We're told the place gets its curious name from its historic purpose: for decades, these spaces have hosted the sale of all sorts of silver accessories. We're located right in the center of Bari, on a charming, traffic-free street filled with all sorts of small eateries, and we're experiencing a unique atmosphere. We chose the easiest, but also the least economical, way to get there—using the parking garage just steps away. Otherwise, finding a parking spot would have been a daunting task. The design is modern and captivating, the atmosphere welcoming; I'd describe it as minimal chic with original industrial touches. There are indoor and outdoor tables, as well as a well-stocked café and American bar. The kitchen is open to the public, and we noticed the place was tidy and clean, as well as a busy crowd. We had a great dinner, finishing with an excellent gin and tonic, which won out over an attractive dessert. I confess, the choice was a tough one. Throughout the evening, music and entertainment were well-integrated into the atmosphere. The bill? Not cheap, but fair value. They told us the place was open from morning until late, and as we left, there were still people celebrating. What can I say? Argento Vivo with 360° service.

23/10/2025: I've dined at this restaurant several times (dinners, aperitifs, and private parties). Besides the beautiful location, with meticulous attention to detail, I've been impressed by the quality of the food (always top-notch) and the staff's meticulous attention to customer service. I highly recommend it!
