The food was excellent. The finale was a big surprise. The price was very good considering the atmosphere and quality.

Very centrally located. The atmosphere is very welcoming, both aesthetically and in terms of the staff: truly exceptional hospitality. The fresh fish counter offers well-prepared dishes in generous portions, followed by complimentary appetizers of crudités, prosciutto, and baked delicacies... And a grand finale with scattered desserts. In short: exceptional.

If you want to experience what a seafood extravaganza actually looks like, stop reading and book Ai 2 Ghiottoni right now.
We sat down, and before we even ordered they hit us with vegetables, warm focaccia, mini panzerottis, and a bread basket that could feed a small army. Then came the mixed seafood starter — octopus, sardines, mussels, clams, cuttlefish, prawns, sweet red prawns, and yet more mussels. It was like the Adriatic Sea decided to throw us a surprise party on a plate.
We followed with scorpion fish pasta in a rich red sauce with picciri, a taste of their incredible mixed seafood risotto, and another short pasta loaded with fresh mussels. Portions? Gargantuan. Quality? Stupidly good.
Special shoutout to Jass — super friendly guy who speaks perfect English. He took great care of us and helped translate when the owner came over to chat. When I told them I’m a food blogger and a limoncello connoisseur, and complimented his homemade version, the owner proudly brought out a full bottle for me to take home. Talk about hospitality!
By dessert we were tapping out, but they still brought fresh fruit, almond brittle, and figs — plus generous shots of that same incredible limoncello and wild strawberry liqueur. We rolled out of there smiling like idiots, with a bottle in hand.
Ai 2 Ghiottoni isn’t just a restaurant — it’s a seafood experience with heart. Go hungry. Very hungry. You’ll thank me later.

Everything was excellent, top-quality products, incredible location near the Petruzzelli Theater. A small complaint about the order. I asked for a raw appetizer, which was fine. I asked for information on the tuna tartare, keeping the order on hold... I was served other appetizers (unsolicited) with a "taste, taste!" Then the famous tartare arrived. I asked for coffee and a Barrière spirit (one), and my glass was refilled. I repeat, everything was excellent (as per the attached photos), but I hadn't ordered half of the food... and didn't eat it. When it came to the bill (which I've attached), here's what I paid. Okay, I didn't bat an eyelid. But...

What a mixed experience we had! The food was pretty good, rather as expected. But the service was shambolic. We were asked several times what we wanted even before we were given any menus! It didn’t improve. Unbelievable and annoying for a restaurant of this class. And the four noisy americans opposite us, given their thoughtless behaviour, should have visited McDonalds instead. We won’t be back.

If you are going for a raw quality seafood - this is not the place. We went to Saturday for dinner and the raw food was not fresh. In addition their oyster are pre opened floating in the water ... Fried fish was good and I think anything cooked will be good too. Past looked good. The place is nice and the service is very nice. Just not the raw food.

A guarantee of quality, service, variety, and courtesy. I returned with my husband after a 20-year absence from Bari, yet the welcome and sublime food remain the same. Highly recommended if you're visiting Bari.

During our stay in Bari, we had dinner at Due Ghiottoni.
A quiet restaurant with attentive staff, especially Deborah, who gave us great advice and looked after us throughout the dinner.
The dishes were excellent.
The fish was good, and the desserts were delicious.
