A traditional and elegant hotel, clean and very tidy, with an excellent location near the train station and steps from Via Cavour, the street that leads directly to all the tourist attractions. The breakfast was very good and the service from the waitresses was excellent. But the hotel's real asset is Maria Teresa, the concierge, a kind, attentive, and very efficient person—the kind of person who solves problems before they even arise. We are very grateful to her.

We stayed at this hotel during Fallas. I highly recommend it. The reception staff were very friendly; I don't understand why some people have been negative about it. It's very well located, near the train station, which means you don't need a taxi to get to the airport or to the surrounding towns. It's close to the main shopping street, car rental agencies, and just 10 minutes from the old town. We rented two rooms, which were clean and spacious. I honestly give them a 10 out of 10. Thank you.

The hotel is strategically located for getting around. Clean, and the staff were friendly. It's a shame my room faced the train tracks and the soundproofing was poor. But you can't have everything. I really enjoyed my stay.

15/03/2026: The staff and waiter were very friendly. The appetizers and food were fresh and really good, and the pizza was excellent too.
15/02/2026: I was there on Saturday, February 14th, and had a great experience. We ordered two starters: tagliolini with scampi and Senatore Cappelli spaghetti with pistachio pesto and swordfish. Both were delicious and well-prepared. For our main course, we had a mixed fried fish platter, which was truly excellent. To finish, we had a tiramisu: the dessert was also excellent. While we waited, they also brought us a complimentary "Ciccio" on the house, a much-appreciated gesture and a sign of customer service. I highly recommend this place. I chose this place because I was staying at their Villa Adelaide for Valentine's Day, and I must say it's truly beautiful and well-kept.

15/07/2026: We ate there twice during our stay in Monopoli. The food was very good and the service very friendly. I recommend it.
08/07/2026: I took one beer for two people. Beer 4 euros. Coperto 6 euros. A bit of an exaggeration.
