Barrel vaults, soft lights, vinyl records and a small library, vintage furnishings like the musical selections. Courteous and smiling service. We played the board games while sipping an excellent gin and tonic...welcoming with panache!

02/06/2025: A total disaster. On Saturday night I ordered three pizzas via Just Eat, two of which were red vegetarian, and here was the first mistake: they were made white. I decided to ignore it, but what I saw afterwards was simply unacceptable. More than vegetarian pizzas: they were oil bombs with fried aubergines and courgettes on top, completely wrong and inedible. A nauseating, heavy, disgusting mix. Zero attention to the request, zero care in the ingredients. It almost seems like a joke: who thought that fried and greasy vegetables could represent a vegetarian pizza? A horrible experience from every point of view. Never again...to be avoided, they treat Just Eat customers like second-class customers as if our money is different...errare humanum est perseverare autem diabolicum. A star given only because it did not allow me to publish

25/04/2025: The welcoming atmosphere with attention to detail immediately put us at ease, the service was impeccable: kind, attentive and never intrusive. We ate very well, generous portions.

26/05/2025: The food is very good, but the service is annoying , they came and show you different food plates ( beef , fish ) and if you dont choose something from plates they show you , they are getting angry. Ask you constantly if you want different foods from menu.

The service is friendly and fast, with staff always ready to recommend the craft beer or cocktail best suited to the customer's tastes. The rustic furnishings, with warm details and soft lights, help to create an ideal environment both for an evening with friends and for a moment of relaxation as a couple. The selection of beers is wide and well curated, accompanied by a menu of simple but tasty dishes, perfect for a snack or an informal dinner. I highly recommend trying their burgers, club sandwiches and burritos. An ideal place for those looking for an authentic pub, where they always feel at home.

03/06/2025: Delicious food, only a few versions of focaccia left in the evening, you can see that the interest is very high. Service is nice and fast. Tables and techno music outside - only a small minus for that, the rest is great!!

02/06/2025: A day spent in Polignano admiring the wonderful landscape and the beautiful cliffs overlooking the sea, but at a certain point I started to feel hungry and what better occasion to taste the focaccia barese, or at least that was the intention, because when we entered "Fcazz e Birr" we were really spoiled for choice and as every time I find myself in that situation I always tell the gentleman who serves me to give me the thing he likes best and honestly they never make a mistake. I ate a delicious sandwich with parmigiana inside, the first thing that came to mind was; Spectacular! If I pass by Polignano again I will come to try the other sandwiches.

12/06/2025: Worst dining experience in Italy - menu translation incorrect, staff inexperienced and confused, food truely awful This is not the takeaway but the newish restaurant the same company has opened just down the road has been opened a few months ago Restaurant is cramped and noisy What we were served was not as described on either Italian or English menu and to make it worse was unappetizing

12/06/2025: The food was good. The problem was we ordered a starter (beacause you have to, it is mandatory if you want to sit there) with price by kg... so we said ok, it is a starter. But they brought us one kg of octopus for 2 persons even though we've also had a main dish (mandatory again). In the end we paid 105 euros for a normal lunch with a lot of wasted food because we couldn't eat that much. Let's say it's ok, we didn't mention how many grams of food we wanted in the first place..but the real problem was that after we ate and paid, we were siting at the table just drinking our water and someone from the staff approached us and asked if we want something else and I said no thank you, We are just staying a couple of more minutes to relax. And the lady told me if I don't buy anything else , they kind of need the table because people are waiting. So what? It is not like I just bought a bottle of water and sit there for 3 hours. I just paid 105 euros so at least I can enjoy my water in peace. And by the way there was no queue.

02/06/2025: The staff rushed us to leave while we were still finishing our food. The bill was delivered without us asking for it. The meals themselves were good. It is important to note that you cannot order more than two types of pasta to your table.

02/06/2025: What a great find! In addition to the interior that recalls typical American pubs, there is also a very nice outdoor space in stone. We had two excellent hamburgers, mine vegetarian with a vegetable burger, which are served with French fries and sauces. Wide selection of beers. We had a really good time, as soon as we are in the area we will gladly return.

19/05/2025: I have been to this pub several times and have always been satisfied. The food and beers are excellent, the place has a nice style and you can see that there is care and commitment behind every detail. The staff is kind and always smiling. The icing on the cake is the friendliness of the owner. I highly recommend it!!
