27/12/2025: The staff does not understand english. At all. The food was good but not amazing. No broth refill but the ingredients were good. They give you only one tablet to order which can be a problem if you are multiple people.

I lived in China for 5 years. I know the flavors and the service too. It's nice that they have private rooms and even the option of hotpot!

We've celebrated many events at Platinum and always had a great time.

07/01/2026: Quality food, but if it were cooked better, perhaps it would be fine. The meat was served inedible due to overcooking... For the rest, not bad. Not to mention that I was served a gluten-free first course due to my shellfish allergy....

07/01/2026: Pizzeria 5 Stagioni is the best pizzeria in Bitetto. They make plain, stuffed, or special panzerotti. Porchetta medallions are €4.50, buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto are €5, and stuffed are €5. Giant Margherita pizzas are €10, and mixed pizzas are €15. The prices of other pizzas are mid-range. There's a pizza menu with a Margherita and a 33ml Coke for €7. They offer lactose-free and whole-grain pizzas for an additional €1.50. They offer takeout and delivery. The atmosphere is very welcoming. They have a summer terrace.

19/02/2026: Seven of us came here tonight to try something new. We weren't sure if we'd like Chinese cuisine, but we were actually quite surprised.
A very traditional restaurant, with a lovely atmosphere that immerses you in Chinese culture, and above all, it's clean and tidy. There's a wide variety of dishes to choose from, the quality/price ratio is truly excellent, and we all enjoyed them.
The dishes are plentiful, very good, and flavorful.
The staff is very welcoming, and the wait for our food is very short.
We'll gladly return!

Superb bombette.
From the cooking to the flavor, everything was delicious.
The wine recommended by the staff was truly excellent.
Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat quality meat at fair prices in a truly relaxing atmosphere.
28/08/2025: We ate outside since it was summer. The meat was very good and well cooked! (We had classic, spicy, and smoked bombette, sausage, baked potatoes, and marri.)
The prices were a little high, but for a tourist destination, they're fair.

Reservations are essential because it's very popular, and you need to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Service is fast. They also have outdoor seating during the summer. Overall, everything is good. I highly recommend trying it.

16/10/2025: Unbeatable location, in Piazza Giuseppe Garibaldi, right next to the Marchesale Arch, the gateway to the historic center and the viewpoints overlooking the Adriatic Sea.
The service was unbeatable, fast and helpful.
We had a spritz, an Aperol, and a cheese board with prosciutto and salami, accompanied by arugula leaves and dressed with honey.

18/10/2025: -Excessive wait for a table previously reserved by the customer;
-Poor staff organization (waiters and cashier);
-Excessive wait times both to place an order and for the order to arrive, considering that we waited 1.5 hours for just 2 Margherita pizzas (without having ordered appetizers first);
-Excessively high temperatures inside the dining room (stifling air);
-We find it absurd that a pizzeria is out of stock with 0.5L water, thus forcing customers to order 1L.
-Furthermore, we found the waiters' manners to be in terrible taste, particularly one who insistently commented on the delay in the pizzas' arrival without doing anything concrete to remedy the situation or apologize.
24/09/2025: The cuisine was fantastic, but what really captivated us was the service, which was very friendly and accommodating to foreigners. We were welcomed like family. We recommend it to anyone visiting the city, especially for an everyday meal. Thank you and best regards, Mr. Antonio.
