27/05/2025: We have been to La Biglietteria and we can only highly recommend it! Its strong points are undoubtedly the excellent food and the spectacular location right in front of the sea, which makes the experience even more special. We tasted a simply delicious seafood carbonara: an original dish, balanced and full of flavor. The cocktails were also excellent, carefully prepared and perfect to accompany the dinner with an extra touch. Attentive service, relaxed atmosphere and breathtaking view: a winning combination. We will definitely be back!

26/05/2025: It is not clear how a place that has been open for years still cannot have a decent service, it works thanks to the location and the place that is objectively beautiful. for the rest a disaster, you have to wave your arms for the staff to serve you, in a lazy way, they forget to bring the menu. the qr code is faded and unreadable, they bring dirty ashtrays... in short the usual snobbishness. it is not the first time I go but the third hoping that something will change. nothing. always the same. does it take a lot to serve a glass of white in a professional manner? evidently yes.

26/04/2025: Questo locale è situato fuori dal centro di Polignano. Abbiamo pranzato insieme a degli amici sia a base di pesce crudo che cotto:tutto eccellente dalla qualità del cibo, al servizio,all'estetica del locale. Lo consiglio vivamente!

26/04/2025: Posto molto bello e personale preparato e cortese. Pesce crudo e cotto come antipasto fantastico e profumato. Tonno alla brace buonissimo, mentre i primi erano soltanto "buoni". Il pesce è davvero buono ma, come ogni cosa, la qualità costa.

The girl at the counter was polite and kind, patient while waiting for the choice of panzerotti because they have several and it is difficult to choose which ones! They also have small "appetizers" always at a very low cost, try those too

08/06/2025: I'm from Naples, I found myself in Bari for work and in just 12 hours I came twice to eat in this place, very beautiful, welcoming, the staff attentive and polite. Really delicious food especially the parmigiana, impeccable first courses. I recommend it.

24/05/2025: Consigliati da amici ci siamo recati in questo ristorante. Il cameriere che ci ha seguiti era di una simpatia sicura, tipica di chi questo mestiere lo fa da anni. Cibo squisito, e il pesce sicuramente di buona qualità (e lo dico da amante del pesce). Nonostante mia figlia scorrazzasse per tutto il locale il personale si è mostrato sempre professionale e cortese, soprattutto le ragazze. Valutazione positiva

27/04/2025: I have ordered twice from this place via Just Eat. The first time I ordered a poke with extra mango added (for which I paid an additional €0.50), but the poke arrived without mango. As for the second time, I would be curious to know why the "salmon tartare" in my scialatielli was cooked salmon. I had also consulted the photos here on Google Maps in advance, where the pasta dish is actually faithful to the description on the menu. Little attention and little respect for the customer, too bad... Addition: Thanks for the reply, but the distance was only 5/6km (Putignano-Castellana). In any case I believe that, when you are not able to guarantee good service, it is better to be aware of it and not offer it at all (obviously I am referring exclusively to deliveries, having had problems with those and having never personally been to your restaurant). 08/06/2025: Surprise birthday party with friends. Nice complete home-made menu, with music, fast service and friendly staff. All immersed in nature (among fauna and flora) large spaces, rustic, sober and clean environment.
