17/11/2025: My experience at this restaurant was unfortunately ruined by the owner's behavior. During my visit, I witnessed behaviors that I found truly unprofessional: arrogant tones, rude attitudes, and a way of addressing the staff that made everyone, including customers, feel uncomfortable. Beyond the quality of the food, I believe the way a team is managed speaks volumes about a place, and in this case, the atmosphere was heavy and unwelcoming. It wasn't the experience I expected, and honestly, I don't plan on returning.

03/10/2025: We celebrated a family event, a table for 50 people. We opted for an aperitif under the oak tree beforehand and a dinner with the Agriturismo Formula afterward. The food was excellent and generous portions, the service impeccable, and the staff helpful and courteous. A great first experience. We'll definitely be back.

18/06/2025: The service was unparalleled. They explained the dishes to us, even with photos, recommended an excellent Puglia wine, and the food was spectacular...just let yourself go...

21/05/2025: A fantastic place to spend a wonderful evening in company and in a pleasant environment. 7 years in which this place never disappoints. With quality and local products, extraordinary attention to the dishes served and the cuts of meat. Excellent and above all fast service (even though we went on a Saturday, we were served immediately and the waiters were always available for everything) and a super kind owner. A place that never misses a beat, always frequented and that I will continue to frequent to spend a few hours of carefree and good food. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

25/10/2025: Poor service, very long wait for service and poorly served

19/10/2025: The food was delicious as well the Antipasti as the wonderful til perfection grilled Angus steak ( medium rare).The slightly sweet red house wine served with the steak was heavenly. Also the innovative dessert was super. Finally the service was excellent which made us two guests leaving the nice restaurant with a big smile upon our faces.

13/10/2025: We sat down at 9:00 PM, and the pizzas arrived at 10:40 PM. The place was overcrowded beyond belief, definitely over capacity, with tables everywhere and no room to move. Meanwhile, they were preparing tons of takeout pizzas while we waited in the dining room. One of the diners received a burnt pizza that wasn't the one we'd ordered, and my dad's pizza was missing the caciocavallo cheese and artichokes: in both cases, it seemed like an attempt to trick us. Furthermore, out of six pizzas, the sixth arrived 10 minutes after the others. I'd asked for a specific type of beer, but they brought me another one when we were almost finished dinner, which I refused, yet they tried to charge it to the bill. The waiters were inexperienced, the service slow and disorganized, the dough hard and heavy, and the atmosphere stressful. Too many people, little honesty, and no customer service. Two stars only for the courtesy of the staff in the dining room.

21/07/2025: A very welcoming and well-kept place. We had exceptional roast octopus and delicious pizzas with light crusts. Fair prices and very high quality products! We'll definitely be back. 😍

27/07/2025: Meilleure expérience culinaire des pouilles ! Du début à la fin, tout y était parfait ! Les bières servies étaient locales, fraîches et très tasty. Nous avons pris des petites friselles pour goûter en guise de starters et c’était croustillant, tout en restant très savoureux. Comme plat, nous avons pris 2 panini à partager et ils étaient réellement délicieux ! Le rapport qualité prix était excellent et le service serviable, poli et authentique. Nous recommandons fortement si vous avez envie d’un petit street food local, pas cher, avec un peu d’animation au milieu d’une des rues principales de Polignano.

18/07/2025: Le personnel est super agréable et nous avons été servis très rapidement. Les plats étaient très goûtus. De retour en France je salive encore en repensant à mon friselle au poulpe🤤

15/10/2025: The waiter brought us a coffee with normal milk when we specified soya. We are both extremely lactose intolerant. When we asked for a new coffee and sent it back they refused to remove it from the bill and said it wasn’t their fault. Terrible service.

14/10/2025: No toilet seat or toilet paper in the ladies or gents toilets. No toilet seat unfortunately seems standard in most of restaurants in Puglia

20/11/2025: I lived in Italy for a year and was really looking forward to returning to this place. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. The woman who took our order was very rude; she wouldn't let us pay by card even though other customers were paying by card, and she also insisted we order XXL panzeroti because she said the small ones weren't available, even though the customers behind us (Italians) ordered them and didn't complain at all. It's a shame that such authentic places are lost because of bad service.

01/09/2025: Beautiful place surrounded by splendid greenery, truly polite and kind staff, spectacular house appetizer and also the rest, price? Exceptional quality and price. I thought I would spend more but instead I paid less and ate a lot. I highly recommend it.

08/11/2025: Exceptional chips, welcoming staff, nice but a little cold location, fairly fast service. Regarding the food: the pizza leaves a bit to be desired, especially with the "Barese" base; I'd describe it as a little dry, but otherwise the pasta and appetizers are excellent.

09/10/2025: It's close to the station, which is the main reason we stayed here. But the food isn't what it used to be... too bad.

03/10/2025: Good morning, we ate at this place and the food wasn't bad either, but please buy the waiters some deodorant because the sushi and Bangladeshi onions aren't the best. (The cafe was RUDE.)

08/12/2025: A welcoming place that makes you feel at home, not to mention the cuisine, which in this case deserves a capital C. The owners are kind and friendly, always available in the most genuine way possible. I highly recommend it because in a town like this, a place like this deserves it.

19/08/2025: Excellent experience at Mingo Bakery. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted by the founder's dazzling smile! His son's smile is a little less so, but the welcome is still wonderful. I'll definitely be back!
