Following an order error, the dishes were served in an extremely disorganized manner, with intervals of approximately 10 minutes between courses, and one of the dishes ordered never arrived. Despite repeated reminders, the situation was not resolved, to the point that we were forced to leave the restaurant without one of the diners having eaten. Particularly unpleasant was the attitude encountered at checkout: instead of receiving an apology for the poor service, we were accused of having lacked patience. A real shame, because the restaurant would have potential with more attentive and professional management.

I enjoyed a draft beer in a mug for lunch. It seems undecided about a high-impact canteen-style diner, but it has all the makings of a good-quality restaurant. I think for those who, like us, are passing through to visit the beautiful castle museum, this is an ideal place for an excellent value lunch.
