23/07/2026: The owner was friendly, the food was good, but unfortunately we were a bit shocked by the prices, especially considering the very small portions. Even the water, supposedly filtered but with an unpleasant taste, cost €3 a bottle... I find this absurd for a bottled water with no information on the bottle. We felt like we were eating too little and spending way too much for a lunch in a completely non-touristy location, to boot. Luckily, we weren't that hungry. The waiter was very friendly, but I recommend lowering your prices and simultaneously improving your social media channels to attract more customers (before going, we couldn't find an updated menu online, which is detrimental for a business of this type).

28/06/2026: We just happen to find this place when we are driving around looking for a restaurant and the seafood was fabulous. The ambience great we really really enjoyed it family of four.

16/09/2025: Zero help from airport staff. They don't care about anyone. If you want to get out, you wait 30 minutes for someone to respond. After 30 minutes, they refer you to another person and laugh. I spoke Italian, English, and Polish. I have the impression they don't understand any of these languages. I don't know, maybe they're from Senegal, because there are quite a few of them here in Bari. It's truly awful. Be prepared that if your flight is delayed, you'll still have to wait an hour to get out. I don't recommend this airport. It's truly awful, and you need to know at least five languages ​​to communicate. Best regards, I don't recommend it.

03/07/2026: I've been frequenting Queens Bistrot for a couple of months now, and I can say without a doubt that it has become one of my go-to places in Molfetta. In that time, I've tried practically everything: coffee, breakfast, pastries, pizza, and the restaurant. A huge added bonus is that much of the food is homemade, from the pastries to the new artisanal brioches, which are truly exceptional. It's a choice few people make these days, and you can taste it immediately with the first bite. But what makes this place special isn't just the quality of the food: it's the atmosphere. The staff is always smiling, helpful, and professional. Sincere compliments to the entire team and the owners. Keep up the good work, because places that truly focus on quality deserve to be rewarded. If you're looking for a place to eat well, drink excellent coffee, and feel right at home, Queens Bistrot is a must. Five stars is the minimum. Bravo!

11/08/2026: If you want a panzarotto, this is the place to go. Highly recommended. Every year when I come down from Turin, it's a must-stop, both for breakfast and dinner.

08/07/2026: Looking for classic fried panzerotti, we asked for an opinion online and it brought us to this place, we were not too convinced, but after we changed our minds, the panzerotti were delicious, we sat down and we did not pay the cover charge, after ordering they served us at the table, nice cold drinks, kindness and courtesy, we did not pay much, I did not give 5 stars to the environment because the place is on a very busy road, a bit dangerous for those with small children... For everything else I recommend and I will definitely be back

25/06/2026: The pizza is good, thin, and well-cooked. The recently renovated space is well-maintained, but the acoustics are terrible. The echo makes any conversation impossible. But the real downside is the service. Rushed and rushed, always breathing down your neck, it doesn't make you feel comfortable. I fully understand the need to move tables, but we ate pizza, fruit, and dessert in exactly 25 minutes, and were handed the (rather hefty) bill before we even asked for it. And this despite the fact that there were several empty tables and no one waiting. They couldn't wait to get rid of us.

25/06/2026: The pizzas are undeniably excellent. But that's the only excellent thing about this place, because unfortunately the owner and his loyal staff are literally obsessed with reusing the table as much as possible. We arrived at 8:00 PM and were already out by 8:45 PM. During those 45 minutes, the owner and his co. stopped by every 3-4 minutes to ask if we wanted to order anything else. They put a sense of pressure and anxiety on us that was completely unwarranted. In 20 milliseconds, we ordered and received fruit and dessert (cassata without asking for the flavor). Of course, the bill arrived together. It was a matter of "pay and leave." A total of 45 minutes had passed, and we weren't being bothersome in any way. If you're in a real hurry, this is the place... like a company cafeteria! Tables were stacked together, almost like a bunk.

09/08/2026: Spectacular pizza, but service and organization absolutely need improvement. My partner and I went to Al Castello in Gioia del Colle last night. The location is certainly evocative: eating at the foot of Gioia del Colle Castle is a unique experience and undoubtedly one of the restaurant's strong points. I'll start with something I want to emphasize, however: the pizzas are truly spectacular. Delicious. In this regard, there's nothing to complain about. In fact, it's a shame that such a good pizza is accompanied by a completely negative service experience. We waited exactly two hours for our pizzas. Two hours. A wait that, for a pizzeria, we frankly consider unacceptable. From the beginning, we noticed considerable disorganization in the management. The tables, despite being numbered, didn't seem to be managed in an orderly fashion: the waiters often wandered around trying to figure out which table to serve, creating a rather chaotic situation. We were immediately brought olives and tarallini, without even asking if we wanted water or something to drink (I had to go inside and order two beers myself). Out of five waiters, only one took our orders. We then had to wait for the menu, for the appetizers we ordered, and finally, interminably, for the pizzas. After two hours of waiting, when they finally arrived, we had completely lost the desire to stay for dinner. We asked for them to be put in boxes, took them away, and left. And this is precisely the most paradoxical aspect: the pizza is truly good, but the service and management of the place completely compromise a product that deserves a much better experience.

12/04/2026: To appreciate Artemisia, you need to know the story: the place and the project. This alone allows you to look at the place through the right lens: a revitalized location, with staff in good standing. I've been there several times, and on Easter Monday I decided to take my parents and my son: it was a peaceful day not only for the quality of the food, but also for the kindness (natural and familiar) of the staff, for the reflection of the sun on the grass and in the pool, for the story I told my dad (always interested in the fight against the Mafia and in the serious and respectful welcome of those born in places less fortunate than ours), for the conversations we managed to have between one course and the next with the young staff, always smiling despite their busy schedules. Result: an intimate, meaningful Easter Monday, certainly outside the circles of entertainment that don't belong to me. I saw my parents satisfied with their lunch (à la carte, which makes all the difference on certain holidays), serene, and proud of the places and people their daughter chooses to frequent, and this was a great gift for me. Thanks to Dan and all of you.

07/04/2026: I ate there on Easter Sunday, which, as you might imagine, isn't the best time to rate a restaurant. This one probably can't even be called one in the strictest sense of the word. I assume it's a sort of lounge bar, a pleasant place to enjoy a drink with a pool and the opportunity to spend the evening in pleasant company. The place is nice, but I didn't eat particularly well, not at all. There's no parking, period.

30/04/2026: I was delighted by the unique and unmistakable taste of the delicacies produced by my favourite bar: NUVIANI, in particular the pastiera and above all the excellent chocolate profiterole, I had been told it was delicious but I had not told it was sublime and I must compliment the owner for her kindness and helpfulness.

08/07/2026: We're on vacation in Monopoli, and Q Café is just steps from the apartment. It's a modern and welcoming place; we had two excellent breakfasts. The products were good, the service was fast, and the staff were friendly. We returned two mornings in a row because we had such a great time. There are so many breakfast options, and the croissants and sweet pancakes were delicious.

Honestly, I can't understand some of the negative reviews I've read: our experience was simply wonderful, from start to finish. We came here for dinner and were impressed not only by the location and the magnificent view, but also by the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. The waiters are all kind, helpful, friendly, polite, and very serious about their work. As for the food, everything was delicious. We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, and a bottle of wine, and we were truly satisfied with every course. A special mention goes to Patrik, who was extremely friendly and helpful, and to Alessandra, a truly talented, kind, and professional woman. It was truly a pleasant surprise! ❤️ I'm writing this review while still sitting at my table, precisely because I was so happy with the experience that I wanted to share it right away. I highly recommend this place: spectacular views, excellent food, and fantastic staff. I would definitely go back! ✨
