L’esperienza fatta è unica, con gli amici torniamo appena possiamo, il titolare è molto accogliente e simpatico, la cucina è tradizionale e casalinga, gli ingredienti usati sono tutti eccellenti.

Spesso è raro trovare una persona che valorizza la propria terra con prodotti fatti dallo stesso.
Kebab ottimo, salse di produzione propria e gentilezza. Una perla nel pugliese.

💸Kebab piadina e panino leggermente piccolo per il prezzo di 5 euro. Piada molto piccola.
🌯Il kebab in se non è molto saporito ma almeno viene cotta bene sia la carne che la piada. La cosa veramente buona sono gli ingredienti freschi da inserire nel panino e nella piadina.
👨🍳Per quanto riguarda il titolare sembrava leggermente scontroso e scocciato appena siamo entrati, non so perché.
Punto a suo favore la cura e la pulizia nel suo locale. Se ci si trova davanti consiglio di farci un salto ma non di andarci a posta.

Mamma Lì Turchi gives you a good vibe right from the moment you step inside. The cozy atmosphere, with its tasteful furniture and captivating pictures adorning the walls, sets the mood perfectly.
However, I can't say the same for both the service and food. The owner often appears less than thrilled, sometimes coming across as somewhat rude. Hygiene practices left something to be desired; I noticed the owner wearing black gloves for various tasks, from cooking and serving to handling money. Even when taking breaks outside to smoke, he'd return with the same gloves used for food preparation and transactions.
A noteworthy observation was the single plate he utilized to prepare all the piadinas, which was cleaned with a sponge and then placed near the stove. This process repeated itself throughout the shift.
If the owner could address these small issues, I'm confident that Mamma Lì Turchi could significantly enhance its value and attract more customers.
