We chose to dine here because friends recommended it. It was a truly perfect choice. A lovely place with a charming outdoor garden. Friendly and welcoming staff. Fast service. Excellent food. Really good Italian-inspired sushi with high-quality ingredients. The drink list features unique cocktails. I tried the fragolino, which was truly delicious. The desserts were also unique and well worth the price. Everything was delicious! We'll definitely be back!

The restaurant is located in a restored cave. Welcoming, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated; the staff is polite and very attentive to their guests' needs. We had a fusion sushi dinner: the quality of the food and the ingredients were truly excellent. We'll definitely return.

A truly cute and chic place in the center of Gioia del Colle. The place has two dining rooms, so I recommend making a reservation. You can enjoy very special sushi prepared by them; we tried various sushi appetizers paired with wine, and to finish, we ordered pasta all'assassina. Everything was delicious, including the desserts. The service was very attentive, perhaps a little slow despite the place not being too busy, but if you're not in a hurry, it's still great. Perhaps the only thing I'd recommend to the owners of this place is to put a door in the hallway leading to the bathrooms, because when you enter the place, or even near the balcony, as soon as you go down the stairs, there's an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. With a door, the bathroom would probably be isolated from the place, which would be perfect. The price is higher than other places, but I left feeling quite full. So, it deserves five stars.
