The place is located in a stunning setting. We waited 3-4 minutes at the entrance, just long enough for a table to become available. The girl showed us to our table. After ordering, I went to the bathroom, and was disappointed to see that in such a large and crowded place, there were only two bathrooms (one for women and one for men). The wait to get into the bathroom was longer than the 8-minute wait to get into the restaurant. The girl who took the order was a little awkward, but the guy who assisted her was excellent at handling her colleague's missed order. The food arrived a few minutes later, and as always, the quality is guaranteed; everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. I paid the right price, and as always, I always add their wonderful salsa (priced at 4.50) to the bill to take home. I always recommend Old Wild West. I've been back again; needless to say, I always recommend it, from the staff to the food—everything was perfect!

Definitely a convenient stop within the outlet, even if the wait outside is noticeable. But let's look at the menu. In theory, it's varied, with options to suit almost everyone (from vegetarian to more "fit" dishes); in practice, sometimes half the menu isn't available, if not more. Definitely room for improvement, especially since it's a well-known, well-loved format that works. The location, moreover, is always very welcoming, with its wooden furnishings and distinctive character.

What can I say, we were waiting for the potatoes that came with the sandwich and the classic sticks arrived, for the rest the meat was good and so were the sandwiches overall but I saw the staff a bit hesitant when opening, which became more evident as more people arrived. The wooden tables were so sticky that I had serious doubts about their cleanliness.

The food is standard fare, but the staff serving tables and working in the kitchen are admirable for their efficiency and speed. The atmosphere is typical of all the chain's restaurants. I felt like my feet were sticking to the floor when walking; it probably needs to be washed more frequently.
