31/07/2025: In una location in cui convivono la tipica architettura della zona e elementi moderni, si trovano piatti raffinati e dalla giusta qualità-prezzo sapientemente abbinati a del buon vino. Menzione speciale per lo staff e il maitre con cui risulta naturale fare conversazione e contribuiscono attivamente a creare un clima di giusta leggerezza e convivialità.

30/07/2025: Run away! ⛔️ We arrived at 12:00 and were the first to arrive. We looked at the menu in front of the restaurant entrance and most of the dishes were around 15 euros. The daily special we were interested in, which we ordered later, didn't have a price on the blackboard. We ate very well and had a great time. We were unpleasantly surprised when we got the bill to see that our tagliatelle with prawns was charged 25 euros per person, which is 10 euros more than most of the dishes on the menu. So we paid almost 70 euros for two pasta dishes, an appetizer, a bottle of water, and service, which is charged in Italy. When we left, we noticed that the blackboard with the daily special had been removed...? In our French jargon, we call that being taken advantage of. If you go, be sure to ask for the price of each dish if it's not listed. In short, the food was very good, but we found it expensive for prawn pasta. We felt like we'd been ripped off, hence the reduced star rating.

07/09/2025: Ordered two McCrunchy sandwiches without lettuce or tomato at 1:40 PM on the drive-thru. When I got home, both sandwiches had the ingredients and the cutlet was black and tough. Drive-thru service is getting worse, I hope they do something.

03/09/2025: Ample parking, ideal for children's birthday parties, even for two at a time. Don't ask about the cleanliness? Thanks to the staff, the company patiently and quietly keeps the place spotless, despite the uncivilized patrons.

21/04/2025: Unforgettable Easter Monday in Mani Arse! Festive atmosphere, very kind staff and a delicious special menu with carefully prepared dishes. Excellent quality of ingredients and impeccable service despite the busy day. Highly recommended!

21/04/2025: Regular customers but today Easter Monday slow and somewhat grumpy service. Then the inconvenience of a broken chair that made my husband fall. I asked for foil and they brought me a dirty basin, something out of this world.

20/08/2025: Quality products and very friendly and qualified staff. Average prices (€3 per person).

15/08/2025: Nice place, but honestly, they don't have a large menu for pregnant women. We paid €48.50 for a glass of wine, a water, a plate of pappardelle with ragù, a porchetta we shared, and a piadina, which is better than the one at home! If you go to Super Pizza, even if it's mouthwatering, you get the same food, except the porchetta is better. You pay €30-€35, including cover charge. Yesterday, using the excuse of being tourists, they charged you the highest price! I don't think I'll go back. I felt out of place! Even if you have to order the €15 platter, you can't split it with someone else, why do you have to order it too?! 🤦🏻‍♀️ Other places don't have this policy!

21/08/2025: I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and while searching online, I came across some negative reviews that really surprised me. Personally, I've never found a place with more polite and helpful staff. I have several food allergies and am often overlooked or left without options in restaurants, but here I'm always treated with care and attention. The food is high-quality, always fresh, and constantly evolving. I highly recommend this place: for me, it's the best, beyond compare!

22/01/2025: È il sesto ordine on line dal 2023. Ottimi prodotti, consegne sempre puntuali. Il pane di Altamura con le dovute accortezze si conserva molto bene. Molto soddisfatto.

24/05/2025: Embarrassing disorganization. I ordered two pizzas for 9:30 pm, but I left almost an hour later and only after calling them back. No apology, no explanation. A simply shameful treatment. Also, the pizza was mediocre.

06/04/2025: We went to get takeaway food on 2 evenings. Their fried foods are truly excellent. The only flaw is that we had asked for potato croquettes and they gave us chicken ones. Absolutely honest prices. Highly recommended for fried foods, especially the chips and mozzarella.

27/07/2025: I'm sorry, but paying 3 euros for half a kilo of Senatore Cappelli bread is already a lot... but if the next day it was inedible because it was so hard... IT'S A REAL THEFT!

27/08/2025: Lots of "buts." Questionable flavors, sometimes bland. Very welcoming atmosphere. Not an excellent value.

23/08/2025: Excellent hospitality, a menu that is also an experiment with entirely plant-based dishes. I would recommend complementing the dishes with a few additional ingredients to balance and enrich the flavors, textures, and presentation. I'm especially referring to the beetroot carpaccio and potato millefeuille. The chef was extremely kind and made sure to accommodate our every request. The location is beautiful.

20/08/2025: After waiting in vain for half an hour (30 minutes) for a coffee, a cappuccino, and two croissants, the waitress came to take our orders again. We pointed out that the service was slow, but she explained that she was alone. A typical story of terrible service. Except that the waitress overreacted: she said we should have eaten at the counter and not sat down. And then she left. Avoid this bar. If you get served, you'll have to wait until lunchtime for breakfast.

10/08/2025: We celebrated a graduation. A beautiful location, lit with atmospheric lights. Excellent food; behind every dish, you could see the dedication and pursuit of balance. Highly recommended.
