I tried their strawberry cake and was literally speechless. The pastry is fantastic: just the right amount of crunch, buttery yet light, a perfect base that doesn't crumble excessively.
The cream is incredibly delicate, with an impeccable balance of sweetness that doesn't overwhelm the other flavors, but rather elegantly complements them. The strawberries deserve special mention: incredibly fresh, juicy, and of excellent quality; you can taste the carefully selected ingredients.
If you're looking for fine pastry that still tastes "made with love," this is the place.

05/04/2026: The atmosphere is simple and welcoming (and there are no smells coming from the kitchen). The staff is very friendly. The food is very good (the tofu soup, sweet and hearty, is a good choice as a starter in my opinion, at least if it's cold outside). The selection is very wide. I will definitely return again to try the rest.
21/03/2026: I'd been missing for ages. Excellent food served in characteristic cast iron sperlungas, very friendly staff, and a very clean and welcoming place. Prices are still reasonable.

21/08/2025: "LIKE FAMILY"—there's no other way to describe our "feeling" when we went to eat at La Ruota pizzeria at Z-Zomb! Fantastic home cooking, just like my grandmother's in Puglia, with authentic dishes and excellent value! The owner was incredibly friendly and kind, making our evening even more enjoyable! We'll be back often! Highly recommended!

The homemade desserts are also excellent, all carefully prepared. The prices are absolutely fair and in proportion to the quality and quantity of the dishes. Highly recommended!

It's best to trust the staff's advice on choosing the right meat portions, otherwise you risk overdoing it (obviously, everything depends on your ability)...
A vast selection of mixed meat dishes, truly tasty!
And last but not least, the homemade desserts are not to be missed!

Thanks to the attention of the owner himself, Kekko (Francesco), we started with seafood appetizers, and of course, his famous and delicious focaccia was a must. My pizza, the tartufata, was sublime, with arugula, truffle, and cherry tomatoes. Definitely a place to return to every time I go to Molfetta. Kekko, thank you for the recipe! 🇮🇹🫶🏻
