16/11/2025: Great experience... delicious, freshly cooked meat... various flavors and specialties that melt in your mouth... we tried several places on our tour of Puglia, but these bombette were the winner!!! Congratulations... the potato cooked with the meat is amazing... it's a street food place with tables outside to accommodate those who want to eat in, so you don't have to expect a comfortable seat, but frankly, I don't care because what matters is the quality of the food... I recommend a visit...

I couldn't really say which dish is the best, because every time I order, I'd want to order everything! The menu changes seasonally, and it's always meticulously crafted. If you want to try something truly innovative, rather than the usual bistro, this is the place for you. Over the years, the place has grown significantly, in every way, a clear sign of passion, dedication, and love for what they do. It's one of those places I recommend whenever I don't want to make a bad impression on someone. The last time I came here with a friend, and she immediately captured the essence of the place: books, board games, a large, bright space, and that warm feeling of being at home. This isn't a place that makes random choices; you can tell that every decision is meant to tell a story and convey it to its customers. The venue's view is evident from the moment you step through the gate. The owner, Gigi, Vito, and the entire crew are always available and incredibly friendly: they help make every experience here unique and enjoyable. Highly recommended, wholeheartedly. ❤️

30/08/2025: Bakery on Viale Orazio Flacco, near the Poggiofranco neighborhood, a residential area of ​​Bari. We had the focaccia barese and the panzerotto, both delicious and flavorful. The panzerotto dough was superior to the norm. Highly recommended!

27/10/2025: And we went by chance, on our way to Castello del Monte, a pleasant surprise, a small square with a beautiful landscape and delicious food, some orecchiette with vegetables and local sausage, super soft, well-seasoned and a lamb that was super well-cooked, not at all dry and very tender. The only flaw, the mancciatos arrived cold, I guess they put the milk in cold, but we forgive them.

13/12/2025: Waited 1.5 hours, kids starving. Not even only kids food could come out earlier besides our beggings. Food was salty, not fresh. We were 10 people and nobody liked anything we have ordered. Such a pity for a wonderful restaurant. The place is really elegant and traditional.

23/11/2025: Excellent pizza, service was relatively quick for a busy Saturday night. Prices were reasonable, and the place was clean. It was a nice experience to watch the pizza chefs at work while you wait for your table. Recommended for those who aren't demanding and want to enjoy a pizza in peace. I'll be back.

26/10/2025: After four days in Italy without eating pizza, I felt that had to change. Luckily, while wandering around, I stumbled upon this pizzeria with its lovely staff! The service was excellent, and the gentleman who appeared to be the owner was also very kind. Without being able to understand each other, I was able to explain everything very easily, and I was helped quickly. Only the pizza was a little burnt on the bottom in some places, but the taste remained delicious. Definitely recommended!

Every dish, from classic nigiri to more creative rolls, shows meticulous attention to both ingredients and aesthetics. The staff is friendly, quick, and very helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The quality-price ratio is also excellent, especially considering the freshness and variety of the menu. I highly recommend Sushi Wang to anyone looking for authentic, well-prepared sushi. 28/09/2025: The restaurant is pleasant, but the service leaves much to be desired. I was wrong not to read the previous reviews. We basically spent 42 euros for two burgers and two beers. Are you kidding me? In Ruvo?!!! Furthermore, the service is inadequate. We arrived at 9:30 PM and were served at 11:30 PM, only to be able to finish within half an hour. In fact, if it hadn't been for my wife, I would have left complaining about the poor service. Secondly, there was only one person in the kitchen for at least 150 covers. I should point out that in the end, after we expressed our disagreement, they brought us the burger without a griddle, so you can imagine what it was like. I'm sorry.

06/09/2025: A spacious, modern restaurant with a surprise, featuring a private and welcoming internal courtyard where we dined. I suggest turning down the background music slightly to facilitate conversation at the table, but it wasn't excessive. The wait for our order was a bit long (when we arrived, there were only 10 of us, and we were at another table). The menu includes appetizers, pinsa, sandwiches, and meat. We ordered 6 sandwiches for the little ones and 2 pinsa for 4 adults, 1 coke, 3 bottles of water, 3 beers, and a portion of fries for 100 euros, an average of the latest increases. I think the €12 price tag for a piano and hamburger is excessive, regardless of the location. A positive note for me was the free liqueur after payment. I really appreciate it because it shows attention and courtesy to the customer, something that rarely happens these days. Congratulations. We had a great time and will return when we're in Ruvo.

18/07/2025: Destinato ormai ai turisti che vanno una volta e poi non tornano più, questa antica Braceria nel centro di Polignano ha deciso dopo tanti anni di montarsi la testa. Molto semplice nell’arredamento esclusivamente all’esterno con tavoli in posizioni improbabili, anche nei pressi di abitazioni. Qualità della carne nella media, selezione di antipasti molto basica, così come per i dessert . I prezzi sono elevati rispetto all’offerta, ma fa parte di un meccanismo per cui molti ristoratori della zona hanno deciso di alzare i prezzi senza motivo, ma solo perché la Puglia è ormai diventata un’attrazione che con questi prezzi si autodistruggerà.

27/06/2025: Il ristorante é sulla piazza dove si trova la statua di Domenico Modugno ed é per questo che uno lo nota nota perché c'é molta gente nell'area circostante. La carne é di una qualità alta e qualsiasi tipo di carne é tenero,un piatto molto gustoso che consiglio sono le bombette pugliesi. Lo staff é simpatico e cortese. Consiglio di andare a questo ristorante perché é davvero ottimo.
