26/08/2024: Very friendly and nice staff. Very good bowlers. Unfortunately the sandwich bread was really basic, cold, limp, not suitable for hamburgers, in my opinion it should have at least been warmed up. Furthermore, the sandwich was not seasoned at all, even though it said cheese and pepper sauce and yogurt sauce. There were very few chards, paid €8, too much! Many things should be reviewed. The quality-price ratio is not optimal. I wouldn't go back, honestly.

12/02/2024: The panzerotti are good, but the prices are too high. Every time you sit in the room you are filled with strong frying smells. There are clothes, coats etc. that cannot be washed frequently and easily. This is a big deficit of this business.

The waitress who served us was careful to approach the table every time the plates were empty, despite the crowded room. Highly recommended.

18/06/2024: We stayed for 4 nights in June and absolutely loved the stay. We were a little unsure when we arrived as we were the only guests at the entire place with a staff of at least 10, but once we realized it is very much a boutique hotel (only 5-6 guest suites) and met the staff we settled in and really started to enjoy ourselves (more guests would arrive over the next couple of days). The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious enough with a private garden. The grounds are stunning – surrounded by olive trees, perfectly manicured lawn and stone walls, it really gives off the “Italian Villa” vibe perfectly. The pool area is wonderful, although would've loved a little bit of music in the background as it is very quiet. The villa is 15-30 minutes from a variety of interesting sites such as Palignano a Mare, Monopoli, and Alberobello. The absolute best part of the stay though was the staff, especially Massi (breakfast) and Gaspare (dinner). Both are super welcoming and obviously love where they live and what they do, offering wonderful suggestions. The dinner experience with Gaspare was one of our favorite parts of the entire trip.

Offer of local wines, we took a valuable primitivo from Alberobello. Absolutely recommended for those who love the typical meat of this area or for those who want to try it for the first time!

04/07/2024: Non ci è stato portato il menù..e siamo stati portati a scegliere dei piatti ( quelli che voleva il cameriere , che non so se fosse anche il titolare) che ci venivano proposti in maniera tale da farci capire che non ci fosse molta possibilità di scelta..probabilmente anche noi avremmo dovuto chiedere un menu..il nostro errore è stato questo..ma abbiamo raggiunto questo posto dopo aver girato per visitare Polignano sotto il sole con una temperatura molto al di sopra dei 30 gradi..quindi eravamo piuttosto provati e perciò ci siamo fatti facilmente convincere..ma cosa per me più grave è che senza chiederci prima se qualcuno dei due fosse fabico ( io lo sono e in Sardegna viene SEMPRE chiesto trattandosi di un cibo particolare) ci è stato portato un purè che conteneva le fave..di questo ovviamente mi sono resa conto solo dopo averne mangiato un paio di forchettate. Non mi sono state fatte neanche delle scuse e la cosa è stata sminuita dicendomi di non preoccuparmi che se ne avevo mangiato poco non sarebbe successo nulla..ho avuto l’ansia di star male per il resto del pranzo. Il conto molto salato per ciò che ci è stato servito. Mi spiace ma questa è proprio la tipica attività che si approfitta dei turisti. Sconsiglio.
