17/08/2025: Service was rated 1 only because 0 isn't an option. We were completely left to our own devices, and the only waitress was rude and surly. It's a shame because it's a good pizzeria, but very disorganized. I'd like to see the service improve. For now, they've lost me as a customer!

03/08/2025: Terrible pizzeria, disgusting service to say the least. They offered a type of menu but when we arrived we were served hungry. We practically ate nothing. If we hadn't asked for the ham and mozzarella included in the menu, they would have only brought us pizza and some rubbish like olives and sgagliozze. It was shameful to charge a child for a whole menu of 20 euros who only ate a pizza. And after we paid 300 euros, in addition to having brought a 14 kilo watermelon, they only served us 4 plates with 4 slices and that's it. We were 15 people. They stole at least 10 kilos of watermelon. They are disgusting thieves and I hope they close down as soon as possible.

05/09/2025: For my birthday, I ordered a tray of horseshoes, canestrelli biscuits, pistachio cookies, and lemon jam. The lemon cookies were especially popular with all my colleagues, and several people asked me the name of the bakery. The staff was incredibly kind. I'll definitely be back to celebrate other occasions!

07/06/2025: They deserve an extra star for everything. The cake is the highlight of every party. And when everyone, absolutely everyone, asks you "who made the cake?" it means that the cake is really good. A perfect balance between the ingredients, the most pleasant of transgressions, the most lovable of temptations. They are true pastry artists. As well as friendly, polite, reliable. The price is up to an experience that will never be the same elsewhere. Pasticceria Lella immediately becomes an essential tradition, the sweetest of traditions. Simply perfect

09/09/2025: I go to a restaurant or a typical Apulian eatery in the historic center of Monopoli to eat, and I expect to eat something decent. Then, if it's called "drizzle of olive oil"... Supermarket food reheated and dumped on a plate, that's all they know how to do. Then they get annoyed when you tell them the quality of typical Apulian cuisine is poor, probably because you're the ones who don't have a shred of decency in presenting those dishes.

07/09/2025: Amazing and super cute atmosphere. Staff suuuuper attentive and friendly. My Girlfriend didn’t like her meat and could change her dish without any discussion - the waiters even apologised that it was not as good. Mine and her other dish (tuna steak) was both amazing. 100% recommended

19/06/2025: The room is beautiful but I can't review it.. I went there to celebrate my last year of elementary school and we were "served" by an external management that offers fixed menus of pizza and rotisserie. A 25 euro menu, served IN THE MIDDLE... in the center, here and there... Every now and then, they remembered to bring us something.. Terrible service and food.. Mixed fried food, cold and soft. Practically inedible!! As for the pizzas, let's not even talk about them.. Very few for how many of us there were. Really seasoned RANDOMLY!!! Poorly cooked, almost raw. Wide and white edge. Poor dough. It looked like a piadina with a high edge. So unpleasant that many were left on the tables. The drinks, if you didn't ask for them, didn't arrive!!! And, when they did arrive, they were even hot!! What can I say. NEGATIVE review. Not for the room, beautiful, but for the external service with a "truck"...

31/08/2025: I had dinner at this farmhouse while staying at Masseria Ciavatta. The appetizers were authentic and plentiful, paired with good wine. The main course was delicious; I especially enjoyed the bombette. 😋

30/07/2025: Location molto carina, nel cuore di un paesino che sicuramente merita una visita. Personale davvero gentile e disponibile, anche molto simpatico! Piatti ben eseguiti e che rispecchiano ricette tradizionali, non è il classico ristorante turistico! Piatti abbondanti e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Nient’altro da aggiungere, fateci un salto se volete passare una bella serata e mangiare bene!

20/07/2025: Orribile! Personale incompetente, Cibo di scarsissima qualità con prezzi da stellato. Titolare che inveisce nei confronti dei dipendenti, urlando. Locale sconsigliatissimo, purtroppo non è possibile dare 0 stelle….o stalle.

24/07/2025: The food was very tasty, I highly recommend it. However, the service left much to be desired. Initially, one waitress, speaking Italian, wouldn't let us sit down when we asked in English, and suddenly another one appeared and gestured for us to sit down. 🤷🏼‍♂️ None of the waitresses could speak a word of English, and their comprehension was also 2/10. Furthermore, they were rude, looking and acting like they were there as a punishment, and treating the customers as inferior.

17/07/2025: In all my years of life, I've never had a macchiato like this. It's incredibly delicious for a simple coffee, and despite the hour (10:00 a.m.), a hot chocolate braid is truly something almost impossible to find anywhere else at this hour. The barista, not the owner, but the girl who works there are so friendly and kind that you just can't help but return. I would have given a thousand stars, but alas, that's the limit... a bar that cheers you up if you're having a bad day 😍😍, and the donuts are delicious. And I'm a very flawed person, and luckily I managed to find paradise. I truly can't do without them anymore.
