25/06/2026: The pizza is good, thin, and well-cooked. The recently renovated space is well-maintained, but the acoustics are terrible. The echo makes any conversation impossible. But the real downside is the service. Rushed and rushed, always breathing down your neck, it doesn't make you feel comfortable. I fully understand the need to move tables, but we ate pizza, fruit, and dessert in exactly 25 minutes, and were handed the (rather hefty) bill before we even asked for it. And this despite the fact that there were several empty tables and no one waiting. They couldn't wait to get rid of us.

25/06/2026: The pizzas are undeniably excellent. But that's the only excellent thing about this place, because unfortunately the owner and his loyal staff are literally obsessed with reusing the table as much as possible. We arrived at 8:00 PM and were already out by 8:45 PM. During those 45 minutes, the owner and his co. stopped by every 3-4 minutes to ask if we wanted to order anything else. They put a sense of pressure and anxiety on us that was completely unwarranted. In 20 milliseconds, we ordered and received fruit and dessert (cassata without asking for the flavor). Of course, the bill arrived together. It was a matter of "pay and leave." A total of 45 minutes had passed, and we weren't being bothersome in any way. If you're in a real hurry, this is the place... like a company cafeteria! Tables were stacked together, almost like a bunk.

19/04/2026: Let's leave aside the first item, the dessert tray. 10 euros is fair! But doesn't 17 euros for 6 appetizers and 2 crodini seem a bit too much? And the articles don't specify what I got. I feel scammed!

12/08/2025: I was looking for a pizzeria with few customers waiting, and here I was served immediately. I ordered two takeout pizzas (many pizzas on the menu are priced higher than average). When I got home, I discovered that one pizza wasn't the one I ordered (luckily for me, the price was correct), and the other wasn't cooked enough. The ingredients were all stacked in the center, leaving most of the pizza untopped. I don't think I'll go back.

04/04/2026: A pizzeria with plenty of seating and the option to order pizza, pasta dishes, or meat dishes. Reservations are recommended and recommended. The food is generally good, especially the thin, light pizzas. Run by Vittorio, the owner, who gives the place its name, he's friendly and welcoming. Prices are average; the only drawbacks are that you often have to wait, and better ventilation would be desirable to absorb odors.

07/03/2026: A very quiet hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean and well-maintained. Many typical Puglian sights are located nearby, such as the Sassi di Matera and the world-famous Alberobello. The food here is also excellent. I was given a tour of the kitchen, and it was exceptionally clean, which is quite rare in the restaurant industry. The staff is courteous and very friendly. So, if you value a peaceful stay with good food, this is the perfect place. I would gladly stay at Hotel Murgia again. Thank you for the wonderful time :-). See you soon!

19/06/2026: I went to the pizzeria at 12:00 PM; it was open but empty. I ordered two takeout pizzas and the owner told me I'd have to wait 15 minutes (a reasonable amount of time to prepare two pizzas). Unfortunately, the wait was 45 minutes, even though no one was there. To add insult to injury, the pizza was burnt! I don't recommend it.

There were truly no negatives: everything was organized impeccably, exceeding our every expectation. A special thanks goes to Giacomo Angelini, an extraordinary person, always available, full of ideas, and above all extremely professional. He accompanied us through every stage of the planning, always providing the best advice and helping us make our event simply perfect. A huge thank you also goes to all the staff at Palme Beach and to the restaurant manager Sergio, who was extremely helpful from the first meeting, starting with the menu selection, guiding us on the most suitable pairings, even with regard to the wines. The service was impeccable: we received countless compliments from our guests, who were impressed by the attention to detail. The staff was always present and attentive: the glasses were refilled as soon as they emptied. Even during an unexpected moment, when the wind picked up, the staff intervened immediately, finding a quick and effective solution to avoid any inconvenience, managing to cover the venue and manage everything perfectly. We chose the all-buffet option, and despite some initial hesitations, it was a complete success: no lines and perfect organization. The food was excellent, everything was incredibly fresh, including the seafood. Another detail we greatly appreciated was the impeccable cleanliness, even the bathrooms, which were always spotless throughout the day. Many of our guests described our wedding as "just like in the movies," and we believe there's no higher compliment. We're truly delighted with our choice and recommend Giacomo e le Palme Beach to anyone looking for an extraordinary wedding—elegant, original, and with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
