Really kind and helpful staff, excellent dishes

Spectacular! We loved everything. The service was very friendly, and even though we didn't speak the same language, they made sure to understand us. The food was delicious; I've never had a better lasagna—it was amazing! And the price was better than eating at home. If we ever come back, we'll definitely be back.

A simple, down-to-earth place, unpretentious, for ordinary people. Four stars because you clearly have good, hard-working people, but you deserve two... not for the food, but because: 1) Perhaps regulars will know what to do once they come in, but a new customer feels lost. They have no idea how it works, whether to grab a table and then order at the counter or ask the staff. But if they're busy serving at the counter, they won't listen to you... I don't know... 2) Very important, and most importantly, REQUIRED BY LAW: PRICES!! It's inconceivable that there's no price listed anywhere, NOTHING AT ALL! And that's not good... the bill shouldn't be a surprise, even if it's cheap... I repeat: four stars for encouragement and an invitation to improve, otherwise you deserve two.
